Bass Tire has been my go to for automotive for over 20 years. Not a single time have they let me down. Everything they have ever done for me has been thorough and priced more than competitively. Its hard to find such a company and owner and employees and especially these days.I would give them five stars every time I am there but I believe we are only allowed to once. These guys are amazing!! A friend recommended them to me one day when I had a flat tire. I called and was able to get some helpful options immediately over the phone. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They truly wanted to help me pick out a solution I was comfortable with. I had to have my car towed that afternoon, and they were able to put on a new tire the next day. They were so great about keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process. They are very friendly too, which made a tough situation that day a lot less stressful. I will definitely be back soon when Im ready to put on a new set of tires. The folks at Bass Tire are incredibly kind, communicative, and competent. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and a clicking sound in my engine. Rather than finding something to charge me extra for, they found that I was out of oil which was causing the noise. Of course this was an easy fix and they changed my oil for me which was much cheaper than I was expecting to pay for an engine problem. I dropped it off in the morning without an appointment and they were able to get it done by the afternoon. They also called and texted a couple of times throughout the day to give me notices of what they were working on and how much it would cost as well as some tips on how to keep my car running well as it nears 100k miles. Ill definitely be bringing my car back!

We found ourselves in the middle of a family vacation, 100’s of miles from home, with a flat tire. AAA was able to get the spare mounted in record time, but we needed a shop to repair the tire. So we searched online for a tire shop able to get us back on the road. We found Bass Tire. Lots of customers who shared their happy experiences.Our call to the store was met with a cheerful voice that welcomed us over with a promise of a quick turnaround. The greeting at the store counter was equally warm and the car was on a rack inside 15 minutes. The work itself was done and we were back at the counter no more than 30 minutes after our arrival.Steve Bass himself handled payment at the counter and made sure the family was ready for the road. We can see all the positive reviews that came before us were well deserved and we’re pleased to add one more. Our gratitude goes out to Steve Bass and his whole crew for making the day go a little easier.

Always prompt and thorough service! I like that they know me and my vehicles. I have a friend who’s car sat at a different service station for two weeks without being looked at. I sent him to Bass Tire and they fixed his problem in one day.

They are very professional and super helpful! They got me in within two days of calling them and got my shocks changed in a day. They even worked with my schedule to pick up the car after hours. Plus, they have fair prices and a great work ethic!

I have always gotten excellent service at Bass Tire Company. I recommend them frequently. Several of the employees have worked there for years which means they are valued by the employer. They make suggestions and recommendations to help the customer choose the best product and price. I noticed several improvements on my last visit including a lock box for early drop-offs and designated parking spots for customer pick up and handicapped patrons.

EDIT: The owner followed up on this review and made it right.I dropped my car off at 7:30am on a Monday, and I didnt hear from them until 2pm on Tuesday when they called to say it was ready for pick up. I wish they had told me when I dropped it off that they wouldnt likely get to it that day, and I wish they had called to tell me what was wrong and quote the cost before just going ahead with it. Even when I picked it up I had to specifically ask what they were charging me for. That said, the price was reasonable and if werent for these two complaints, Id give them 5 stars.

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Jeremy and his team at Bass Tires. I busted a tire on the freeway with my 4 dogs and cat while moving from colorado and my tow truck driver asked if I minded a little extra 10 min drive to go to some real honest people. I’m so thankful I did! They provided dog water and treats and had 4 new tires completely ordered and installed in under an hour n half!!!! Incredible for a last minute emergency. Thank you guys!

Truly a pleasure doing business with this tire store, have known the owner Steve for 40 years, Im now living in east tennessee and still go to him for all my tire and and vehicle needs, all of his staff treats each and every customer like no others .

I was greeted immediately upon entering. They were very kind the entire time I was there and communicated with during every step so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. I had small children with me and they gave each one a toy and a candy and changed one of the TVs to cartoons for them. It was quite a pleasant experience.

I’ve been to many mechanic shops in many cities over the years. Bass tire offers the best overall experience by far. The top notch customer service is rivaled only by their technicians’ expertise. I took my truck there recently for a tire repair and rotation. The amazing gentleman merely handed me my keys when my truck was ready and said have a great day sir. No charge. I have used Bass Tire for new tires and tire rotation as well as brake jobs for 25+ years. Been a great help to me to know my cars for me and my family are safe. I get an early “heads up” if my tires will need replacing next rotation or the brake pads will need replacing soon. I think of it as piece of mind.

By far the best service Ive received. I called one of their competitors for a quote before I got the recommendation to go here. I was told their price couldnt be beaten. They were WRONG! Cheaper price and better service at Bass! I dropped off my car, went to work and picked up and hour before closing. I had already paid by phone before getting back. I drive a black Tesla(fyi they are very Tesla friendly) so I had access to my car without the key to put my stuff in it before going inside to get my key and receipt. As I was walking to the building an older gentleman wearing a Bass Tire shirt approached from the side heading into the store as well. He told me how he liked my car and we started chatting. After about 10 minutes of good conversation I interrupted him and asked his name. To my surprise it was the owner Steve Bass himself! We talked for another 15 to 20 minutes. I felt like I knew the guy my whole life! People like that are hard to come by and that goes a long way with me. As long as these guys are in business I wont buy tires any where else. Shout out the Aaron and the team for the great customer service! 5 stars isnt enough for these guys!

I had to get a flat repair today while driving through Nashville. stop by Sams Club since my tires had road hazard warranty. at 4pm they were worried about leaving at 4:30. Went by Firestone and Good Year and they were closed, called Midas, of course they could patch after they eluded too if it was repairable, so working on selling a new tire on the phone. called Bass Tire spoke with Stanley. he said they patch tires but close at 5pm. followed up with bring on in they will take care of it. We got there and Stanley greeted me as neighbor, and one of the employees started writing it up. I never had a great experience dealing with car repair shops more or less with flat repair. In my 51 years of life I had the best experience getting our flat repaired than any other automotive transactions and many business transactions in my life. I told a friend if they get tires anywhere in the world and not Bass Tire, he was getting bad Service. I live about 3 hours away, but there is a very good chance that I will make a day trip out of it and drive to Nashville to get new tires next time in need. I could worry about road Hazard service. but a nation wide chain failed today with out of state travelers while Bass tire was still there after closing to take of us and a few other customers. Phillip went out of his way to fit me with the correct rear tires on my classic car, a 1967 Buick GS 400 and had their best tire technician George complete the job. They look great. I wish I could post a pic, of the car not George and Phillip! Ha.

We have been long time customers at Bass Tire. Last week, as luck would have it, we blew the sidewall of a tire the evening before we were moving out of state. We were there at opening and explained the situation. Bass Tire was great and got us taken care of in less than an hour. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We are sad to be moving away!

Very helpful and honest. I complained about 2 sounds coming from my undercarriage that my Jeep had been making for while. One is bigger issue and will be fixed but the smaller issue they fixed for free while putting my new tires on. Process was quick too. Thank you Bass.

The customers service and atmosphere is great. I came to Bass Tire to have suspension work done on my vehicle. I was given a written quote on the work to be completed. I dropped my vehicle off and was given a courtesy ride to my home. Awesome! Approximately 10 minutes after arriving home, I received a call and text from Bass Tire. Stating your vehic is ready foir pick-up. I called Mr. Phillip. He said Bass Tire wasnt equipped to repair my vehicle. I have no issue with that. I just wasted part of my morning. I wish Bass Tire would have diagnosed my vehicle before giving me a quote on repairs. Otherwise, great people and clean and presentable property.Steve

I have been trusting Bass shop for many years for my personal and business vehicles. This was a tricky one with a Nissan transmission and a history of factory failures. Aaron and the team assured me they had the additional resources ( a 3rd party transmission Co.) that had the expertise to handles these Nissan issues.Also this vehicle is my new Fiancé daughter and safety was my top concern! Bass Tire may not be the least expensive but the are the most honest and thorough. The only place where I had an alignment that truely aligned all three of my vehicles and they stayed aligned. Same for balancing. Only use quality tires.

I came to Bass Tire a few months ago after running over a pothole that put a hole in the side of my tire. They looked for the tire I needed and ended up driving to a separate location to pick up the specific tire I wanted that matched my other three. Replacement was very quick and cheap, and they were always as professional as anyone could expect.I returned a few days ago with grinding, squealing brakes. They quoted me an estimated $500-$550 to replace my front brakes and rotors (about $300 less than what Lexus quoted me for the same job), so of course I jumped on that. After dropping it off as a last-minute job on a busy weekend, they called me and told me it would be only $415 to complete the job—much less than what I originally planned on paying. They could’ve charged me their original quote and I never would’ve known the difference, but they did the job for much cheaper—shows just how trustworthy this place is. Next morning, I picked up my car. These brakes have never worked better. No squeaking, no squealing, no grinding—never been smoother!Bass Tire is the quickest, most efficient, and cheapest shop in the area, and they have the best customer service and communication anyone could ask for.I’ll be back in a few weeks to have my front lower control arms replaced (quote for this job was $800 less than what Lexus quoted me).Can’t wait to be back and to be satisfied yet again!

I originally took my car to a Firestone and when they told me I needed some expensive work done I wanted a second opinion. After going to Bass Tire they did confirm that work was needed but they also found other necessary repairs that Firestone had missed completely.Everyone is friendly and they all have the same mission- do right by you & your car. This place is busy but that just shows you how great their reputation is. And even with their busyness they got my car in & done for an oil change within an hour.Make this place your local mechanic!!!

I used Bass Tire to get new tires put on my car. Their website made it really easy to find the exact type of tires I wanted and the people at Bass Tire were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. In fact I had initially asked that they replace my battery while doing my tires and while working on my car they called me to let me know they tested my battery and it seems to be working perfectly, saving me a cool $130 in the process. Bass tire treated me with the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond industry standards of customer service. They replaced my catalytic converter under budget and made sure I would pass the emissions test, and they were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off.
