Mike and Tyler were amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. Mike made the intimidating experience of helping mom trade in and get a new phone quick and easy. He was even able to lower our monthly bill while adding services! All while never being pushy or just trying to make a sale. We really appreciated the superior customer service from this store especially when compared to other retailers. We will be returning for all of our wireless needs.

I needed to transfer all of my data from my samsung a50 to my new samsung s9 plus, and I came to the right place. Thanks to Tyler, my information transfered over seamlessly. This includes my contacts, photos, apps, texts, Whatsapp conversations, even my background and wallpaper.Also, a patron came into the store and stood right next to me, and before I could say anything, Tyler asked for them to keep in mind the 6ft social distance mandate.Thank you so much! GoWireless (the owners of this store) completely suck. They’ve misled both of my parents into upgrading into some random upgrade/plan multiple times and I have to go back there and argue with them. I’d recommend the Verizon store next to the Chipotle. They are so much nicer and more professional.

Do not use this store. Was mislead in preordering iPhone that there are no strings attached, and that I can change my mind at anytime before the phone arrives. Was told “if you don’t show up, we just throw it into inventory” and I’d get a call when it arrived.Changed my mind the next day, was told by the same store that my account is “locked” after my order is placed and he “thinks” it can only be cancelled by Verizon corporate. Call Verizon corporate and learn this is not true and I have a service contract showing on my account. I was NEVER told this was being created, given a copy. The contract said I actually would be charged activation and service charges if not cancelled within a 72 hour window. Had additional protection plan added I obviously never agreed to because I didn’t know this was being created. I spent NINETY MINUTES with Verizon trying to fix it.Dishonest and unaccountable location.

A few days ago, one of my children and I decided to trade phones. It was totally a family thing that would not generate one penny for Verizon. Yet, Edward, the manager, realized how extremely concerned both my son and I were about the slightest possibility of losing any data during the transfer. With no exaggeration or embellishment, he spent several hours transferring data back and forth. He used a third device so as to avoid having to wipe out either one of our phones in order to allow for the data from the other phone to be transferred into that one. He perfectly well knew what he was doing and, most importantly of all, was kind, patient, understanding, and eager to help. We do appreciate all that Edward did and thank Verizon for having such an outstanding representative. God bless.

This is a really bad business. The people.who work there are rude and sarcastic. They joke with each other while they try to sell you the most expensive plans and items. They tried to convince me that my current phone was the kind that explodes which it was not.They talked my 85 year old mother into buying a very expensive accessory that could not even be used with her type of phone. She went there by herself and they took advantage of her lack of knowledge. When I called to complain they were rude, and told me to take my anger somewhere else. So I went there personally...On a other occasion I saw two of the employees try to interrupt a third -- new and well-intentioned employee -- who had found a better deal for a customer that would suite her needs and was less expensive. I heard them tell the nice employee dont do that.This store is crooked and should be closed.

The Service from Mike, and Kim was excellent! Mike was my main contact. He assisted me in upgrading my phone from a windows phone to a droid. Kim assisted several times in the process. They were patient finding how to download my pictures and videos - which was not easy. I also got a tablet today - which I am enjoying. Sawyer was on duty as well and was extremely pleasant. Office environment was warm and comfortable. A very good experience overall.

Most experiences I have had with telecommunications have been very daunting; however the representatives at Verizon in Newport made my experience pleasant and productive. I was very impressed with Dan and Ciara and their knowledge of the products and attentiveness to my needs. I would highly recommend visiting this store because of my experience with these two employees. It sknowledge is far superior to the reps at AT&T.

Ryan M, the store manager, was AWESOME! He helped me unlock my gmail account (I had completely locked myself out) so I could access my new phones features, transferred ALL my data from my iPhone, helped me pick out $100s of free accessories, AND got me a military discount! HIGHLY recommend. The most knowledgeable and friendly technical experts Ive worked with in the phone industry. Only complaint is the store closes a tad early, but Ryan didnt mind staying a little late to finish setting me up. Overall, the best experience Ive had at a Verizon store- Go to this store now!

I had a great experience at the store. I came in to buy a tablet but I wasnt sure of my options. They were able to get me a new iPad and lower my bill! Sawyer was a great help and the manager, his name was Mike, was amazingly helpful as well. They even had my favorite type of candy in an adorable pumpkin bowl. Very helpful staff. Although it seems every time I go in there, I hear the words, you are eligible for an upgrade. But I have learned what that means: payments of $30 or more a month for two years. In other words, a 2 year debt. Ive learned to get by with less, as one must not have to buy the latest piece of cell phone equipment...But aside from deflecting their sales pitch, the staff has (always!) Been helpful!

Ryan Mirabito, is my hero! S 6While on vacation I thought my screen had been broken. I thought I would need a new phone but my hero Ryan showed me with a simple touch how to fix it. He not only showed me that, but a couple other things I had questions on. He even went as far as to down load music that I thought I had done. Ryan is my HERO. 🤴🏻 I wish there were more people out there like Ryan. The world would be a much better place. Verizon is very lucky to have such a customer driven employee.

Amazing service and help. Came in expecting to have to buy a new phone but these guys found a way to drop my monthly bill including a new phone for myself and my wife for no added cost. New manager Ryan - not helpful, sarcastic and rude. Simple request - response: sorry, we are not going to help. This is our policy - this is my job and that is what I am going to do. Asked to speak to a manager above him. My district manager is right in front of me and is hearing all of this. Then he hung up on me. Been a customer here for over 10 years. Never been treated with such condescension, and rudeness here ever. Never going back. New manager Ryan needs some customer support training. My next stop is to report this store to Verizon Wireless.

Let me begin by saying I am a new iPhone user when I encountered a problem.After spending 2 1/2 hours on the phone with an Apple Rep and bringing my new phone to an Apple dealer, I was unsatisfied with the service. I was less than pleased, to say the least, as my phone was still not working. I decided to go back to GoWireless where I purchased the phone and fully intended to return the iPhone and request a refund.When I entered the GoWireless store in Newport, I showed the phone to Rebecca and explained the problem to her. She immediately took the phone, did her magic, and within 10 minutes, corrected the problem completely.Rebecca is to be commended for her knowledge of the product and customer service. She would be the one I would go to should I have any more concerns.
