Took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed brakes. Took it for a second opinion at the dealership and was told the brakes are fine. Get a second opinion for any work they recommend.

I received a quick and efficient oil change. They recommended I replace my engine air filter, I initially said No, then quickly realized its probably a good idea. It ended up they were out of my air filter, so they said they would order one. Went back a few days later was told the filter came in but Jason sent it back. Im still waiting on a call so will have to go elsewhere. So close to a 5 star review but dropped the ball.

Typical upsell. Went in for a 17 point oil change and, after three hours, walked out with two new tires, which I needed, and the oil change. They had about $250 worth of other things I needed but Im going somewhere else for that.When I got my car back, I realized they hadnt even done all the 17 points!

I brought my car to SpeeDee because they were the closest place that handles claims for the SilverRoxk warranty I bought with my car from Carvana. They have been fantastic about dealing with the warranty people which I am guessing is a pain and fixing my car. Both times I have taken it I walked away with 0 out of pocket costs.The people there are really nice and helpful. They don’t try to say my car needs a bunch of stuff that isn’t necessary.I like them so much I have taken my wife’s car for tires and had my son take his car for tires, alignment, and an oil change.

Always willing to help at a moments notice to get us back on the road. Highly recommended!

I called speedee oil for help and information, but they didnt do what I needed, but the young lady that answered the phone, made me wish they did. After a back and forth with the local regional manager, I revised my initial evaluation. That was a really bad move on my part. After an oil change the engine light came on and Speedee did a diagnostic, etc. and I was informed that the repairs needed to be done by Jeep. These repairs were not the fault of Speedee Oil Change. I received the evaluation from Jeep today - the oil pump needs replacing, my system needs to be flushed of all oil and the spark plugs need to be replaced. All this after Speedee did an oil change., The cost is estimated at slightly above $1,800.

I went in for an oil change and they basically tried to fix my entire car. The prices are very deceptive. I ended up letting them change 2 of my tires. The tires had many marks on them and didnt seem to have the best quality. I was also told that the whole process would take around 45 mins. I waited for like 2 hours and 30 minutes which caused me to be late to my next appointment. To top it off, I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me but I never received it. I emailed them asking for the receipt because I would like to know how I was charged but I received no response to this date.

Came to get a oil change and not only was it quick, staff was awesome pricing reasonable. Totally happy with my visit. I will bring my car here from now on.

I had to replace my alternator and they were very professional and patient. I had my special needs child with me and when my vehicle was ready Renee came to and pick up and my daughter up because I had no one else to give me a ride. Good service

They got me in same day no appointment and put my car on the lift diagnoses a problem that Pep Boys should have the week before. Wasn’t the necessarily the cheapest but their professionalism and facilities are worth it. 10 out of 10 will go back

The service was fantastic. Raffi the mechanic brought me into the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and when I returned to have him fix the problem he went above and beyond just fixing it . I was absolutely ecstatic over the service. They were wonderful. And the price are a third of what the Ford dealership would have charged. They really took excellent care of me and my car. I will continue to go to them for whatever my car needs. Thank you to Rob and Raffi.

Under the new management the front desk staff is not professional at all. They came across as rude and unaware of what is going on in the shop.I feel bad coz this place was close to home and the guys before were so professional and courteous. Guess we find another place now.

Joe the Manager there needs to go! Fella answered the phone when I called Tuesday with an attitude. I came in, he still had an attitude..and he refused me service and made sure the tech on duty didnt talk to me. I called Corporate and of course no one returned the call or even acknowledged there is a problem! Sad someone Like Joe is in a leadership position.

Disappointed today. After 10 years of being my trusted auto service partner. 136 bucks for an oil change and flat tire repair. Never paid over $40 with them as recently as 6 months ago. You lost me today.

This is the only place I go for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, etc. The staff are outstanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are also great at recommending repairs when they are servicing, contributing to the longevity of your vehicle, which is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Very rude manager today when asking after an hour wait what the diagnosis of my car wasPut the sync oil and they set for a 3,000 miles oil change sticker when this one runs for 5,000 milesThey had to work on the electrical system, when my car was “ready” they did not even reset the clockWhen ready to pay they did not offer any discounts. Had to go to their web page to show them all available couponsNone of the employees were wearing masks. No hand sanitizer available My car was not protected with plastic or anything when they returned itSadly location worked for me geographically- but costumer service is awful. Other times there was another manager - Robert - he was not there today. I started going to this garage when it was a Meineke 9 years ago. It changes to SpeeDee a couple or three years ago and first manager BJ was phenomenal. Then I was dealing with Robert - very quiet but you feel he cares. Today there were two people at the front desk. They didn’t give me their names, but definitely one of them - was awful. Will not be going back unless I know Robert is there. Terrible experience.

Manager was a great guy. They had my car ready when they said it would be. Customer service was exceptional.

I went there for an oil change and ended up getting 3 air filters and a sipper for the back window. It took them over 2 hours to complete this simple work. I decoded to walk home and told them to call me when the work was completed. I was disappointed

Every time I come to SpeeDee, I’m greeted kindly, treated respectfully and fairly, and I never feel taken advantage of during what can be a stressful thing - car repairs. My wait is never long and the waiting area is clean and welcoming. I skip the dealership and only use SpeeDee for all my car needs!

The worst experience Ive ever had while waiting to get an oil change. There were three people in the waiting room who were talking excessively loud and using very vulgar language and no one did anything from the shop. I couldnt even go outside because it was too cold. So there was nowhere else to go, except in that sewer mess in the waiting area.

SpeeDee should not be taken as a promise of fast or quick service have dropped by on 3 occasions in the recent past trying to get oil changed on my lunch break. Havent had poor quality service, but havent been able to get service the past few times Ive come in. Frustrating.

Highly recommended, got a flat came here for a new tire. They gave me a ride back to my job while servicing the car.That made me come back when I was ready to get an alignment. Called in and they saw me the same day. Super fast and friendly!Will return!

Been coming here before the name change from Meinke to SpeeDee. Rob and the crew have always been very helpful. The work has always been up to par and the prices are fair. My family trusts our 5 cars to these folks.

The last shop that serviced my audi forgot to change the service interval twice. So I would get the message to take it in for service when it didnt really need it. I decided to ignore the message until I couldnt ignore it anymore. Without an appointment, I was able to walk in to SpeeDee for an oil change and was out in less than an hour. Friendly, fast, and affordable service. I definitely recommend!

Freakin awesome. I pulled up at 8am sharp on Saturday morning and they already had their doors open. This dude ran in for my keys while i was still filling out the paperwork. 15 minutes late, on my way with fresh oil.

I’ve taken my car there several times now. Rob has been nothing but accommodating and has never tried to sell me anything. When I walk in for an oil change, that’s what I get! They’re kind and take good care of you!

These guys usually do a good job. But the last time I went to get my oul changed, they had spilled oil all inside of my engine when they replaced the oil filter. So when I got home the engine was smoking from being coated in oil. Whats worse is that when I went back the head mechanic insisted that it was from oil leaks that had been there previously. Its one thing to mess it up and it makes it so much worse to lie about it. Im very disappointed in the performance there.

Have came in here three times now and every time all my car needs have been taken care of in a timely manner. Recently came for a nail check on my tires and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Please think about them if you require any service in the future.

Im sorry, but I gave it 1 star because when BJ was there, he made it 5 stars . When I found out that he no longer worked there, I was truly disappointed. He knew how to engage with his customers, and always exhibited a welcoming personality. Who you know does make a service call worth your while. I wish I knew where hes working at now. Ill follow him no matter where hes at. BJ you are dearly missed ! Your tall friend BIG RED.

Do not even bother bringing your car here for any kind of work. Upon entering I received lack luster customer that did not promote that my car was in good hands. The tech in the back even chuckling at the car I brought in. I waited about 40 minutes for them to work on my oil change only for they to tell me that they can not do the job due to simple drain bolt they cant get off and claim its made of plastic when its actually made from aluminium. I worked on the car the night before. I brought it in for convenience but left with wasted time and an unprofessional customer service treatment. Save your trouble and stay away.

Very unhappy with the service. I had taken my car to get some work done to pass emmisions, they said it needed a new part I got it delivery and they installed now my car has more lights on than it did and my radio does not work. When I took it back they said they didnt touch the radio and blah blah but when I left it everything was fine no extra lights other than the check engine light and my radio worked just fine.... Now I have like 5 lights one and my radio wont come on at all...... I will be contacting the shop and emailing them because I spent about 500 and my car is not in n worst shape and still didnt pass emmisions...

My name is BJ worked for Meinke for years then stayed for Speedee. Went above and beyond for the company and to no ovall. Small mom and pop shop. No tech on site. My advise is find a real Georgia shop not this place. Service street mile away has best Technicians and great service. “Do not take your car to this Colorado shop.
