Got my Lexus IS250 serviced here. The exhaust was making noise and the cars get up was sluggish. Left my vehicle @ 8am and the issue was resolved and car picked up before noon. I went to get my exhaust manifold done and the left out bolts and did not put a new exhaust manifold on or hardware as they charged me for it only put a gasket in charge full price for new hardware and exhaust manifold poor job

1 year or 12K mile warranty on exhaust related products/service. First time to make use of the shop. Brought the car on a Monday before a holiday weekend, and they were busy. Still managed to get my mid pipe and secondary cats installed in 3 hours (I was fine with leaving, the car and coming back). Car runs much better. I get it, being busy sacrifices customer service skills. However, some people may not. For those folks, dont take offense. Their work passes the try to look while the car is on the ground. Time will tell.

UpdateSo my second 3rd time going back this time Im not a happy customerPrice is a little higher then most places but they do offer great service when trying to install a muffler they let you hear the different muffler in stock for you to listen to and they advise you as much as possible. Only reason its 4 stars is because they dont open on Saturday & the price being a little higher but they have worked on 3 of my cars. Ill still go back lol

I was quoted 400 + dollars for a flow master install at two other location. Magic. Muffler only charged 200! The work was fast and efficient. If anybody asked this is the place Im sending everybody!

Had my catty replaced, two weeks later my engine light comes back on saying that I need to have it replaced again...I went back and told them that my light came back on. I was in the system however because I didnt have the physical receipt they didnt want to help me with any warranty or anything. They scammed me $425. Had to go to another place to have their work fixed properly.

Great service, great prices just good all around. Very knowledgeable people and super fast got a whole new exhaust systems from the cats back in under 2 hours for so cheap and its high quality work. Highly recommend super nice people and will definitely hook you up with a great custom exhaust.

I had something valuable in my console and it went missing. Take valuables out of cars before using this company, the owner was incoherent when mentioned it.

Went to do a resonator delete and add a straight pipe in its place. Sounds great right now. Took them about 40 minutes for the whole things and didnt cost me and arm and a leg. Define fly recommend.

Fantastic experience here! The guys who worked with me were quick and polite. They explained to me with great detail exactly what was wrong with my car and let me decide whether or not I wanted to move forward with the repair. They were honest about the cheaper solution and didnt try to upsell me with additional nonsense. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs work done and is on a budget. They were reasonable and willing to work with me.

Called and scheduled for a muffler delete at 9 am. Told me to come at 4 pm but when I went they said they only have one mechanic and they were behind schedule so it’s gonna take an hour and half to work on my car. 5:30 is when they close so they said they can’t work on it until tomorrow. So what is the point of appointments? Reviews says professional but I didn’t see professionalism when it comes to time management.

Had a fantastic experience here. Took me in pretty quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was very reasonably priced. I normally give four stars to businesses that meet my expectations, but this one exceeded my expectations.

Staff was very rude upon entering the store. I was sent there by Lexus for Catalytic converter and O2 sensors. I called ahead of time to repair my car and was told they would be able to repair it. I was then told it was not the catalytic converter that it was only the oxygen sensor and that they would repair it but I would have to leave the car because they were busy after I had told them I needed to wait because I drove almost an hour to get there. Then he proceeded to speak to me in a manner as if I didnt understand him. Just very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, I took my lexus to another repair shop and guess what, as Lexus said, the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor needed to be replaced and my car was able to be fixed in the same day. So not only was Magic Mufflers and Brakes rude and unprofessional they also diagnosed my Lexus incorrectly so beware!!

Great! Stopped by today around noon with no appointment. They appeared pretty busy yet was immediately greeted. After explaining my issue, the guy told me to give him about 10 minutes and they would take a look. Less than 5 minutes later, they brought my truck in and put it on the lift and had me come out with them as they assessed. Ended up leaving my truck with them and about 3 hours later received a call that it was ready. Everything looked and sounded great. Cant say enough good things. Definitely recommend checking these guys out if you have the need.

I took my Silverado in for a muffler swap and couldnt have been happier with the service. I wasnt sure which one I wanted to go with so they let me test out a few different mufflers. It only took 45 minutes for them to test out a few, install the new muffler and delete my resonator! Great shop and very fair prices.

Good day everyone. Todays bad experience with this place has forced me to type this review. I have been a customer to this store since 2006. I have brought 4 cars here total with over $2000 spent at this place since 2006. I have referred and brought many of my car fanatic friends here to this shop. That all ends today. I will no longer support this shop. My most recent service from them was for them to install a catalytic converter into my WRX with a $6000+ Steamspeed turbo build. It has a 3 inch catless Tanabee exhaust system. I decided to finally have a converter installed. They installed a 2.5 inch converter into my 3 inch inner diameter exhaust system without consulting with be that they would do that. I contacted them over the phone about it after discovering what they did. The older gentlemen argued with me rudely on the phone. I brought it into the store today. At this point, I am already unhappy. When I came in to discuss and show them what they did and that I was not happy about it, I received nothing but rude comments and disrespect. Smart mouthing to a customer rudely is not very smart. Especially when that customer spent thousands of dollars and referred many people to your shop. I stayed calm throughout the visit. I do not care if you guys(store owner and associates) think its okay for your work. I work with licensed pipe-fitters and mechanical engineers at an industrial plant. We deal with high pressure gasses and liquids. The engineers build cars from scratch and race marathons as one of their major hobbies. I showed them what these guys did, and they agreed that shoving a 2.5 inch into a 3 inch system was not ideal and especially on an upgraded turbo charged vehicle. There is now far more restriction, as expected. The feel of it when I hit the throttle now is horrible. Having the tighter fitment made the feel far worse. The whole point of all this is that I am extremely disappointed in their service recently and will end all support for this shop. They are not able to handle an unsatisfied customer experience well. Very rude.

I took my car there yesterday to get it fixed. It was losing power and nearly stalling. I was prepared to pay whatever it took to get it running properly. I had already spoken with the mechanic and I was next in line.. when the owner (he said he was the owner) came over and started giving me the 3rd degree as if I was a criminal and was trying to get my car fixed for free.. He was very anal and rainman like... all i wanted to do was read my book and wait for my car to be fixed, and i told him as much. He was relentless with his questions.. to the point, I got up and let.. drove to another auto shop and paid them $442.07 to repair my car. .. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this business not knowing what to expect but they were prompt and courteous. Magic Muffler did an excellent job with my vehicle and I would recommend them to anyone. The prices were in line with what I was expecting also. I cant be happier!!!!

Seems like theyre pretty honest place to take your stuff too but had to take my car back to get an exhaust hanger touched up they really didnt want to touch it. I took pictures of the holes they left in the welds and they said na thats nothing its fine and its even cracked my $1500 exhaust.They sure moaned when injsit asked them to weld the crack but the hanger hole they patched the first time? No were not touching it cause nothings wrong with it I put my flashlight there and showed them the light and theyre answer was well were just going to put a weld on top of a weld if thats what you want us to doI just told them take my car off the lift, I wont bring my cars back here its coolThey seemed cool at first until you go back and double check their weldingOnly not a 1 star cause they really do have good prices

These guys are the best. Ive used Magic Muffler for several years, even though they are roughly 25 miles away. Id drive a couple of hundred miles for their brand of service. I developed a rattle in the exhaust of my newest car, drove up there today, the son took my car in right in, welded a loose fitting, and told me no charge. After haggling a bit, I got him to accept $20. They do business the old school way. They EARN it!

I went in to get brakes done... They told me I needed to fix something else too, but I wasnt ok with just dropping 900 dollars on something I didnt check out myself first... I told them to just fix the brakes. 158 dollars. I can handle that. I get the car back and I have a massive oil leak now. Every bolt on the manifold is super loose. I could finger tighten them.No issue with an oil leak when I dropped it off. These guys are just terrible people who think no one is capable of knowing anything about cars. Will not go back other than to let them know in person how terrible they are for causing an oil leak.

These people truly are master craftsman at what they do. I had a P0420 bank 1 catalytic converter issue on my 2004 Toyota Sienna and unable to pass emission inspection. I called around several specialized shops before I finally choose them to perform the work. They did an amazing job and the price was affordable and less than what the other shops were trying to charge me. I worked with Victor and he was very professional and honestly explained to me my options.
