Every person I interacted with at the dealership was kind, never forceful, and more helpful than they had to be. One of the men who works in finance even told me about a website in which you can dispute things on your credit report to help me in the future. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

We had the absolute best experience working with Holden at Landers Jeep. Holden is very knowledgeable and has the best follow through. We ordered a Jeep from him and he made it the best experience ever. Kept us in the loop with phone calls ever week or couple weeks and notified us the minute it hit the lot. After speaking with Adam yesterday who told me the van I was interested in was at the dealership and would be prepped by the service department shortly. The next morning...today... I drove an hour one way to buy the van. As it turns out the van was not there and had never been there. Ended up in Edmond and bought a similar van hassle free. Have a great day!!

Worst dealership I’ve ever seen. Bought a car, had 5-6 temporary tags before I could even get my tag, they refused to pay the late fees on the tag, I had to pay them and they gave me the money back. I was promised the check would be over nighted because I had bills due, Almost a week later still nothing. Was told when i bought the car if anything is messed up in the first 3 months they fix it for free, not a chance of that happening. I’m putting hundreds in a vehicle they said was perfect. You call to talk to someone and never get through, I’ve left voicemail after voicemail and even emailed people, Nothing not even a response for weeks. I’ve seen my fair share of dealerships and this one isn’t it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They have lied about every single thing they’ve told me, the past 5-6 months have been an absolute headache to the point I was about to cancel the loan process and go somewhere else. This place is a joke and will screw you over no matter what it is. Not worth the headache.

We called to make an appointment to drop iff out 2016 Jeep Cherokee and made an appointment for a Saturday. Dropped it off very early and did not hear anything back for days. I drove by several times and saw the car sitting in the same exact place I had dropped it off. I called several times and could not even get anyone to answer the phone. Finally, we picked it up a week later and the next day the check engine light came on. I had to go through the same issues once again of trying to even make an appointment. Got it back in and it was gone again for a week. The problem never got fixed. I even left an email for the Manager Jeremy Yandell and never got any response. Terrible customer service. Absolutely would not recommend.

Not too pleased. Took my friend do to see about a vehicle. He found what he wanted, his credit wasnt good enough. I co-signed for him to help him out, he drove it home that night. But I noticed after the papers were signed, looks like Im the borrower and hes the co-signer. Help that isnt the case. When the dealership was David Stanley, we didnt need a co-signer.

Why be honest when you can just lie about the smallest of things..? I dropped my Jeep off with the service department Monday morning before 8. I did not have an appointment & they told me it could take a day or two, which I was okay with because it is having issues, that I could not pinpoint, so I had bring it in.Received a text on Tuesday stating that it was in line to go into the shop. Great!Wednesday morning received a text that I was # in line to go into the shop. Okay..? Wednesday evening I called to check on things and was told that it was dispatched to a tech. Perfect!Thursday I hear nothing, which did not concern me b/c I just assumed the issue is still being looked for.Friday morning I received a text stating my vehicle has been dispatched to a technician. Huh..? Confused.. so I let them know I was told that it was dispatched two days prior. Their mistake she says, it was dispatched two days prior and is now in a mechanic’s stall, which they each have two of, and they’re waiting for the tech to look at it.The thing about Friday’s text was that I just happen to be right down the road, so I drove by and my Jeep was sitting in their lot, behind AutoMax, cross the street where it had been sitting all week. So I reply to the text and ask if the parking lot was considered Stall 1 or Stall 2. She told me that sometimes the techs will work on them in the parking lots.. I know that is total BS! I ended up picking it up Friday evening.If your so-called “advisors” are lying about the simplest of things, like getting a vehicle in the shop to have it diagnosed, what all will be lied about when telling me what it will take to get it repaired? I would have been frustrated to know that my Jeep had still not been looked at after 5 days, but I would have understood if I was just told the true…and probably would have ended up doing more business with Landers in the future. Landers needs to work on honesty being the best policy, and maybe provide ethics courses for your employees! Want better reviews…be better!

Took my truck in for a routine service and left with a new truck! My old Ram has 100,000 miles on it but it has another hundred to go so I decided to give it to my son and buy myself a new truck. Since 2013, (before it was Landers), they have taken excellent care of my car. Recently, I had a balance and a HID headlamp replaced.My feels like Im driving on a cloud. The headlamp is working fine. (Might need a slight aiming adjustment).

Customer service was friendly..wait time on car being fixed is always 2 weeks no matter what the problem is..Car was under warranty,the 3 times its been in there we never were offered a loaner ..makes it tough on a person getting to work. Not that happy with the Jeep compass I bought too many problems.

Bought a car on April 7. It took 5 months to get a title. When I did receive the title. It was notarized April 27. I didnt get it till August 18. There was lots of late fees and a lein on the car. It took me 5 months. 5 paper tags and threatened a lawyer before I got everything straightened out. I do not recommend buying anything here. To much dishonesty and stress for me.

I absolutely fell in love with the sales department. I worked with two lovely people there. A precious young lady named Jalee and a very polite man named Randy. They found me the exact color of Jeep Cherokee I had been look for, gave me a fair price on my trade-in, and helped me secure financing (Which was easy as I have great credit.) The whole process was smooth, quick, and hassle free. My husband and I will defiantly be back next year when it is my hubby’s turn for a new truck.

Went down to buy a car for our company. The manager and his son tried to low ball us on our trade and we told them to take a hike. Didnt care for either one... but what can you expect, they are car salesmen.....They had a chance to get some repeat business... we still have a couple more vehicles to buy. But you can bet your a$$ we wont even consider this place again. Its a shame that car buying has to be so shady. And this place is definitely shady.....

When it was time to upgrade my car I knew I wanted another Jeep so I browsed Landers website and found several good choices. I traveled 150 miles to Landers and Jalee greeted me at the door with her beautiful smile and warm greeting. I told her a little about what I wanted and within minutes we were test driving a Grand Cherokee. Jalee explained all the functions on this car that I didn’t have on my old Jeep and I was sold! She was so patient and helpful! Jalee got a good trade in price for my old car and I drove away in less than 2 hours. Thank you again Jalee.

I started the process of selling my car on April 12. It is now April 30, 3 weeks later. Caleb responded in a timely manner. He asked for more details and for photos of the vehicles exterior and interior, a photo of my license, and a photo of my title. I provided all. Caleb made an offer on the car and I accepted. He said he passed my information on to the Norman dealership used car manager and to contact him back if I didnt hear from him in a couple days. I havent heard anything. I have contacted Caleb numerous times and have not had a response. I dont know what the holdup is, but beware. They wasted my time and cost me another insurance payment. Thanks a heap, Landers! 👎

I went to one dealer in the morning that promised a price on my trade in, then upon arrival, they offered me $15,000 less. I left and did the online appraisal on Lander’s website which offered $59,583 on my truck. I called and spoke with Curtis, one of the sales managers who assured me twice that they would honor that price given through their online tool. Upon arriving, I looked at a Jeep Wrangler, test drove it, and worked numbers. Another sales manager offered me $49,000 for my trade. When I mentioned Curtis, the sales manager said “I didn’t know you had spoke with Curtis. I’ll be right back.” He came back and offered $51,000. Still $8,583 less than I was told they would buy it for. This dealer used to be named David Stanley. I can see that only the name has changed but not the practices.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and that is not being dramatic. I scheduled a service appointment for a particular time and was told to expect 2-4 hours before I will hear back from someone. Ten hours later I use their message system with no response.I call the next day, 30 hrs after my appointment, and I was told my car was next in line!. Five hours later I once again use the message system and was told they were still waiting for a tech. I call the two days later, 80 hours after my scheduled appointment, and my car still has not been looked at. I talked with gentleman named Vick and though he was helpful and said someone would get back with me, no one did.I wait through the weekend and at the end of the day Monday, almost a full week since my scheduled appointment, I finally get ahold of a Curtis in sales who appeared to finally get my car looked at. I have been without a vehicle for over a week without even a diagnosis. Who knows how long it would take for them to fix. They are a mile down the road and they just do not want my service. I hate that I have to go into the city moving forward.

Excellent sales personnel, dealership in all was exceptional, very clean and organized, the standard of all businesses should follow. Not quite sure I got the best deal, but I did get the right vehicles I wanted. Only thing, a person would think, after spending the money We spent at this dealership purchasing 2 new 2021 vehicles, we would of at least got some incentives, like hats, visors, coffee cups, vehicle accessories or something, but nothing at all. I called the service department the day after to verify that my car had undergone an inspection. I was rudely told that information is not shared with customer. Unfortunately my next complaint is that David Kile (sales rep) promised that my vehicle would be detailed. I drove 2 hours at night from Tulsa and I was exhausted. I begged him to detail it due to my allergies. The car was disgusting when I saw it in the daylight. Super disappointed. Cereal, animal hair, and sticky gunk everywhere! I emailed David twice to prevent the negative review had he gotten it detailed.

Great experience from the immediate response to my online inquiry through some texting and phone calls prior to making the 3 hour drive! Yes, I drove past no less than 10-15 Jeep dealers to come to Landers to get the best deal and trade deal! I was greeted out front by a friendly staff and was met with Great service from Tobie and the the Finance team. Came in to schedule a service repair on my Jeep grand Cherokee they stated they could look at it Tuesday the 14th, dropped it off at 830 am like they requested, I returned Tuesday the 21st to see what was going on with it, only to find out they havent even looked at it yet, even though they have had it for 7 days, they stated it was dispatched to a tech today the 21 but he would not be able to look at till tomorrow the 22nd, told them to just get my truck I will take it else where

This dealership is shady. We had a car we were interested in and it was a little over our price range, we made an offer, which they say the couldnt meet which is fine. As we were waiting to hear what their answer was, my salesman says they have a new car in inventory that is in my price range. He shows me the car and we like it, I ask what the price was and he tells me hell have to check since its new to them. The salesman then let me know that it is the exact price that we said was our limit, in his words, out the door price $12,000. A few minutes later my daughter sends me a link with the car we just looked at on the dealers website, for $3,000 less than what my salesman just told me. Be careful with these guys.Its been over a week and Ive heard nothing from anyone there. Your response reads nice on internet but as I thought it was just talk to make it look like your business cares. Do not bother reaching out to me! Shady like I thought!

Bought my 18 charger from this dealership brand new. I knew what I wanted so the finance process wasn’t too painful. My vehicle has been very reliable. This is not my home dealership but I wanted to recognize a few folks from the Service Department who went above and beyond to fix my truck and get it back on the road quickly. I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel that recently had the recall work for AEM update, intake, and EGR replacement. I was driving back from Oklahoma City to McKinney and my NOx sensor came completely unplugged. The turbo was whistling something fierce, and the truck went into limp mode. I had no tools with me so I Googled and found this dealership just a few miles away and limped my truck into the parking lot. It was less than 30 minutes to closing, I was towing a motorcycle trailer with my brand new 2020 Indian Scout Bobber, and I was preparing for the worst: the prospect of having to grab a hotel and leave my truck overnight and return my trailer late. These guys dropped what they were doing to help me drop the trailer, pull the fender liner out and screw the sensor back on--all at no charge!It would have been so easy to just tell me that Id have to wait until the next day but William Yargee was the tech went out of his way before going home to actually fix the truck. I believe Ricky Kirby (guy who looks like Zac Brown) was the ASM/Advisor who came out and made it all happen, grabbed a block and a jack to help drop the trailer and then hook it up again. These guys turned a disaster of a day into a happy ending in a matter of minutes and I cant say enough to express my appreciation. Its so rare to get that from a dealership these days...

The dealership won’t stand behind what they sell. Get it in writing what they say they will do. Had a manager tell me that they have had salesmen that have not been “totally honest” which causes unhappy customers. But they won’t apologize or stand by what the salesman sold us. I know of at least 2 people that will not be buying from them because they have heard bad reviews from many people. I hope I can save others from making the mistake we did.They say they will call you back but they don’t. I agree with so many of these bad reviews! Let people know!

My wife and I had been looking for a truck for about 2 months and Landers got us into one within our price range and with the options we wanted immediately. Their team was AWESOME. We came late Saturday night to look at a Ram and they didn’t try to push us out the door since they were about to close, Toby took us for a ride, told us about the truck and the previous owner. They let us take the truck home for a couple of days, we loved it and came back and bought it.The experience at the dealership the night we bought it was what will bring us back to Landers. We have a 5 month old son and they understood that. They came over and talked and played with him, talked with us about stuff other than buying a car. It definitely wasn’t your typical car buying experience! Sam made the negotiation easy and painless, Justin got us in and out of financing and didn’t try to twist our arm on any crazy additional packages, and Toby was knowledgeable of the vehicle and showed us everything we needed. My husband and I took our Dodge Ram in for a recall fix. The entire Service Department was courteous, polite and friendly. My salesman was Dequan who I met while in search of a new car. He was very knowledgeable about the products for sale and was able to point out the cars that met my “must haves”. He even came in on his day off to help me finalize the purchase of my perfect car! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a no pressure, friendly experience. Gennifer with a G in the Service Department is great. After initial confusion due to an appointment thing she took great care of me and kept me posted on all the things. I have to go back but that’s due to me having a 7 year old car and what not. They’re honest about recalls and don’t charge any Shady Shelly fees which is a blessing for someone who knows nothing about vehicles.I look forward to interacting with Gennifer again when I go back for my follow up! I bought my car from the dealership as well and it’s been awesome 😎

Drove from Fort Smith Arkansas 3.5 hours, to purchase a vehicle after receiving a video... the vehicle had major hail damage... approx $12k. The video was not current. Very deceiving. Im not a happy customer!

I will never do business with this company again. They complied with specific instructions I had that I could not keep my truck there for more then a day and they said that was fine. They do nothing to my truck at all on the Saturday I scheduled it in 2 weeks in advance at 7am to accomplish the work I needed done. I called several times throughout the day with no call backs at all. There was zero communication! When I finally got ahold of someone it was on the sales side and then I found out that service was closed for the day and my truck was locked up inside. I ended up have to go to the store and raise a small fuss to get my truck back. Worthless company! Fowler dodge is so much better!

I was very wary of coming to this location to have service done on my vehicle. I havent been here since it was David Stanley, from whom I originally purchased my vehicle. Having had too many truly obnoxious experiences under the previous ownership, I was not excited to check out the new owners. HOWEVER, I am glad I made the call. I called to see if they could fix my issue, and spoke with service advisor Genifer, and she couldnt have been nicer or more knowledgeable. When I finally brought my car in, she got me taken care of quickly, and in fact, my total charge was actually less than the original quote. I will definitely return to do business with Landers in the future. And Genifer? She was so super pleasant and personable when I called, she was really the reason I decided to proceed at Landers in the first place. Definitely a change for the better.

I called and set up a service appointment for my vehicle where someone would come pick up my vehicle and return it when the service was finished. When my appointment time came and no one showed up, I called, was put on hold, hung up on, put on hold again, and 20 minutes later was told someone would be out “soon”. 2 hours later, still no one showed. I was surprised that Landers wouldn’t at least give me the courtesy of a call to update me on the situation. I called to just go ahead and cancel the appointment, but Ricky assured me they would take care of me, and they did. They were having some computer problems that caused my appointment to not show up on their end. After a rough start, Landers pulled through, and I will be returning for future services/inspections.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know how extremely disappointed I am with your staff and this dealership overall. I had scheduled an appointment through email with Michael Keenum to test drive a 2011 Ford F-150 XLT you had. I arrived at the dealership a bit later than my scheduled appointment as I had to work and waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes before deciding to go to the front desk to find help as I was approached by absolutely nobody. The nice receptionist paged the salesman I had been emailing and he came out a few minutes later and informed me he was with another customer and was going to have another salesman help me with the truck which was fine. He went to get the other salesman and came out 5 minutes later only to tell me that the couple that was sitting at the desk 20 feet away from me was currently signing the contract on the truck I wanted. I drove all the way from Yukon to Norman with full intentions of doing whatever necessary to get this truck as I had quickly fell in love with it only to have that crushed the second I got help.

I would have gave it a 5 star experience but the car was not running when I got there. I live out of town and contacted by 11:00 to see car at 1:30.When we arrived our sales person Adam Keeper said they needed to change the battery out.Mr. Keeper kept everything else smooth after that.No pressure and very welcoming environment.It was an unusual time to be purchasing a vehicle. Everyone kept their distance and alleviated our fears.The manager kept checking to make sure we didn’t need anything. All of the staff were polite and helpful.

As for parts its great service and timing. For diagnosis service its horrible the appointment thing is a joke i scheduled 2 weeks prior, dropped off on set date and still waited 4 more days to see if someone would start working on it... And no, so i went and took it to a different place. Dont waste time.
