I had never had my car serviced here before, and I was nervous Id be pressured about lots of extra things I didnt ask for. Instead, I got a knowledgeable, courteous service advisor who could tell I was nervous and broke everything down for me, and gave me a realistic time estimate. Im VERY pleased with how I and my car were treated, and will absolutely be back.The only complaint I have is, your lounge really needs more comfortable places to sit! Also, there should be outlets available so we can charge our work laptops or charge our phones while we are using them.

I cant give an honest feedback bc of my experience buying my car here. I had buyers remorse after purchasing a new vehicle around the Christmas holiday season. I was the last customer that night before the holiday closing and I returned to the dealership first thing after they reopened from the holiday and was greeted by a manager that told me returning that car was NOT going to happen in any way possible. Since then Ive taken my business elsewhere but am stuck taking my vehicle here for service as is the closest dealership to me. Service department has been A-1!

The staff overall was very helpful and pleasant. They answered all my questions thoroughly and even told me things I didn’t know but needed too. They worked way past closing time to make a sale and never did they make me feel like I was a bother.James Chandler the salesman was knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased and the tutorial he gave on the car was superb.Kaley Guerra the finance director was also very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything I was signing. She worked to get me the best the rate and told me she’d get the best and she did. She kept in touch via text and phone calls. She made sure to explain when everything was due and how much my payment would be after giving me options of what I wanted my payment to be the same, or I could put money down etc... I will definitely be coming back to this dealership. Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Anthony was unprofessional and rude. I had in the past made a complaint that I believe the general inspection wasnt being completed do to my windshield wiper fluid being empty. Anthony made rude remarks about this again during my recent visit. I come the this dealership due to my warranty. If it wasnt for that wouldnt use the service department.

I came in with the expectation that a salesman would try to sell me vehicles I wasn’t interested in but was pleasantly surprised when Jeremy met me outside and asked me what I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he gave me options and worked around the budget I set for a new car. I was originally going to visit another dealership to compare and contrast but I got what I wanted and I got a vehicle I loved for a price that worked for me. Jeremy was very helpful and showed me different Rogue’s so I could compare the trim levels to each other and pick the one I liked the most. I got the features that were most important to me and I was comfortable the whole time. Arrived to dealership 30 min before they opened for a 8am service appt. was 1st one at the gate and in line for my appt. It doesn’t help to make an appointment. It places no priority on your visit and you just sit in the lobby and Wait and wait and wait and then you have to request updates because they won’t tell you anything. All I needed was an oil change and to check my check engine light which I told the advisor what the code was when I arrived. It was pulled into the garage but oil change didn’t begin until 8:45 am and customer behind me had more work done than me and was released before my paperwork could even get processed. I have tried using this dealership more than once out of convenience and each time get screwed. Time to move on. Not worth the frustration!!!!

Purchased 2 trucks from here and specifically told them the vehicles needed to be registered in Oklahoma (where our local office is). Bob Moore messed up their paperwork and now they are saying we must register the vehicles in Texas where our HQ is. After many phone calls with zero returned calls, they finally answer with We did everything by the book and we cant change the paperwork. So now, we will have to drive these two vehicles 4 hours to our HQ in Texas every year for inspection and registration. Out of state buyers beware.

Everyone was just so nice. Robert Walker found just the righ Sentra for me and really worked to get price I wanted. They were all very helpful and patient, giving me plenty of time to think things through. First day of service, I recieved an introduction text, loved it. Second day, didnt recieve an update so I replied to the text that was sent 1st day. Third day of no update, I decided to call and ask for an update around 3. This is when things started moving along, I was updated on what has been done and that theres one more test that was needed to be done. I was told I could recieve an update shortly. An associate called and told me what was wrong and his recommendation and the cost. Asked how long this will take and was told, it will be ready by the end of the day. I told them I could pickk up after 5. So It was fixed quickly, when I got there, service department were very friendly and helpful.Thank you.

This dealership is honestly the first dealership I can honestly say I trust! From my first step on the property, the professionalism was thru the roof. I chose to come to this dealership after hearing all the rave reviews from coworkers and on TV. I came here for two warranty claims and regular service. I was taken care of Matt every occasion. For my warranty claims, he took the time to explain what will need to be done after inspection at no charge. When I dropped off my vehicle for them to fix the problem, Matt even provided me a loaner car at no cost too. And for the regular service, he went as far as to honor service coupons that expired the previous day. I dont think any other dealership wouldve done. I can say Ive never been treated with so much respect. Even when I was just walking around the showroom floor while waiting for my car, Adrian came up and showed me some cars on the floor, even though I wasnt interested. But that didnt stop him from getting to know me, which no other salesman Ive been approached by has done. I think its safe to say when Im in the market for a new vehicle, Adrian will be my go to. Last, when looking at purchasing an extended warranty, the finance manager (whom I forgot his name) was very polite and didnt pressure me into buying a warranty right then and there. Just gave me my options. Based on all these experiences, Bob Moore Nissan will always be my go to dealership! Ive never been in a more trusting atmosphere. Thank you Bob Moore! After talking with the dealership they declined to go down on the price. About three weeks later they finally went down on the price after the car had been sitting on the lot for weeks. I most likely will not use them to purchase a vehicle due to being unwilling to negotiate with me.

-I had to work with Mat at the service department. He is super patient and understanding. He walked me throughout everything and did a tremendous effort regarding the extended warranty and coverage.-There was no cars to rent out, I had to make arrangements.I hope the big boss and management can do more to keep records in files.-My information were not reserved. I went through a huge Hussle when I tried to call Midwest city branch for my own info to be transferred to the Norman branch.-Customers seal or break the deal. Keep it up and let us know if other companies are taking over. a copy or an attached email with my existing information is all what a customer needs to keep coming back for another car.We live in a very advanced world, but the system is so backward.That is not good for the business. Took my vehicle in for service. I went to pick my 2015 Murano up and found a salesperson to find out what my Murano was worth. Three hours later left in my new Murano. Brittany was exceptional! This by far is the best car buying experience I have had over the last 40 years. My first Nissan was a 1979 Datsun 210 Hatchback that I purchased from Kens Datsun in Midwest City, Oklahoma. I will continue to have my new Murano serviced at Bob Moore as Anthony always meets my service expectations in Bob Moore.

The service people were very professional. Aaron is a great employee, but my overall concern is that spending 300 dollars and leaving the same way I came in...with a noise that was there before I bough my tires, before i had my breaks done, before I had sway bar links repaired just to have the mechanic who was also very professional tell me that the sound was my brand new tires. The reason for the 5 is the overall experience, the paint on my 05 Titan faded and wore away 6 years after I bought the vehicle, I called several times with no responses. I paid 1400 dollars for someone to fix that what should have been covered. Look at all the Nissans here in OK......they are all faded with piss poor paint jobs. That is unacceptable. I spent 75,000 in 5 years at this location which i can only assume is not a lot of money because after I bought my new vehicles, it was like I did not matter anymore. The tipping point was me paying 300 just for someone to troubleshoot what the problem is at the end of the day. How would you feel spending 300 at a nice restaurant only for the waiter to show you food and you leave hungry.....that is how I feel.
