Everyone I met was great, especially the salesman. He had only been at Reynolds for a couple of weeks, but was very knowledgeable about F-150s. He showed us every F-150 which might meet our needs, and when none of those on the lot did, he took us into the shop to see one they had just got in. That was the one I bought. He really went the extra mile.
Nolan is awesome. Found answers for all my questions helped me practice charging my hybrid plug in, I drove home put on charge, completely charged by am so I drove to work without using a drop of gasoline. Thanks Nolan!
Ordered and purchased a new car with Reynolds. The vehicle was delayed multiple times due to supply chain issues and throughout the process the general manager, Mike Lang, kept me updated whenever they received any new information. Sales manager Adam Kelley let me know as soon as the car arrived. My sales contact, Steve Adams, has been with Reynolds for over 2 decades which I thinks says a lot about the dealership, and he was a pleasure to work with. The car had a small imperfection on one of the rubber seals from either production or shipping, and when we noticed it Steve immediately documented it so they could get it replaced. Finance manager Sean Porterfield was easy-going, straight forward, and promptly got through all the necessary paperwork.Overall an excellent buying experience with zero shenanigans. No games on pricing or financing, which seems to be exceptionally rare with current market conditions. Would recommend Reynolds without hesitation to anyone looking to buy a Ford in Oklahoma.
I have always been a GM vehicle owner. My family has worked there for years, that being said the people at Reynolds Ford were absolutely amazing. I told them what I was looking for and they did everything in their power to find it. I walked away with a 2017 Ford Escape. I am in love!!! Great experience. Took my truck up there for electrical issues. They gave me a rental car for only 30 bucks per day and it was a 2018-2020 Ford fusion. They finished my truck in 2 days and it has been running great ever since. Very friendly staff and helpful.

If you leave your vehicle with Reynolds Ford of Norman for service, they wont tell you they will leave it outside to be damaged by the elements, and they sure wont provide any help or even apologize when it happens. We were told by service advisor Shawna to go ahead and post bad reviews, and owner Dale Daniels himself told us we lacked class and hung up on us after giving the you signed the paperwork... excuse. Yes, Im sure we did sign paperwork absolving you of any and all human decency Dale, but had we been made aware that our garage-kept car would be left outside for 4 days while it waited for someone to diagnose a radio issue, we never would have left it. Shame on all of you for the way this was handled. Yes, we have insurance, and yes, we will get the car repaired. A simple apology and a we dont have room to keep all the cars inside would have gone a long way when we first were informed of the damage, but instead we were insulted and brushed off. Hope this helps someone else to not get taken advantage of by these people.

Great new car sale experience yesterday buying a hail damaged 2021 Explorer. Our salesman, Richard, was courteous and easy going. The sales manager, Travis, was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. This made for one of the quickest and pain free transactions I’ve ever had at a dealership.
The entire team at Reynolds Ford of Norman have been great! We purchased two cars from them at the same time. They kept in touch as they worked the deal. Got a good deal on an Expedition with this crazy market.Lowered to 2 stars as we’ve had heck in 3 months of owning our expedition getting the DVD players fixed, the leaking sunroof fixed and some of the lighting fixed.Alrighty we had it back for one day and the sunroof is leaking again and they can’t get us in for 3-5 days! This will be the 3rd time we have had to drive from Owasso, Ok to Norman for service for the same thing! Service department is a joke is all I can say! They are going to put fans on it to dry it when asked to pull the headliner, seats and carpet to at least check for mold! Offered to buy it back at way less than what was paid for the vehicle as well… I’m sure because it has water damage now! Probably was leaking before and why it was traded in.

Recently we purchased a new F-250 and Roberto was very welcoming and patiently worked with us while wading thru all the package options. We brought the vehicle back for tinting of the windows and the service process was very easy. The staff from the service department to finance were knowledgeable and all staff were focused on our experience being a positive one.
We found our vehicle through an online search and as it was newly listed, there were no pictures. Jared responded to my request very quickly with requested photos and video walk-around. Purchasing from out of state can be tricky, but Jared answered our many questions and helped us secure the vehicle before it hit the front line. When we arrived and there were some minor fixable blemishes, Jared immediately took care of them while we completed the paperwork. He ensured we had everything we needed to feel comfortable driving our new-to-us vehicle back home to CA. Thank you Jared!

I was shopping for a new F-150 online and found the one I was looking for. The pictures, description, and window sticker were all clear and easy to navigate. One quick question brought an almost immediate response from the salesman, Enrique Villagran. He was able to get all of the information he needed, along with my desires and qualifications for discounts that were available. The following morning he presented an excellent offer that was honored when I arrived at the dealership to see and drive the truck. It was a quick, pleasant experience.
Their customer service and loyalty is TERRIBLE. My friend bought a new car from them. She took it to them for a minor fix a couple of weeks later. 1-2 day fix turned into a week. They left her car out to be destroyed by the hail. Didnt notify her until the next night that it had been damaged. First told her it was going to be at least 4-6 weeks before they could begin to fix it. Now they are telling her that its going to be months all because of who she has her insurance through. She told them she had the repair check in hand made out to them. They told her it didnt matter. If it wasnt for them, her car wouldnt be damaged in the first place.

I wish zero stars was an option. Sales dept is OK, but the service dept should be avoided. They do shoddy work like forgetting to tighten bolts and not putting protective plastic on your seats when they get inside your vehicle while having oil, grease, and dirt on their shop uniforms. Also, Reynolds Ford cares nothing about customer satisfaction or loyalty. My month-old 2021 truck (that I purchased from them) was heavily damaged by hail when they left it outside 4/28/21 for over 24 hours before ever even looking at it, and it was only brought in on that specific day and at that specific time because thats when they told me to bring it in. I had no way of protecting my vehicle from the storm since it was on their property, entrusted to their care. Additionally, the only reason it was at their dealership was because of a manufacturing defect. And even though they have an on-site body shop, there was no offer from them to bring my vehicle back to the condition it was in when I left it in their care. All they cared about, especially GM Mike Lang, was denying fault and telling me I am on my own with the repairs. When I asked him about getting help with my $1000 deductible, even possibly through their body shop doing the repair work, Mikes response was that it was my choice to have a $1000 deductible on my auto policy and thats not his or Fords fault. Thats a terrific answer. So between Ford Motor Co. and Reynolds, who share blame in my truck having $11k worth of hail damage, neither care about future purchases, future service/maintenance work, or the satisfaction of a customer whose vehicle was basically still in the delivery phase because they were waiting on a part to correct a factory defect. They will probably spin this and reply that they dont control mother nature. This isnt about that. Its about a horrible response to the needs of a customer who purchased 2 brand new, special order cars from them a month ago, one of which was almost destroyed partly due to theirs and Fords ineptitude. Reynolds Ford revealed their true colors: they love you when youre in the buying process but will drop you like a bad habit when thats done. In that regard, they are just like all the other car dealers they claim they are better than.

I love the way they all work together as a team, and they all do what they can to take care of their customers. It took me less than 3 hours to get through the entire process, and I drove home in a nice car that Im proud to own. After totaling my previous vehicle a couple weeks before, I was extra cautious, but the vehicle I bought felt good. It came with brand new tires and everything, which was reassuring, as Im much more aware of safety issues now!! I, also, got a good warrantyfor extra peace of mind.It wasnt only the salesmen, the used car manager and even the financial guy, they were all great. We laughed a lot, and it was actually a fun experience. I am very grateful to the entire team for helping me find the right vehicle for me, and making it a great process!! We found a vehicle about 150 miles from our home. I contacted the dealership by email and received a quick reply from Jared. He sent extra pictures of the car and quickly responded to every question I had. He never tried to hard sell me and was honest in all of his communications, unlike other salespersons I was dealing with at the same time. Once we arrived at the dealership he had the car ready and the negotiations were painless. We used their financing and that also was very quick we were out the door with our new vehicle in just over 2 hrs, start to finish. I would definitely do business with Jared and Reynolds Ford in the future.
This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Reynolds since 2010, and we will continue to go back. We worked with Enrique on the sales floor, and he made sure our car was ready for a test drive when we arrived. He even took the time to wipe it down an extra time and provided us with gloves to wear due to covid. He worked hard to get us a great staring number then passed us to Franco in finance. Omg it was so horrible. Was dropping my car off for repair and their was a minor issue with insurance that I was able to get fixed but because they didnt like my frustration the Manger said even with the problem resolved im not renting to you anyway. So that was my experience maybe someone else will have a better experience. Good luck
