John quickly got our vehicle in the shop for a diagnosis. Once that was complete he contacted me to let know what the issue was. I agreed to fix it. He called me the next day and said that it was ready to be picked up. WOW! That was fast! He kept in contact with me with the updates.
I found the exact vehicle I wanted on Autotrader and submitted my info so Landers would contact me. Within a few minutes I was contacted by a sales rep. By the next day our deal was made. The process was smooth and fairly painless. :) We are really enjoying our new-to-us Ford Expedition Max.

I called in the morning to get an oil change on my Colorado. They told me to come in then. And completed it in an hour. Only thing is the price was high. $82. Should have been 1/2 that.
Cody Payne was so incredibly helpful! We did have unforeseen issues come up with service because the windshield had to be replaced and back tail light had to be replaced so my husband and I left the truck at the dealership. It did take them five business days to get the truck ready to go but I tell you what, when we were frustrated not getting many answers between service and parts we just contacted Cody (the guy who sold us the truck) and he was awesome! He filled us in on all of our questions and kept us updated to the very last evening before we came to pick the truck up! He showed exactly how customer service SHOULD be (employees in parts and service take lessons from this guy)!
We bought a bed cover. It came in quickly and install was quick and easy. Had a defect on one panel of it. They replaced it within the week. Friendly staff. Would recommend this dealerships service department :)

I will be honest and note that our experience at Landers started out poorly, and I stand by my opinion that it seems some further training may be needed in sales. However, I am giving a 5 star review regardless because Nic really did do everything he could to save the deal so to speak and make us comfortable in moving forward with purchasing a vehicle from them. We were VERY particular and what we wanted and when other people (both at Landers and other dealerships) brushed us off telling us what we wanted would be too hard to find, Nic was determined to meet our requests. He really listened to each detail of what we wanted and found a way to provide exactly that. Despite some bumps, our new vehicle is beautiful. Please keep Nic around because the service he is providing your customers is hard to come by. We will be happy to continue to do business with him in the future!

I decided last November that I wanted the new C8 Corvette. After some research I found out that the some people were waiting over a year to get their C8. (unless you wanted to pay a huge premium). I contacted Hunter Firestone at Landers Chevrolet in the middle of November and told him what I wanted. He promised me that if I was willing to wait I could get one at MSRP. He estimated about a 6 or 7 month wait. Well just last week he called me to let me know my Sebring Orange C8 was here. Hunter was awesome to work with and I highly recommend anyone who wants a C8 or really any vehicle, to contact him. The dealership is very nice and they have a no pressure environment. This was my most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had.Thanks Hunter and Landers Chevrolet!

Service writer was snarky. I wouldnt have showed up on Saturday if I would have known I wouldnt be able to have warranty work done. So much for your call center being trained properly.
Drove down from Lawton after speaking with Hunter the day prior to purchase the 2019 Land Rover Sport with pre-approval in hand, only to find out that another customer was on a test drive and was told by Hunter that he was gone in the vehicle over four hours to show it to his wife. After speaking with the Sales manager his response to me was what did you expect us to do tell the customer no I guess not Sales manager just tell me no. Poor customer service hope the guy purchased the vehicle because I surely was going to purchase it.

We worked with Chris Carey for our purchase. He was great! My husband and I came in close to closing time, but he was patient and let us test drive the vehicle. I wasnt sure I wanted to purchase, so we exchanged numbers and left. My husband and I returned a few days later to look things over again and take another test drive. Again, Chris was patient with my indecisiveness. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing the vehicle and I am happy with the vehicle and our experience.
The staff at Landers were very nice and professional. They even offered me a ride to a location of my choice while I waited on my vehicle which was going to take several hours. The vehicle was repaired under warranty. Would highly recommend!

Oil change done. Fast and friendly. Checked the box on lots of things that were supposedly checked. I know for sure the tire pressure was not checked. Chevrolet is way behind Toyota on service on a new vehicle. Toyota gives two free oil Changes. They also vacuum your vehicle and wash it.
Great customer service: organized, efficient, respectful. Clean environment and great space for customers to lounge while waiting for their car to be serviced.
The service attendant, Wesley Guin, was very attentive from the moment I arrived until I left the facility. He made sure I had a quiet place to work while he worked on my car and that I knew where the coffee pot was. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Back on July 10th, I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonota. Had a great experience. However within a month my car messed up. I called Landers. They advised me to take it to the Hyundai Dealership. Great, no problem. Took it to Bob Howard where they let me know that there was a recall on the motor back in January and they would have to replace my motor. Again, no issue. They didnt have a loaner for me and let me know that they would have my car for at least 2 weeks and they would put me on the list for the loaner. I called Landers back since they sold me the car, failed to mention there was a recall on the motor at the time of purchase. I was hoping that they would be able to let me use a loaner. They advised me to call my extended warranty company that I purchased at the time of purchasing the car because a rental would be covered. I called them. They let me know that since the motor isnt being replaced through a claim through them, they could not make a claim to issue approval for a rental. So, I call Landers back and spoke to the store manager (cant remember his name). I explained that I am a single mother of 3 kids and a granddaughter and that I simply cannot go without a vehicle. He tells me they dont have a loaner and havent had them for a year and there was nothing he could do for me. Basically the sell is the sell and they wont do anything for me. I just paid my first car payment and literally only got to drive the car for 4 weeks. You would think they would like to keep a customer however leaving me stranded is not the way to handle things. Wont be going back again.
Horrible service the last two experiences, first was with service where I had to call for an oil change and a noise check for warranty. Was told I would have to drop the car off for a minimum of two days with no loaner or rental available. People can’t just leave their car for two days like it’s nothing, I said I would have to check and was hung up on. The second time was going in to buy a part (parts guys were good) and needing to look at some of the vettes to replace my last one, and get approached by absolutely no one. Dealerships love judging people if they are young.
From setting the appointment to paying for the service, everything was wonderful. Wes especially was informative, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This place is a horrible business, my mother got the car on April 7th 2021, took four months of giving us paper tags, which keep in mind is illegal, and they just informed my mother that there was a lean release on it after 4 months of giving us paper tags, which also keep in mind that you cant sell a car with a lean release on it in the first place. They were no help to try to get it figured out. They just got the car tagged on September 1st. And it took four months to get the title. They told my mother it was her fault when they were the ones who wouldnt send the title or inform them about the lean release when they first bought the car. Would not recommend, wish I could only give a half a star. Only good thing they have going is the cars, but their business and employees are trash.

On thursday, 9/16/21 Eric Glover at Landers Chevrolet of Norman was a very arrogant and disrespectful person towards me as a Chevrolet customer. Eric made me feel less of a person and humiliated me in front of several other employees and customers. I had an issue with my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and he did not follow protocol to let me know that there was a recall for my truck. Eric Glover went ahead and got the recall started without my authorization. I did not have time to get this work done and I tried to explained it to him. As I tried explaining that I was in a rush to pick up my children from school, he began speaking over me in a really rude manner. His excuse was that he assumed I wanted the recall done on my truck without informing me before doing so. After being there for 4 hours none of the initial work I had gone in to get done was completed. I was not given any documents of what they had done to my truck. Eric Glover said there was no document to give me. When I asked to speak with his manager he said, The manager is not here and while hes out I am the one you need to speak to. I dont believe that is acceptable coming from the Chevrolet dealership. I wanted to leave without the recall being done but I was not given an option. Eric Glover got the recall started on my truck after knowing I didnt have time for it or wanted it done. After keeping me there several hours to work on the recall I did not want done at the time, I went home with the job incomplete. He was inconsiderate of my time, not caring I commute to this dealership an hour and a half away from my home. He is definitely not a humble person and should not work around any customers ruining the Chevrolet reputation.

We were quoted a price that was around $47,800 and I put $500 down to hold it until it arrived. I asked repeatedly if there was any additional fees such as a so called convivence fee because inventory is scarce. I was repeatedly assured there was not. When the truck came in the salesman called me and said there was a mistake made by some lady and there was an added $3,500 fee he didnt quote me. That is a B/S fee and I should have been told up front or I would have bought the vehicle in Dallas where I live, because I also had to pay an additional $500.00 delivery fee to get the truck to Dallas. Such a Lie!!! I will never use this dealership again and no one else should either!

From the day I bought my truck to the day I brought it in for my first service I have had excellent customer service. I’ve had my truck about 7 - 8 months and I get emails from my salesman checking to see if everything is going well. I just dealt with the service department for the first time and they were very friendly and helpful. I set up a appointment and they completed my first service in about an hour and a half. I hope to continue to have great customer service in the future and I will be a returning customer!

Called a set an appointment to view a 2012 Denali trade in. My wife and I were expecting to see it cleaned and ready to be viewed from our 45 min drive. Like the description vaguely said it was literally just traded in. The 2012 Denali had ash, trash, and stains all over the interior. Broken windshield, broken dash, broken rear tv, cigarette burns, seats coming apart and parts missing. I was completely amazined by the lousy rear collision repair that displayed the dent and cross pattern sand marks in the drivers rear quarter panel. Then get mad when we offered the trade in value of $11,000 cash. My wife and I went to Carter Chevrolet in Okarche and purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon Denali.
The fact they have playgrounds is awesome. However, we are a family of 7 and our salesman is trying to force us into a 4 seater car because thats all they can get us into. Thats fine but he will not take no for an answer. I have never been harassed so much by a salesman. When I told him it wouldnt work the text I got back was and why is that? Seriously! First of all it doesnt matter we said no, second of all we answered that question multiple times! If you have bad credit but need something specific save your time and avoid them!!Response to Owner:There was no misunderstanding. Thats exactly what we were told and we were up front about what we needed and why and I still have the text message conversation between myself and the salesman. Also, since I havent heard from anyone as mentioned in your response I sent in a message asking to be contacted, when someone contacted me they werent exactly friendly when leaving a message. I am getting better customer service from Buy Here - Pay Here lots, thats really sad!! I have always heard really good things about Landers but I have yet to see anything good about you...

Josue was perfect. He wanted the sale and did even he should have some to get it. He’s wonderful and I’d buy from him again. Even with the troubles I had in the first week they weren’t his fault but he got it taken care of. Much appreciate his hard work.The quality of the servicing used vehicles get needs to be updated a lot. Wheel lock was cut, I request tires be rotated and balanced and they never mentioned it, Left it on vehicle then took 6 hours to fix it when I complained. Why not replace it, knowing it could be a problem?45 days later I still haven’t received title paperwork. It was supposedly mailed 2 days ago but I only live 1 mile from dealership so did it get lost?
My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles from you we bought the tires for life package. She’s been rolling on the same tires from 2015 and she has never missed a service so she can keep the tires for life because I bought the same package for my truck and when we took a trip to Michigan because that’s where I’m from. So some of the trips I took it there I had the dealership there change the oil and service it. And when I needed tires I was told since the service wasn’t done there you voided my tires. My wife took her car in the other day to get the tire fixed because she picked up a bolt and needed it fixed. They said they can’t fix it and she missed a service so they said they aren’t taking care of the tires. So yes I went somewhere else for the tires and still had the vehicle serviced but will be the last time and will not buy from you in the future
First of all, my grandfather helped me get a vehicle from yall a little over a year ago and since then it has had nothing but problems. I understand it is a 2013 but I have higher expectations of such a big well known dealership. This car is in the shop at least once every 3 months with expensive repairs. I am a mother of 4 and do not have time to have an unreliable vehicle. Any time it is fixed, we have to beg to get a loaner and I’ve only found one sales manager who is nice enough to help me out with a loaner most of the time when he can, other than that, you’re on your own with no vehicle for days (7-14) days at a time while your car is in service. I am sooo disappointed in the last time I took it in, they have had my car for 7+ days and when I got it back the break assist light was still on which I was told was fixed and they put air in the wrong tire that was low so one had 43lbs of pressure and the other had 23. I am sooo disappointed and I would not be using their service department if it weren’t for the warranty my car is under there, but I still have a $250 deposit, which is paid for every repair and it’s becoming excessive.
Experience was great. Eric Glover was my service consultant. He reviewed the previous work I had done and made appropriate recommendations that needed to be done in addition to the oil change and tire rotation I had requested. In the long run, he saved me money. Landers Chevrolet has some great employees. Eric Glover is definitely on that list. Thanks again for everything. Dont worry! I will be back!!
Absolutely great experience with Landers Chevrolet and Dalton Baade especially. I went in looking at a corvette and told Dalton exactly what I was looking for, within minutes we found the right car and were off on a test drive. I explained what I was looking for as far as my trade and future payments on the Vette and we had it all buttoned within the hour! Will be back as soon as the wife is ready for an upgrade. 10/10 would recommend Dalton and Landers Chevrolet.
Make a plan to use Uber for a while....I needed some engine work done on my Impala and thought it would be best to use the local dealer/service shop. When I had my car towed in for my appointment there was no mention of serious delays on the website or from the tech who set up the service. I was told the shop was a day or two behind. Not a problem...except that I didnt hear anything for three business days - well, thats not entirely accurate. I did get a useless recorded video within hours of dropping my car off...to tell me about vehicle acquisition and selling me a new car. So, I proactively reached out on the afternoon of the third business day and was told the shop was seven days behind, (yep, seven days) and the only service tech that could discuss my car with me was not there. This is a run of mill, daily driver Impala, not a high performance specialized c9, yet there is only one person in the service department who could talk to me about my car. I asked to have a note added to my account to be contacted the next day and I was told that a sticky note would be placed on the techs computer. Not surprisingly, I was never contacted the next day. I was finally contacted 6 days after dropping my car off about the results from the diagnostician as well as a litany of minor upsell issues. No thanks on the upsell Landers, take care of my original issue so I can get my car back as soon as possible; and my taillights will be the last you see of me and my car when I drive off the lot.
Buying the car took a long time, which obviously wasn’t their fault. They were very polite the entire time and offered drinks or food the whole time. I’d highly recommend doing business with John!

I purchased a gorgeous used Black Widow Silverado from Landers. JT White was an excellent salesman throughout the entire process. There was a small problem with the truck shortly after buying it and JT made sure he and the service department took care of it at no cost to me! Everyone there is a professional, I highly recommend them if youre looking for a vehicle.
Had a bad experience at landers a few years back when buying out last car, but decided to give them a try again when we were in the market for a new vehicle. We had done our research and found a few vehicles at their lot that we wanted to try out. When we got through test driving the cars it felt like the guy that was helping us was only trying to rush us inside to get the sale going. It was as if he didn’t want to leave my husband and I alone long enough to talk about the vehicles we had just drove. Upon telling the guy helping us that we just weren’t sold on the vehicles and wanted to continue looking at all of our options, he then became rude and impatient. He was also trying to get us to look at used cars that hadn’t even been inspected. I only wish I could remember his name. You can’t force someone to buy a car that they aren’t completely sure of. We took our business elsewhere and had a much better experience at Enterprise in the city.Response to the owner:Thank you for taking the time to respond back to me, but to be honest we will not be bringing our business back to this location. After 2 failed attempts here, I don’t think I will be risking a 3rd. I already hate to shop for vehicles and this experience only made it worse and magnified my reasons why I hate shopping for cars. I know not every salesman is this way, but even the few will run your customers off. We had visited your location 2 times in one day, we had a pleasant experience with the first young man that helped us. But unfortunately upon returning later in the day the second salesman ruined the experience.

My service man was polite came out and explain what was going on and my mechanic was done in a timely manner. Very comfortable waiting room and I was very comfortable due to the mask and social distancing. Yall are the best

Live in Az. in Winter and Montana in summer. Wanted a 2021 Corvette and could not get on list in either state. Contacted Jon Heagler on internet and phone and got on order. Car has been built and waiting for Trans to Ok. Great response and action from Jon all the way thru process in a very difficult year to buy a car.
I scheduled an appointment on the my Chevy app. Received several email reminders. When I arrived the service manager asked what I was there for I said an appointment he looked up my vin and verified my phone #. I also told him I had a vibration in the front end. He recommended a tire balance which I could not believe was not included in my previous tire rotations. 2 1/2 later I was informed my tires were out of balance and there was a vibration in the power train which required an additional 2 hrs to fix. I also asked for any coupons to be applied to my oil change the service person said he did not have that in my service. This is frustrating as the oil change and tire rotation was what I scheduled through the app in the first place. Oil change was added but very frustrating that when I scheduled the appointment it was not showing in the dealer system. I think that is why I had to wait 2 1/2 how’s for a tire balance without the scheduled oil change. NOT HAPPY- this is not the first time my appointment was not synchronized with the dealership system. When I have my wife’s car service at Flower Honda I get regular text and updates from the service department while waiting; much better service.

Dalton Baade was an awesome salesman! He helped me find a vehicle that accommodates lots of running around and kids. He has also maintained contact to make sure I am still satisfied with my vehicle and I know hes just a phone call away if I need anything.
