I recently purchased a 2022 Odyssey Elite from Fowler Honda and am very pleased with the Fowler team. I began my search online interacting with the Live Chat feature and gained valuable information. I then filled out my trade in data and received an email Trade-in Certificate from Fowler detailing the potential transaction.I received a text from Zack Abbott the next morning and was greeted by him upon arrival. He and everyone I encountered at Fowler were very nice and genuine. After a test drive we got down to business and came to a quick agreement on the trade-in offer and purchase price. It was a win-win as it should be, though I feel I got Great Deal.I went to the parts department and met another great guy when I made a purchase there. The guys in finance were awesome in describing my options and we quickly determined what best suited my needs at a fair price.I returned a few days later to get some splash guards (mud flaps) installed and received top notch service. Cecil Benson explained many features and also advised me on something pertaining to my daughter’s older Honda. He was very accommodating and again a genuine guy.Last, I ordered breakfast at their very nice eatery and enjoyed the best custom made breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! I will show up hungry from now on….In closing I want to say that I drove all the way from Arcadia, bypassing closer Honda dealers, and am glad I went to Fowler.Fowler is well worth the drive and you too will be pleased you did.

I absolutely LOVE Fowler Honda.I will never buy a car anywhere else. The employees are kind, attentive, and honest. David, Cole and Fred have phenomenal customer service and make you feel like family. The Fowler family sets the standard for every other car dealership in the state, i wish more places and people would operate the way they do. Prices are more than competitive, there’s no gimmicks, and they make sure their customers leave happy. I’m thankful to have worked with David and Cole twice this past year. They sold me the perfect car for me and regretfully, it got totaled in the hail storm. They got me into another amazing car (with the help of Fred as well) and naturally, they all made the process stress free.I bought my very first car from a competitor across the street from them and i can’t even explain what a difference it is to buy with Fowler. My Boyfriend and I have been taking the Honda here ever since he bought it from here, to get it serviced. In the past weve have a very positive experience and quick service. Coming here today, I made the appointment for 5:30 and arrived on time and its not 6:30 and my car is still waiting to have its oil changed. I have never had to wait this long so when I asked the guy, if it was done yet. He VERY rudely said it hasnt gone back yet. I am not happy with my visit.

After years of good service, our most recent experience here was extremely disappointing. From complete failure to communicate (causing us to receive our car several days late and only after I followed up multiple times), to employees and bosses throwing each other under the bus, to unprofessional/rude comments. I seriously dread if we ever have to go back. I emailed the manager about our experience and got a very generic sorry, thanks type of response. So disappointing as weve been such loyal customers for so long.

Beware of interacting with their marketing materials. I clicked on one link they emailed me and was immediately bombarded with their sales department trying to get me to sell my car and buy a new vehicle at a financial loss to me. I still get constant emails, texts, and phone calls all because I service my car with them.This is a violation of my personal data that I provided during maintenance on my car. The personal information I provided to service my car should only ethically be used in relationship with that service visit. Instead they have unethically used my personal data for marketing and sales.

My experience with Fowler Honda’s Automotive Shop was exceptional from the moment I pulled into the garage. First, the auto specialist came out greeted me and came back with my paperwork of the issues I’d explained needed checking. Next, he made arrangements for me to have a loaner car while my car was being looked at. Finally, a after approving the costs my car was ready after two days.Fowler Honda made having my Honda repaired so very easy. Their service department is exceptional and runs like a Swiss watch. I know this is the best repair experience Ive had as an owner of four Hondas.I highly recommend Fowler Honda’s Automotive repair shop and am grateful to their team for being so professional.

I came in from out of town and wanted an oil change and inspection before hitting the road again. They were able to get me in on short notice (on a Saturday, even) and finished up in under 2 hours. I was super impressed with the inspection notification system as well, which lets you view a report via text. More advanced than my local Honda dealership, for sure! Incredibly friendly and efficient service.

Easiest experience, especially in such a difficult market. I texted with Bri and Fred about all the details and pricing. Showed up a few hours later and the car was all ready to go for a test drive with my family. Next, met shortly with Marcus in finance and it was painless since we were purchasing with cash. All in all, less than a couple hour process. Fowler is such a strong supporter of the community, I chose to buy here even though the color car I wanted was at another dealer. No regrets!

My sister just got a new vehicle in Tulsa but was informed that she could go to our local Honda to receive help with her current issue. She spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric and explained the whole situation. Eric was rude and almost seemed annoyed that he had to look at her vehicle just because she didnt buy an extra warranty. My sister was almost in tears after speaking to him, so we will not be coming back here. We much rather have a two hour drive to Tulsa and get excellent service at Don Carlton.

Was in the market for a new HR-V EX-L and Fowler was the only dealership getting one in a color I wanted. We went to inquire about getting it (was in transit from Honda). Signed all the finance paperwork May 22nd, brought in a down payment, which they wasted no time cashing. Car was supposed to arrive May 25-30. It didnt arrive until June 2nd, then I had to wait longer for tint/programming/remote start that I ordered. So already 10 days into the loan and ticked off the temp tag for the car (they wrote it when we did the loan paperwork). I dont recall anyone ever apologizing for the delay or trouble. Additionally, June 18 I called because I still hadnt received the tag/title/tax paperwork. They said it was in accounting and that I could pick it up that afternoon at their Toyota dealership. I show up, and it is not there. Apparently they had already mailed it that morning despite my asking the not to and being told I could pick it up instead. I went an additional hour out of my way to pick it up. Now there is no telling when it will arrive, and my 30 days to get the tax paid is up in 3 days. They didnt seem to care and again made no apologies for the inconvenience. Very frustrated with the whole situation.Only giving 2 stars because the salesperson, Erin, was able to get my car tinted 2 days earlier than originally planned. It would be 1 star otherwise.Also the paperwork took forever. So be prepare to waste your entire day.

Fowler Honda is a great place to purchase a new or used automobile and a great place to have it serviced. The staff treats you with sincerity and respect. And while you are waiting for your car to be serviced they provide free WI-FI, free charging units for your phone and other devices and food and snacks are also available. And, they provide a free car wash when the service is concluded. Great place!!

Went in to have an extra key made for wifes car. Technicians checked out the car, found and fixed a nail in one of the tires (no charge!). Luis then gave me a link to issues with the car that needed to be addressed fairly soon. Great information! Will go back every time I need help with issues I cant address myself. One of the most ideal situations you could possibly have at a dealership! I went in with a few different options in mind, Cole made the whole process go extremely smooth and I walked out with my first choice in such a pleasant and timely manner. After getting home with my brand new car I noticed a few small imperfections to the paint and Cole didn’t hesitate at all and made sure to make me an appointment at MY earliest convenience to get them fixed up! I also by my own mistake left a valuable item in my car that I traded in on accident and they were very honest and made sure to put it aside so I could retrieve it ASAP. This is the only dealership I will go to from now on, a MUCH better experience at Fowler Honda than any other place I have ever been. If you’re in the market for a new car, Cole is your guy! Back in the day I thought I was getting the best deal at Eskridge but this was an absolute PHENOMENAL experience. There is no comparison.

I grew up in Oklahoma, so I was familiar with Fowler Honda. As I currently reside in Texas, I was looking for a vehicle upgrade. I shopped local but the Honda dealership didnt quite have what I wanted. I got online researching and inquiring at several places back home but the Customer Service and responses I got from Fowler made it feel like home. I sent my parents to look at a vehicle I had been asking questions about to a sales associate named Erin Jackson. Erin, met with my parents. She was absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable, kind and friendly and she really listened to my questions and communications. Erin went above and beyond and really was fantastic to my parents and amazing to deal with. If you are looking for a vehicle, ask for her, she will take amazing care of you. I talked with the finance representatives and they brought paperwork to me at my office so I could sign it. I love Fowler Honda and love my 2019 Honda CR-V. Im a Honda guy for life now. Thank you Fowler Honda for treating me and my family like your family.

I am very disappointed in my recent experience with Fowler Honda. I called around 9 AM on Saturday morning 5/15 and spoke to a woman (I believe her name was Taylor?) in the service department about scheduling an oil change for that same day. She offered me several spots to schedule and I told her that I would need the latest or last appointment available, and she offered me the latest spot which was a 4:30. I told her I was going to probably take that spot but that I would call back as soon as I knew if my mom would be able to pick me up. I called back about an hour later and left a message confirming that I wanted to take the appointment, left my name and info. I then called again an hour or so later and spoke to the same woman to confirm my appointment and she once again said it was fine for me to come at 4:30 pm. I was going out of town on Saturday night, so I was in a rush to get things done as people normally are when they are going out of town. I drove all the way to Norman from Northwest OKC to make it to my appointment and was running about 3 minutes behind once I realized the exit for Robinson street was closed off of I-35. I called and spoke with a salesperson explaining that I had a 4:30 appointment and was running a few minutes late and he told me it would be fine. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot up by the garage, I was met by a man (I didnt catch his name) who was rude from the get-go, asking me why I was there. When I explained the situation, unfortunately it didnt get any better. He told me they never make appointments at 4:30 and that they closed in 20 minutes, and if I was willing to leave my car for the weekend they could maybe get to it but that they never ever would schedule someone even an hour before closing time. I felt extremely frustrated and upset knowing I had rushed around when I could have gone somewhere else but instead decided to show my loyalty to Fowler Honda since my family and I have purchased vehicles there, my most recent purchase being earlier this year. It was even more irritating after the fact when I sat there and thought about the fact that I:1. Received a confirmation text confirming my appointment time FOR 4:30 PM ON SATURDAY.2. Spoke to two different employees on multiple occasions throughout the day who never once told me that there would be a problem with me scheduling at 4:30.3. That I was inconvenienced by driving from NW OKC only to be turned away rudely when I needed my oil changed before going out of town and was basically told to figure it out.I ended up at Walmart where they took care of me just fine, and I will not be using this dealership anymore for any reason- neither will my family members.

I was having trouble with the window in my 2016 Honda Civic. The same day I had the issue, I was able to easily schedule an appointment and brought it in and was seen immediately. I was in the market to sell my car and visited the Dealership after multiple follow-ups through email. Since I am selling the car on behalf of my cousin, I have the Power of Attorney (POA) for the car along with all the required documents like Title, Registration etc. I was clear with the dealership that I am making the sale on behalf of my cousin, and I was assured that it is not an issue, and they will handle all the paperwork. Finally, I went to visit the dealership to have the vehicle inspected and sell it. We agreed on a price and started the paperwork to sell the car. I have provided all the documents requested and waited for half an hour speaking to multiple people. Midway through the process, a manager comes up saying that they cannot buy the car with POA and that is not how Fowler Honda does business and that they would need the Titleholder at the dealership, and POA is not accepted. I walked out of the Dealership with disappointment since there was no reason provided to decline the sale. I have called the dealership after a few minutes and spoke to people from Finance Department asking whether the dealership accepts POA while the titleholder is away, and they confirmed that the sale can be done. Once I explained my experience at the dealership on the same day, then the person on phone changed tone saying that they do not accept POA and what the dealership said earlier is right. After reminding that contradicting information was given on the same call, I was put on hold to confirm the information with senior manager(s) and then the call got disconnected. I have called again immediately, and a different person answered the phone, and the same story was repeated until transferring to senior manager since the person who picked up the phone was not involved in the sale process at the dealership. This time, I had to leave a voicemail to the manager for which there was no callback. I have called a couple more times to the dealership and no one was available to assist with my questions. So, I have reached out to live chat available on the website and again, the person who assisted me confirmed that they do accept POA if the titleholder Is not locally available. Given this personal experience, I was shocked to see all the rating/awards of excellence for the dealership which are in no way comparable to the customer service received in my case. I would not recommend this dealership given that there is only 50% chance that one would have a good experience throughout the process.

I was a college student at the time looking to buy my first Honda car and they did not help me as I expected. I ended going to another Honda dealer one closer to the OKC airport and it was excellent service, and I was able to get a great car with a great credit.

I scheduled an appointment to have my outside mirror replaced. The parts department ordered it and notified me when it arrived and scheduled a time to have it replaced. I was called when the replacement was complete and I picked my car up. All this went off without a hitch. I was greeted immediately when I dropped off my car and picked it up. Not only but they washed and cleaned it as well. You guys are the best Thank you Luis.

Ask for Bri Burtop! She was extremely professional and courteous and never pushed us in a direction that we didnt want to go. This is our 2nd experience with the Fowler Honda sales team and both times were exceptional experiences. We have always had our HR-V serviced there and we have never had any complaints. When we bought our 21 Oddysey we decided to sell rather than trade in our 16 HR-V. Bri worked diligently with the sales manager Fred to offer us exactly what I asked for. Would never recommend to anyone. Specifically asked for one thing as they tried to slip me in to a higher model I never asked for AND they tried to charge me an extra $700 for heated seats which is included in the model they tried to sell me that I didnt want. Also said no junk emails after not wanting to give my email away to which of course I still got some. Later the store manager contacted me and I told him my issue and later just stopped replying after I told him I had the paperwork. With no resolve after defending them and saying it was a misunderstanding. This is why you dont fall for the itll be gone tomorrow or what do I gotta do to get you going home in this vehicle tonight as they used on me even after saying many times not today. I went in looking for a car that cost them around $24k to getting paperwork pushed at me asking for over $34k. Really wished it wouldve worked out so sadly leaving an honest review. (personal info covered in my photo)Update: Why would I give you all my information again and continue trying after already speaking with your store general manager. Literally nothing what so ever good would come from continuing something I already tried just further wasting my time as you try to defend an almost 10 grand mistake.

I had a friend who worked here as a sales rep. When my husband needed a car we thought we would try here first. After a few days I returned with my mother and friend who all 3 of us bought brand new cars with added warranties ($70,000+ value). Since I brought 3 people to the dealership I was supposed to receive a $100/car referral credit. It took 2 months of hell to receive this credit. I called my friend who worked in sales who said someone messed up the paperwork and I would receive it soon. I talked to the sales manager Chas who told me I was not entitled to it at first because the paperwork was done wrong then after weeks of calls and emails agreed. I had sales and financial employees speak poorly of my friend saying he wasnt the best or not the smartest l. Who in their right mind would speak poorly of their own team and then blame them for a problem rather than just sort it out. Not only that, when I did receive payment, I had to go to Fowler Toyota to receive it and they werent even aware of Hondas sales manager telling me this (who was also on vacation at the time). Never returning here. POOR SERVICE, TERRIBLE TEAM.

This was the greatest dealership I have ever been to. I was going to take my 2013 Honda Fit to Valvoline for transmission oil change. When the Technicians told me the price of more than $300.00, I asked why so costly, I was told due the type oil, because it was so expensive. After a little price shopping, I found, the cost to be $10 plus change per quart. Then I checked Valvoline brand. It was within a few cents of the brands I had priced. I called Fowler Honda to find out their price for the transmission oil change. It was less than half the price of Valvoline. I was shocked, to say the least. While I have been a customer of Valvoline since 2000, I felt I have been ripped off. Valvoline does make a good oil, but they are getting rich off each consumer.When I left Fowler, I knew I would go back for my service needs. They were friendly, professional and fast. Fowler washed my car and throughly checked out my car. Thank you Fowler. I’ll see you soon!

I’m a new Acura TSX owner and I have been bringing my car to Fowler Honda for any and all maintenance. The staff has always been friendly, they get me scheduled right away, shuttle service home if you don’t feel like staying in the waiting room, and I never feel like they are pushing unnecessary services for my car.Most recently I had to have my car towed on a Sunday, they diagnosed the problem on Monday and I was on the road again on Tuesday. Allen usually handles my account, but Diego helped me this time around and I can’t thank him enough!Thank you to all of the staff at Fowler Honda!

Best experience Ive had car shopping in 17 years!Ive bought plenty of cars from dealerships before, but this was the smoothest, fastest, and efficient experience. The worst part of buying a car is the back and forth haggling. Didnt need to do that with Fowler Honda.I moved to OK and was in the market for a new Accord. Of all the online quotes I got, Fowler Honda was the best. No one else could match it. I got the absolute best price without haggling or spending hours at the dealer.I probably spent only a couple hours at the dealer, and the bulk of that time was test driving the car and learning all the little nuances the car had from our salesman Byron.The whole staff was incredibly pleasant to work with, from the salesmen, to the finance department, to the manager.I cant recommend them enough. Kudos to Byron and Mindy for helping us out!

I went in for an oil change and the price was significantly less than other times I went in. I asked the service guy why that was and he looked into it and saw that they have been charging me the price for HIGH milage oil. I only had 30,000 miles on my car. I dont think that qualifies as HIGH milage. Also, any time I have a problem with my van, I get the same 2 responses. We cant find a problem or my favorite, its a safety feature. When I lock my car, my windows are not supposed to roll down 1/4 inch. But they say its a safety feature. Also, i have been through 2 batteries in 4 years and they tell me that its normal because of the Oklahoma weather. I own 4 cars and on the other 3, I replace the battery once every 5 to 7 years. But my battery lasting 2 years is normal. When I take my car in for an oil change, by gosh, they have a list of things that need to be replaced or fixed but when I take it in with a problem, its a safety feature or we cant seem to find the problem. Go figure.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The service I received was absolutely outstanding. After reaching out to them about I vehicle I saw online, I decided to make the two hour drive to see it in person. Upon arriving, the first thing I noticed was the car had already been pulled to the front of the lot for me to view. I was able to walk around and inspect it, quietly and alone. I felt that my space was being respected versus being swarmed like an army of ants with a morsel of food. After entering the dealership, I was greeted and taken care of with the upmost respect. This was very important to me, and is definitely a deal breaker... I have been in other dealerships where they ask if my husband will be joining me, or directing questions toward my husband for a vehicle I am shopping for. I absolutely never got that feeling at Fowler. All of the staff bend over backwards to help, providing me their upmost attention, and never pressured me. There was no back and forth, haggling over prices. It was a very refined, classy shopping experience. Although my goal was to just look at the vehicle that day, I felt so completely comfortable in dealing with them, I made the purchase. The cherry on the cake came when they offered to deliver the car to me, two hours away! They picked up our trade as well, and allowed us to mail the title to them. That level of respect, courtesy and trust is why they earned my business, now and in the future. Thank you Garth, Chris, and Kaylen for making this the most pleasurable shopping occasion I have ever experienced. It didnt feel like a transaction, but rather a ceremony.

So, I had a Ford that required a lot of maintenance and repairs. Before going to Fowler, I had a 3 year old car with 45,000 that needed an engine replacement and was told “just don’t drive it a lot until next week” and given a 13 year old loaner with 160,000 miles on it, so I maybe easily impressed..... The fact that I was told I could bring my car down when I called at 5:30PM, 45 mins away, and was given a loaner that wasn’t a POS was a blessing compared to the service I’ve received in the past from other dealers.

Family was searching for a Honda. Saw one on their website and submitted an inquiry. Never heard back. A couple of days later the car was no longer on the web page. Other dealers at least tried to offer something similar or show us other inventory. Not Fowler though, not even a thanks but the vehicle has already been sold. Why have a website if you aren’t going to respond to prospective customers?

Fowler Honda did a great job servicing my car. I had previously taken my car to several other dealerships and mechanics. Some of the other places told me they could not fix my car while others said they could only fix it if they charged me several thousand dollars. Fowler Honda was extremely professional and efficient and they were able to fix my car for under $400. I am very impressed. My service advisor was Charles Gregory and I could not have asked for someone more honest and professional.
