Went in because my transmission mount (dogbone mount) on my 01 Jetta had a missing bolt, that I needed to replace the following day. I found out when I removed the dog mount, and couldnt force it back in. I drove it on a Sunday (I was surprised that they took it in). Come to find out, the bolt sheared off, and they redrilled the hole for me and installed that bolt. They didnt try to upsell anything. Good people from my first time bringing my vehicle here.

Had a squealing noise coming from the brakes of my 2013 ML-350 and thought the brakes needed to be replaced. I sent out requests for quotes to several nearby auto mechanics.One quoted me $40 for the brake inspection. Another $10. Jose replied quickly and said the inspection was free (and now that I see whats done, theres no way anyone should ever pay $40 for a brake inspection).Jose said the squeal was coming from some debris between the brake pad and the rotor and that the brake pads themselves did not need immediate replacement. In fact, he mentioned the Mercedes dash would tell me when it was time to replace.I know many (if not most) mechanic shops would have told me they needed to be replaced TODAY. Thanks Jose for being honest and for that, youve earned another customer.
