I have used Budget Blinds for about 10 years when remodeling 2 different houses (Im now on my 3rd) and a clubhouse in a mobile home community. Ive never been disappointed. I would recomend them to anyone. Ive been fortunate to always get the same installer and been very happy with how neat and clean he was as well as personable. Id never go anywhere else

We had a great experience from A to Z and we called on 4 different companies. Budget Blind had the best price, friendliest responsive rep (Jeremy), an easy to read quote, the exact color we wanted, some superior finish details (covered rail), the best warranty, install was quick (waited less than a month), fast the day of (2 hours for 25 windows) and super friendly (Ken and Nathan). White glove install... the baby didn’t even wake up when they put the shades up in his room. Highly recommend!

Installers were great - friendly, quick, good work. Only taking off a star because I wasnt notified when the blinds were ready for installation and I suspect this caused an extra week of me waiting for them. The expectation that was set was that they would be ready to install by the end of July, but I waiting a week into August to call them about it and apparently it was ready to schedule installation that same day.Installers were awesome though.

We used Budget Blinds for both new blinds and plantation shutters. The salesman gave us a very competitive price. While it took some extra time to get the shutters made, we are very pleased with the results. The installer was very polite, punctual and efficient. We would highly recommend them.

We were planning to get three estimates. However, after we met with Jeremy, we didn’t call the other companies. He spent so much time with us while we tried to narrow down our decision. He’s very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He continued to stay on top of all the details and correspondences from our first meeting until after installation. The installation went very smoothly, and he was even involved with that, helping the installer bring in the blinds and parts, and installing a few himself. It showed just how much he goes above and beyond. Ken did an excellent job on the installation, and was also very friendly and knowledgeable! Great teamwork all around, as well as great communication from customer service regarding the installation etc. This is all in addition to beautiful products and generous warranties too!

We had the old vertical blinds replaced on our kitchen slider. Our installer, Robert, arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He was very professional and pleasant. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. He took a lot of care setting up his equipment and installed everything. Once he started to put the blinds in, I could see that I wanted them lower. I told him and he immediately made sure I was happy. He made me feel comfortable asking him to change the height and went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t just satisfied, but that I was happy with everything. From our first meeting with Czach who is extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions on different kind of materials for both roller shades and the honeycomb blinds. I went with his recommendations on the directions of the rollershades and they look great! The office staff were also very pleasant on the several occasions we spoke on the phone. They came out to my house for a consultation with samples to choose from and provided me with far more information than other companies I contacted, which helped me to make a more thoughtful, informed decision. Had a pleasant experience with budget blinds, the appointment setting process was easy. The rep who brought samples of the project was good at listening to what we needed and making suggestions. Due to Covid the product took a bit to arrive but they were up front about that, which I appreciated. The installation crew were phenomenal! Aidan and Sean did a great job getting the blinds up and even when we had an almost scare about which direction the blinds would stack (a detail the sales rep had maybe missed the mark on) they were able to flip things around to meet our needs! Very happy with the blinds and service. Will use them again, they also had a better price than others we got quotes from.

Bought blinds for my entire house through Budget Blinds about 10 years ago. Replaced windows as part of a remodel and the old blinds didn’t fit the new size so I had to get new ones. Czach and Ken went above and beyond my hopes installing our new shutters, making the existing wainscoting and tiled edging look seamless against the shutters! I was pretty concerned about that and the potential installation damage to our new bathtub, but they installed the shutters like it was their own home, and I couldnt have hoped for better results or better care!

I was recommended to this company by a friend who usually gets it right. Unfortunately for me, I’m extremely dissatisfied with my curtains. The person I dealt with was Gorden. He was totally off in his measurements. I did complain and he did return but the final product looks cheap and off. I should’ve known with the name “budget blinds” but I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They’re expensive and give you cheap products. They are unapologetic and act like you’re the problem. The only positive experience was how sweet the installers were. I’m not looking for kindness, I’m looking for simple curtains. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company. Do your research! I wish I would’ve.. I have to spend more money to fix what they didn’t do right.

Both Adam who did the in home quote and installer Ken were excellent and very informative. The blinds were exactly as described and a very beautiful upgrade to my home. I still need a few more windows in my kitchen, but Adam kindly suggested waiting till after we get our kitchen remodeled when he found out we are in the process of planning that. When our kitchen is done I will definitely call them up and have them back to do the rest.
