Only bad thing that I can say is that FleetPride opens at 08:00 & closes at 17:00(5:00pm)wish it was earlier and later, but I have heard that Saturdays have came back into play again. 👌

Probably the worst parts store around, unprofessional rude people, they close before 5, dont know how to treat or attend customers and they have failed us multiple times. Last time we go there!

Gave me no info on a part they said on the phone they could find. Drove there for no reason, while other fleet prides have gone out of their way to help me. This location was just especially useless

Very busy day after Christmas everybody wants truck parts to fix their vehicles I called ahead of time got my parts ordered had a slight delay and getting them at the counter but other than that everything was good

Prices are pretty fair but service is not that great. They keep charging me sales tax on every sale even after I hand them my permit in person many times. This is very frustrating because I purchase frequently from here.

Called in to make sure they have belts for a Cummins N14, yeah we have all kind of belts the guy said ... when I got there, the guy at the counter told me they dont have them, what a waste of time this place is .

Good place to go for diesel truck parts. They have a good collection of Baldwin filters and they do deliveries. They have a good counter crew who seem very experience and are very helpful.

If you want the wrong parts and incompetent service . Then you have found the right place.Ordered a part . Daid it would be in by noon next day. No call . Went in and the wrong part was waiting. No help from manager in finding a solution with me willing to drive to whereever necessary. No record of my account i have used many times in the recent months. Just a bad experience with people who genuinely dont care about you or your business.

Yes they got new Personnel theres this guy named Caesar hes real I going hes willing to help you in any way you can he can you go the extra mile for his customers

Listen pp,im not joking!,I got anew defective water pump,it went bad in 2mths,when they soldit they told has warranty &they saidjust bringit back, no problem, well when Icame bck w bad pump they gave me the worst service,made wait&no one will take me,they keep saying im busy go w him..(GILBERT who sold me pump &MGR DAVID were playing that game to me), finally after 45-60mins mgr said that I have to fill this form&leave pump4 inspection ⁢ ll take 2-3wks toget answer..so their warranty its crap., really really double think if ur going to this store..Dont go there !, now I went to other store&theyre like day&nght..service wayyy better elsewhere, so the personal its the problem here. be aware, questions email me: siamese10000 at Yahoo com

Ample parking, friendly and bilingual staff. We went to buy wood to fix the floor of the trailer and the seller told us that the width is standard and it was bought, but nevertheless the seller was wrong / wrong since the width of wood that goes on the edge of the floor of the trailers is wider of those that go in the middle and the serves / edges of the wood are reversed so that they fit the woods interspersed with each other on the floor The bad thing is that they DO NOT accept returns. So, if you are going to buy something you MUST just be sure of what you are going to ask for and not be guided by what the sellers tell you; SEEK advice with repairers / mechanics, etc. so you dont waste your money. Since you will have a hard time and loss of money.
