Amanda was really a great help, very attentive to the customers needs.
Took my vehicle in at 8am for oil change and diagnosis on a check engine light. At 12pm I call and Im told theyll get back to me. There was no call so I got an Uber to check on it. Only one representative and she looks overwhelmed. I was told to wait 10. 25 minutes and still nothing. I continue to wait for an update. Terrible!!! So it took 4 hours for an oil change and at 12:45pm they start working on the diagnostics. It hasnt always been like this.
The guys seem to have fixed my car right the first time. However getting through to them sometimes Is a biotchBut altogether a decent outcome
