Terrible place. The outside is nasty. The inside reminds me of an abandon store. We were told a special no longer existed but it did. Unfortunately, we believed them and got 3 phones. When we found out they were wrong about the 4 line special, we asked them to add the 4th since they made the mistake. The guy there really seemed to care less about it. Anyways, nothing was resolved there or at corporate. I think boost is best left to drug dealer phones. Oh and for what its worth, 2 of the 3 new phones we bought were defective and their solution was we mail the phones in and wait a week for a used phones.

Im trying to give this place no stars...so I go to this place to replace a phone for a friend. the phone was 129.00 with tax around $140.00 so I get there and I see the phone she wants so I tell the young lady I want this phone im in a rush ill activate it myself and she says I cant sell you the phone unless I activate it and its a $25 fee...really? What you dont know is Target is around the corner and they sell the same phone for the same price and I can walk out the store without being forced to pay a $25 fee...for something I can do myself. Why do sales people think consumers are stupid?

Dont buy Motorola phones,vweak antennas/ signal, wifes lg has much better signal all the time.

Wont sell you a Boost phone in a box unless you pay them to set it up right there in the store. Literally said, I wont sell you a phone like THAT when I said I just wanted the phone.

Employees had very little knowledge of the service or their products.

I dont see how this store will last much longer. As a consumer I would suggest treating boost mobile as an online entity only.
