Great place to go for eye exams. Everyone is so pleasant to work with and made you feel at ease.
Since our last visit on last Friday there’s not a happy experience in your office. Because of the lady who handled our glasses selection handling was not that good as we expected. She made us feel like not that wiling to serving us. No patient even don’t bother to explain what the coverage on our Insurance program. That was so sad and feel not respectful.
Dr. Bunch and his staff are the best. I’ve been going to his office for years. Out of all of the eye doctors I’ve ever had Dr. Bunch is the best. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.
Hi Guys,Stay away from this office. They exactly did the same thing to me. Showed me standard rates and then charged me full premium for contacts. My daughter got an eye infection after she started to wear her sample contacts. We had to get her treated from another optometrist. Their office staff is polite, but they are very unprofessional when it comes to billing.
I have been going to Bunch Family Eye Care for at least the past six years, after tiring of the impersonal, assembly line, shopping center optometrists. It is nice to get a thorough eye examination, with a recommendation about buying new glasses (or not), based on my eye history.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was way over charged for my “contact fitting” I called my insurance company to get clarity on that “standard” and what “ Premium” fitting is. The guidelines that the insurance company told me i fell in the “standard” category. I was charged for the premium which is more then double the cost. When I called the office to talk about my over charge they were rude to me over the phone. They treat you nice to get your money from you but when you question their billing that turn nasty. Stay clear your wallets will thank me later!
Friendly staff and Dr Karen was spot on in communications and took her time with the eye exam.

Best Eye Dr. In town. Dr. Bunch has been taking care of my entire family for years, for regular visits and emergencies. He has always done a great job and is affordable. I recommend him to everyone I can.
First off: Staff is wonderful. Everyone is polite and very helpful.Second: Dr. Bunch is on top of his game. He walks you through the exam in a way that you can tell hes going to get your eyes where they need to be. Saw Dr. Bunch my first time on 7/23/15. He and his staff were very friendly and helpful.The doctor gave me a very thorough examination, including dilating my pupils. I was impressed with the total experience. I will be going back!
Ive been a patient since 2006. Dr Bunch and his staff are always personable and professional; Im made to feel that I matter. Its rare to wait more than a few minutes and once started the appointment proceeds smoothly and efficiently. As long as they remain in business Bunch Family Eye Care is my optometrist of choice.

If you are looking for a humble, family-owned business, that has a true investment in their clients -- this is not the place for you!!For the most part, when a situation gets ugly, it is easier for me to overlook it rather than take the time to address it. But this time, I was sincerely that angry.What I experienced at our last appointment was wrong! It is this kind of treatment that causes the public to lose trust in their doctors and leave without the doctor knowing why.For over 10+ years our family has relied on Dr. Bunch to give us the best eye exams and outstanding customer service. With respect, we have had a ten-year history with Bunch Family Eyecare, we have always followed insurance procedures, paid our bills and kept our appointments.Yes, Dr. Bunch is an excellent ophthalmologist. However, this last appointment was disaster from the beginning to the end.In short, after our appointment with Dr. Bunch, we sat in the lobby waiting for someone to follow up and explain our bill. I had a difficult time getting someone to clarify what everything cost. Evidently, Billy is gone. This has never happened before. Dr. Bunchs new office staff was frustrated and just wanted us to pay the bill. This is a new staff -- not the same people we have worked with for years. We paid the $535.00 bill and were told that we would get a call about the new lenses when they arrived.Once I got home and I had a moment to process the bill, I was very upset. I realized this bill was for the eye exam and the glasses only. The contacts were not included, so I called.This was the first time I got the news and learned that we were not eligible with our insurance for the eye exam. I was very angry that they proceeded without telling us that we were not eligible.My call was forwarded to the person who claimed she did call me and told me that we were not eligible for insurance coverage. I argued with her. I adamantly explained that she did not call us or I would have rescheduled. She hung up on me!She hung up on me! Are you kidding me?I could not believe this was how she chose to handle me.I was not cussing, degrading her or threatening her.I sincerely wanted an explanation for what happened.To me, she knew she was wrong and made a mistake.I called back.There was no apology, no taking responsibility that they made a mistake, nothing to offer to fix this.I emailed Dr. Bunch. I was sincerely that angry. I explained that I think I figured out what happened. They called my son who made an appointment for himself around the same time. He was told he was not eligible for insurance. I believe the same person who hung up on me got our family mixed up and did not know our daughter had a separate appointment. So, she never called me!!! This was the only way this made sense.I felt confident that he would find a fair way to fix this. I stated there was a miscommunication on their part. In addition, I was very disappointed at the person who hung up on me. She was too comfortable doing this to me. If she did this to me I guarantee you she does it to other customers -- and he would never know about it unless someone contacted him and reported her as I have.Dr. Bunch sent me snail mail?!?A simple apology. No offer for a fair fix.I followed up to pick up the eyeglass prescription a few days later. The lady that hung up on me left the room. The office manager was short. I decided at that moment that we were not going to be treated like this and it was obvious that our business meant nothing to them.I asked for a refund for the glasses. They refunded the prescription lenses but not the eye exam that was their mistake. I am out of pocket $250.00. I told the office manager that we will not return. She honestly did not care.It is my best guess that Dr. Bunch is either retiring and/ or planning to sell this business soon. Their hours and days keep getting shorter and shorter. There was a time when he would have never let something like this go this far -- he would have fixed it.
My family has been going to Bunch Family Eyecare for several years and are pleased with the service we receive. Dr. Bunch and the staff are very professional and friendly, as well.

Dr. Bunch have been my eye doctor for quite some time now and I have always been very pleased with him and his staff. His hours are great staying open late on Tuesday & Wednesday for us working folks :-)! Look no further for a great eye doctor...Dr. Bunch is the one....
