A very nice setting with eye doctors that truly care. He actually remembers your name and offers honesty instead of information to push you into buying something. The staff is very professional, nice and efficient.The parking is free but limited. There are about six chairs in the waiting area. They accept most insurances which is great. Nice for someone serious about their eyes and protecting them. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR EYEGLASS SERVICES!I went to Collin Creek Eye Clinic to fix my eyeglass hinges. When I first went into the clinic to request for their services, I found that the front desk personnel were very rude and not customer friendly to begin with. They look miserable and seems like they dont care for you. The front desk person told me that it would cost $35 to fix the hinges and that we have 30 days warranty. After I picked up the glasses and paid for it, less than 30 days later, its broken again in the same spot.I came back to the front desk to let them know, and they said that even though its the same spot, its a different problem. According to them, this will cost $45 this time. Since I needed my only pair of glasses desperately, I agreed to pay an additional $45 to get it fixed. Five days after the service, the hinges broke again. I took it back again for the third time and request for a $45 refund. I was informed that they can only refund the $35. I asked why that is. The front desk person claims that they fixed another part of the hinge. But, its the same section from the beginning when I first brought it in.The front desk behavior was absolutely appalling, including being argumentative with a customer and hostile. I would HIGHLY CAUTION should you decide to do business with them. Its a DISHONEST service and a SCAM. In addition to it being a SCAM you are paying to be treated poorly. I would not recommend coming here ever. I wont ever come back.

Dr. Pattni is AMAZING at what he does! I’ve been going to him for many years. The ladies in the front were super friendly and welcoming. The lady who took my back was very professional and really nice. They have a very good selection of frames for very affordable prices!! I highly recommend!!

I don’t know much about this place, but came here to fix my eyeglasses one day and it didn’t go well. Dropped by twice and back home with the same broken eyeglasses.It is simply a broken wire, I first came ask if they could give me a spare one so I could fix it by myself, they said no they don’t sell it, $15 is what they need to fix it. A little exaggerated for such a simple fix but didn’t argue about it. I went home wait for their call as they promised, never happened, so I called before they closed and they said they did call me but it didn’t get through, ok..., no big deal, but when I got the eyeglasses, it is still broken :) the explanation they gave me is that it takes two wires to fix this, one for the top and one for the bottom, they got the bottom one but the top one is thicker which they don’t have.So I bought a fishing line online and fix it by myself the very next day. BTW, you only need one short wire for the bottom to fix it.

The opticians at Collin Creek Eye Clinic were awesome. They took the time to repair my broken frames while I waited and did an excellent job finding new ear pieces that would work with them. I had ordered a new pair from Lenscrafters but would have to wear my broken ones while I waited 2 weeks or the new pair to come in. My old pair was missing one earpiece all together, while the other was held on with a paperclip. Needless to say, I was so Happy! Thank you, Collin Creek Eye Clinic!

The price was reasonable, the service was fast, and their lobby was pleasant to be in. Not to mention the quality of the repair was good as well. Definately reccomend.

Really great service. They repaired my eye glasses with small service fees even though I did not get my prescription from them and they have 30 days warranty on their repairs which is really awesome. My next prescription will be from them for sure. The staff is courteous and they really make sure they understand the problem you are having and provide a solution.

He does have good knowledge however he did not do the proper eye check, I had to ask him twice to get the accurate information. He said there is no improvement in my sons eyes however it improved from 20/400 to 20/100. He said its the same, really disappointing. He was giving different of the same questions if i ask him multiple times. We got confused after taking consultation from him :-(

I had a great experience with Dr. Pattni. Everything went exceedingly well. My son has been to MANY optometrist and dilating the pupils has been the hardest part for him, so much that a lot of optometrist would just give up. Dr. Pattni was very patient, kind and worked with my son. He explained everything very well and is an excellent optometrist. I had a great experience and would highly recommend, especially if you have stubborn kids. Great job doc!

Worst place I have seen ever. Not behaving properly with patients and forcing to cancel appointments at last minute after reaching.Even doctor not responding with patients well.When I say I had a headache and need to show doctor, staff saying, we do not see patients who are not feeling well and we can not put out stiff health in trouble.No star is better than 1 staragain providing false information below.

Wonderful experience here at Collin Creek Eye Clinic. I was looking for a new doctor and Dr. Fattni really made me feel comfortable and helped to make the perfect adjustments to my Rx. The staff was really great in helping me pick my perfect pair of glasses as well. The selection of frames is not as big as a corporate seller but the individualized customer care in a smaller setting makes a big difference. Highly recommend.

The staff made my appointment easy and efficient(since I went during my lunch ) Dr. Pattni is a very informative doctor that eased my mind when it came to my eye care . I’ve had LASIK before and had difficulty with my prescription but dr pattni and his team got me into a new pair of glasses easily . 10/10 would recommend

First time here. I found this through my insurance. Close to my apartment in Plano. I was absolutely impressed with the kindness of the staff and the doctor. A very clean and modern facility. I can highly recommend this clinic. Two thumbs up!

I took my frames in to get repaired. They knew the frames were titanium. And told me they could fix them. In reality, they only tried and then told me because of the material they were not able to fix them. Mind you, its an hour round trip to reach this facility from my house. So Im out 2 hours of my time and out money spent on gas. I do not recommend this facility.

Dr. Pattni and his team are the best. In 42 years of wearing glasses Ive not yet met a more professional, compassionate, honest, and friendly eye doctor. The office staff went out of their way to explain my insurance coverage, which I already knew, and didnt treat me as any less of a customer when they knew I wasnt going to buy my glasses there. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Pattni should be the standard for all caregivers of any type.

Ive been going to Dr. Pattni for several years now & I have never had one bad experience. His office was close to home and now that I live in Dallas I dont mind the drive to Plano because I know that his staff and him will take amazing care of me. I definitely suggest this office.

Dr. Pattni is a great optometrist who runs a solid practice with good staff. He comes across as very soft spoken, but I appreciate his patience and willingness to answer questions and provide more information. Strongly recommend this clinic if youre looking for basic eye care.

Absolutely unacceptable, I have never felt so compelled to leave a negative review. To be fair it was just one individual, a female employee I spoke with refused to give me the name of the lady who was in the store right before me who hit my car door and left without saying anything. When I asked the employee for the name of the lady who was in the store right before me she refused to give me that information. I am led to believe that they knew each other and that she was covering for her hit and run. Unacceptable.

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Pattni. When I called, the staff was very helpful setting up my appointment. During my appointment the staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Pattni listened to my concerns and took his time during my appointment. I will definitely go back and take my daughter. On a side note: this office was very clean. Their bathroom was immaculate.
