I had a framed pastel painting I needed to ship to a customer that I was really nervous about packing myself and using a typical shipping service. A friend recommended Navis and from the get go they were very responsive and gave me a quote that was less than expected. They originally gave me a one to two week turnaround but ended up being able to ship it a few days after me dropping it off and my customer recieved it quickly well packaged and more importantly, no dust on the glass! I would definitely use Navis again when shipping my framed pastel paintings.

Navis helped me to compile many shipments from many vendors. Once received, they packaged my goods into a couple of boxes and then stored them for me for a period. Very helpful to help me organize, and to make sure that all of the components are accounted for before they arrived at a construction jobsite. Navis is a great resource to have so close by. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Raleigh (Wilson) NC Location - Fantastic Experience!During a relocation in December, I found myself under a major time crunch without the necessary tools, time, or desire to ship over forty unique, framed phots by Paul Elledge. I called Bob at the Wilson location and explained my predicament. Within twenty four hours, he had not only talked me off the ledge, but quickly sent an extremely reasonable quote. The Drivers were polite, friendly, and efficient handling nearly $10,000 in valuable portraits. Bob was also very flexible in temporarily storing my order until I could relocate. Everything arrived in crates, double lined with particle board, foam borders, and individually bubble wrapped frames. If I were an art dealer, Bob and hist team would be my vendor of choice. You saved me!

They packed and shipped a very expensive and fragile telescope from North Carolina to Oregon. They really packed it well to protect it and it showed up in perfect condition. Id trust these guys to ship darn near anything after that.

Excellent care of family Hitchcock chairs from NC to Denver. Several years ago we also used them to move a family cradle (50 years old!) and they took great care in packing and shipping it. I have used Navis Pack now for shipping several paintings. ALL arrived in PERFECT condition. The recipients were all over the country and they stated that when they received the paintings, they were packed rock solid like a fort. So there was no chance of damage. This last time I shipped a painting to a friends mom and asked if there was any chance of it making it in time for the womans 78th birthday 2 days from then. Originally they were going to ship it out in 2-3 days. They not only packaged it up that very day and got it out with UPS but she received it THE NEXT DAY!!! EARLY for her birthday. In a hard year, she received something that made her soooo happy. The movers that packed my daughter’s rental truck left out a large, custom made table top, a fact that wasn’t discovered until our arrival at her new home 1000 miles away. I discovered NAVIS on the internet and realized it was only ten minutes from the storage unit where her things had been stored. The owner, Bob Gray, was leaving at 4 PM for a long weekend, but graciously allowed me to drop the table top off for an estimate. He kept me informed throughout the process, though he wasn’t in the office, and the piece was packed and shipped on Monday. It arrived on Thursday, only one week after my sliding it onto his loading dock minutes before closing. The table top had a laminate top whose edges would have easily chipped had the packers not taken extreme care to pack it in such a way as to prevent this from occurring. The transport company driver was polite and helpful to my daughter on delivery and now she has a table, not just an iron frame. I highly recommend this company for its attention to detail and swift expedience in the resolution of our “crisis”.

I purchased at item on eBay and Navis was able coordinate picking up the item, packing it securely/neatly and then ship that item. The item was a vintage piece of furniture that was not damaged in any way thanks to their care and attention to detail. Fast and easy; highly recommend.

I was selling an entire rare car interior (complete front and rear seats and interior door panels -- over 300 pounds), and most people that wanted to buy them were not local. Navis did a good job in explaining the process (the hard stuff they do :) ), gave me rough estimates from a few cities cross country and saved me a quote; the saved quote made it easy for me just to update them with zip code from potential buyers. I sold my item a few weeks after, I drove my stuff to their location..i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They prep, pack, and ship everything for you. I got detailed tracking number/information for myself and the buyer via email within 72 hours. Navis made this entire process super easy for the buyer of my items and myself. I will for sure come back to this location for other shipped goods!
