Steven and Abby provided great customer service. Had use of moving truck which included a hand truck as well as pull carts at facility. Place is clean, well maintained, temperature controlled and secure. If you need storage I recommend Bee Safe of Raleigh NC.

Clean!!, quiet, variety of storage units. Nice place to park, and load or unload. Three levels of units,with elevator, and carts for easy service. Climate controlled. No dumpsters at ready for customer use, only drawback.

This facility should be the benchmark for storage facilities. The staff, Steven Barbry, was very professional, knowledgeable, positive attitude, pleasant and real. Stevens attitude and professionalism sealed the deal for me. Looked at competitve storage facility nearby, and Bee Storage was more expensive, but worth the increase; Friendly, professional staff, clean facility, wider halls and doorways for moving in, better control of temp ranges and innovative with locking system. Highly recommend this facility and Steven Barbry.

Contactless service was greatly appreciated. At the same, the office managers were always available by phone and worked quickly to address any issues and concerns. Managers were professional, friendly and helpful. Managers left the main door open, upon my request, to accommodate my movers. Apparently, managers monitor everything from the office. The units were clean. The building and units were well lit; so, I felt safe on the premises.I did not have to sign a longterm contract, and that was a real plus. My experience with CubeSmart was the most stress free of my entire move. I will highly recommend them to my friends.

This was my first storage experience and I have to say it went amazing. Andy went above and beyond to assist us through the whole process. Within almost 30min we had our unit picked out, leases signed, automatic payment setup, and we able to access our new unit SAME DAY!

A very clean facility where the staff are cordial and respectful. Cant really ask for much more of a discreet storage facility. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for climate controlled storage in the Wake Forest-Wakefield area. The general manager, Matt, made my visit here a pleasant one and happily answered all of my questions.

This is the first time I’ve gotten a storage unit and Andy made the whole experience smooth and quick! When I first called to say I would be there around 5ish to sign the lease and everything, he even offered to stay past his work time in case I was running a little bit late. When we got there, he gave us the tour, all the information we needed, signed, paid and in and out in less than 30mins. Super friendly! The place is clean and prices for both storage unit and truck are affordable.

Andy and Matt - and now the new gentleman on the team (his name escapes me) are exceptional in their management of the facility and client interaction. Very pleased!

I reserved my unit online around 11pm to access the next day and I was incredibly impressed by the contactless rental. My selected access code worked upon arrival and lock was in my unit. Quick and easy! Highly recommend.

Super clean, unlike most that look rundown and they were doing a great job with going above and beyond with COVID-19 extra cleaning and constantly disinfecting. We had a 10x30’ for almost 2 years with absolutely no issues.We highly recommend Bee Safe owned by Cube Smart.

The ladies at Bee Safe Storage always take care of me. They bring me water when Ive moving for a while. The facility is always clean. Great storage facility.

Used this location for about 2 months. It is a great place to have temp controlled storage, locked, and safe, however, on three occasions (3), the elevators didnt work. I was on the top floor and always had items from trade show that were heavy. I had to go back to my actual, load items up, and return again. These occasions were after hours, which made it highly inconvenient and unable to get help.The other customers that were also trying to load items or take items from their storage said that it happens sometimes. Either way, if you arent on the bottom floor, Id always check the elevators before you unload your items.I was also disappointed with how much they up charge with insurance. Pay attention to advertised prices because once its said and done, the prices are much higher than you plan on.

Jackie and Kelly will far exceed your expectations. Jackie stayed well beyond closing to find a unit for my last minute request,when the movers were not able to get my furniture upstairs, so I called Bee Safe and Jackie was knowledgeable about the unit I would need to take care of my request. Even though, it was well past 6:00 she showed me the unit, answered all my questions and was so personable. Later, I showed up to retrieve a few things from the unit, but was having some difficulties with the lock and this kind woman detected this on the security monitor and walked out to help. This speaks to how she enjoys her work and how accommodating she is. I was able to open the lock, as she arrived, but she was there if I needed her. Thanks Jackie and Kelly!
