Working with David Strickland was a pleasure and our move was anything but simple with several pieces of medical equipment and lots of office furniture. From sales to fulfillment, my experience with this organization was top notch! Move-out day was a Thursday at 9AM. The team was on time that morning, professionally wrapped and packed items (including all my furniture) that I was unable to myself, and had the truck packed before noon. Not only that, but clearly, the team lead has played the game Tetris as a kid because that truck was packed WELL. Then, come Friday in another city across the state, they arrived as they said they would, and even with the pouring rain in the beginning, they took extra care to ensure all of my belongings were as safe and dry as they could be. They were unpacked, furniture re-assembled, and ready to go within two hours. FANTASTIC experience. I will continue to recommend them and I would most certainly call them again. Thank you, American Relocation for the outstanding and impeccable service!

The company was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Their employees are very professional and pleasant. They take extremely good care of your equipment. I had them transport (twice) a piece of equipment that is worth 100K+ and they handled it with kid gloves. I highly recommend using them for any move you may require.

I had a wonderful experience booking and moving with Mayflower from NC to MN! Everyone I communicated with on their team is friendly, responsive, and professional. As I acquired more furniture, they were responsive in accommodating with an additional shipping container. The movers carefully loaded and delivered as scheduled. Would highly recommend!

From the beginning to end of our move, All American was fantastic to work with. The coordinator, Heather ensured all the various components of our complex move to NYC were considered and planned for. I bought a conference room table for my business. The table came in on time and in good condition. When the table was put together, the electrical center console did not work properly. Without hesitation, a field tech came onsite and fixed the issue at no additional charge.

The WORST experience ever. They do everything possible to get your business and after they take your money they don’t care what happens afterwards. They quote you for something smaller than you need this way they get you in the door. When the move day comes then they tell you that your move actually cost double what they quoted you for. Then they hold all your stuff hostage and take it to you whenever they feel like it.

We moved from Chicago to LA using this boker (All American Relocation Group). They used ABC Moving Systems to do moving.My quote was about $4500. When ABC Moving System started to Loading, It was increased to $8100.We had many damaged Items. Recently i used this company for moving from Houston to Seattle, while confirming the move with this company i have specifically asked each and every thing. I have asked what needs to be boxed and what doesnt need to be. I have packed all the stuff in the box, after confirming i didnt box my table fan, tri cycle, vacuum cleaners, spring box etc.. I have bubble wrapped my photo frames with 3 layers(which when asked they said bubble wrapping is good enough). When the movers arrived at my place, they said every single item needs to be boxed, even though i have bubble wrapped photo frames they didnt care. I told them that this was not mentioned when i signed contract with the company, they wont take the stuff unless i pay for all the boxes and packing. The movers keep on saying only one word We are the movers, they are just brokers they dont know anything and they charged me $250 extra. If they company doesnt know anything then why do we have to go with the company.? When i called in the company, people are routing my calls to customer care and customer care doesnt respond well. I left multiple emails and called in multiple times but no proper response.Please dont pay any money upfront, they give with quote that customer wants to hear and later customer gets squeezed when movers arrive at our place. Because i have payed advance upfront, i didnt have a choice as time was near too. Please be cautious.

Awful experience with All American Relocation. The movers didnt show up on time to load our furniture and belongings and they would not work with us when the last day of their window was on Saturday and we couldnt accept delivery on the window. Things got pushed to Monday. The worse part is the coordinator would not return emails or phone calls. Just not acceptable. There are plenty of movers. I suggest you look elsewhere.Thank you for your response. Its Monday and the mover did not show. We missed our elevator window and its looking like a long day. While I appreciate the response from you, others need to see that in fact, more problems persisted.

If youre looking for a company to make your move more stressful than you doing it yourself, then All American is perfect for you! When I had signed up with this company I had told them I had a few weird requirements due to my stuff coming from a storage unit and I was moving a few states over. The timing of the moving parts was going to be complicated. They promised me that they would work around all of it. Well. They absolutely did not. Once they took my deposit they wouldnt tell me when my truck was coming, which made it hard for me to coordinate with the storage unit. Then when I finally got that figured out they show up to take my stuff and say it wont be delivered for three days (which they never mentioned), which meant I had traveled back for nothing. One part after another they screwed up, and took zero responsibility for. Save your time and your money. Go with an an actually decent moving company.

If I could give -stars I would. These people need to be put out of business. Dan Nathan and his manager Brandon US DOT: 3222498 MC: 1008793 are the worse. They lie and deceive you then sends an even shadier company to move you. Dan has anger issues and they all lack customer service skills. I had ask the movers to leave my house this morning after they tried to swindle over $600+ more dollars out of me saying I have really big furniture (which is BS, nothing is oversized I googled and flipped couches over to show them) so they had to add another 200 sq. ft and now am scrabbling to find movers to move me across country. Im out of $546 but I am filing a complaint with every agency I know of. Beware of these people. Save yourself the time, money and frustration.

This is the worst company to trust for the move. Initially my estimated to move from North Carolina to Atlanta was approx 1400$ however i end up paying 1900$. There was no time provided for pickup, we requested first window between 8 am to 10 am however pick up was done at 1 pm. When team arrived they said your box springs should also have been covered, however no one from American movers informed, in fact their email clearly stated we need to cover all mattresses not box springs. We were charged 25$ for each box springs. Then we were also charged for wardrobe box 45$ each as they said they will not take kid swing, high chair etc loose. Again when we gave itinerary no one informed us. We paid 250$ straight at pick up. Also at the time of drop no one informed on stairs charges and kept on repeating balance amount. I have to run after custcare to know what’s going on and then they said oh you need to pay another 100$ along with your balance for stairsIf you guys love your stuff and want to save time effort n energy DO NOT choose this companyHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I would not recommend dealing with this agency. They are either incompetent or something worse. They mislead me about the costs and then packed in additional cost on moving day. The salesman touted his years of experience and how he could take care of us and then he underestimated the cost (weight) by 50%!!! I would have gone another direction if he had been honest about the cost, but some people do whatever it takes to get the business. I will be recommending to my friends and associated in the Raleigh area that they deal with a different agency. All American Relocation cost me over $5K in additional billing due to their lack of integrity. On the day of the move the agency insisted on the need to add a shuttle truck and it would cost me an additional $1200 (A truck you can rent from U-Haul for $40 a day). Then they only used it for about 1 hour as the loading van was only 20 yards away from the storage locker. That was a complete rip off. Having said that, I will say that the driver and the loaders all did a good job. My dissatisfaction is only with the agency. Beware...there are alternatives out there people.

I would recommend All American Relocation to everyone for long-distance moves. They moved my family and I over 800 miles with no problems or issues. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left our house. They were very professional and prompt and were in constant contact with us along the way to ensure an on-time arrival. I have worked directly with the owners and their team at All American Relocation three times personally and four times for our commercial business moving needs. In addition, I have used them for new business furniture purchases. I have never had one piece of personal or business furniture or items damaged. The furniture is wrapped in plastic or cloth for protection when needed and well taken care of. I have recommended the All American team to family members and friends for both residential and commercial moves numerous times and have been thanked for the recommendation because all went very well. I would highly recommend All American Relocation to anyone with moving or storage needs.

Well let me start off with the rating only a 1 cause there is no minus numbers there. I booked with them for my daughter who was moving from Texas to NC...they subcontracted the job to a company All over the state moving and storage (the WORST COMPANY EVER) The 3 guys who showed up had never moved anyone before and didnt speak English. They basically just throw the things on the truck and then said to walk thru house to make sure they had everything and then said to sign the paper. Which I signed and then they filled in the same cubic ft I was quoted and up the price by almost 2000 (did get a credit for 750) but still paid approx 1200 over what I was told. When delivered boxes were damaged/opened 4 boxes missing (1 a 43 TV) several large items damaged...dryer, nightstand, area rug buffet table...etc. Have spoke to All American several times but they say there is nothing they can do. SHOCKER...so they book and hand it off to a terrible company and wash there hands of it...DO NOT HAVE ALL AMERICAN RELOCATION DO YOUR MOVE. Im out approx 1200 for the move and other 5600 for damages and missing items...AND THEY DONT CARE...THEY ARE A RIP OFF

Let me just start off by saying that I view myself as a pretty rational person and pretty flexible when it comes to things changing. But this company seems to have serious lack of trained professionals throughout the organization. From lack of communication to ridiculous changes to my quoted price and lack of professional punctuality. I feel like I was taken advantage of and this company has done absolutely nothing to make me think differently.1. I was quoted a price of 2,600 then that price was changed to 3,600. Ok fine whatever but then after the movers got there and packed up the truck they said that my stuff was too big and therefore took up much more space and now the price was almost 6,000! And now they have my stuff hostage and I have to pay in order to get my stuff off the truck!!!2. I told them soooooooo many times I needed to be moved by Monday and they said they worked on a range of 2 days, but they would put me down for a preferred move on Monday and that would not be a problem. So Sunday comes round and I have to call to confirm because this company lacks any sense of professionalism. Only to be told the move would be on Tuesday. So while annoyed I said OK and told my future employer that I would not be in until Wed. since I was having to move on Tuesday. OK then I get a call on Tuesday saying that they would have to pick me up Wed. and they would be there between 8 am and 10 am. Yeah, they didnt show up till after 11am!!!!!!3. The guys packing the truck were a joke and are either con artist ust looking to swindle me out of more money or they are genuinely terrible at their job. Because while my stuff was so big it almost took a 26 truck they were still able to fit everything into a 10x15 storage shed. Because they packed high. Anyone who has worked for a moving company before knows you always pack high before you pack out. I took a pic of the truck after it was full and let me just say that truck was no where near full. Now I try not to be one of those guys who always just come in and claim that I can do something better, but in this instance I feel I can say that because I worked for an actual moving company, (2 Men and a Truck Moving Company) and I worked in the Memphis hub packing planes and everything else, so yes I know without a doubt I could have done better and I feel taken advantage of and I feel this company is either incompetent or they just have questionable business ethics and practices. So to say I would not recommend this company is an understatement. This company is terrible. This is from someone who has never posted a review for a company before, good or bad but this was bad enough for me to do so. So take that into account before hiring this company.

Just wanted you all to know this is a very unprofessional team of individuals, for past 11 days I am trying to get hold of someone from the team to let me know when my stuff will be delivered and they say that they have 21 business days to respond. Seriously?Sequence of events:1. I was given estimates of around 2100 then moved to 35002. 2nd Jul took all my stuff (imagine the guy who came did not had a screw driver to un-assemble)3. I was told that within 5-14 business days I will get my stuffas per the document shared by themAverage Delivery Speed1001-1500 Miles 5-14 business days is required4. On 5th of Jul I shared the address where I would be staying and was told they will update soon5. Daily I am calling them but most of them just put the call on-hold or say the dispatch guys will share updates and they will call back by EOD but that has not happened in the last 10 days6. Its already 26th Jul and they still dont have any clue on when my stuff will be deliveredand now telling me that there is a clause saying The carrier has upto 21 business days to deliver from the FADD listed on the bill of landing7. I have still not received my Inventory of the items, called again so many times but no responseHave shared all what I have, rest upto you guys to decide.

I was very sceptical about hiring a moving company on line. I was quoted a decent price . 4 days before my move I got a call to go over items and I was told if I had extra items it would cost more. That sounded reasonable to me and my husband. Then 3 days before move I get another call to go over items again. Now I am being told about how I dont not have certain items and a certain side chair is a recliner so that cost more.. bla bla well now my mind is going.. I am starting to smell a scam .Besides didnt they call me yesterday and go over this with my husband? Of course I may have not been so pleasant to the man on the other end of the phone.You can understand my concern after reading the reviews on line that it may be a scam... He starts arguing with me as if he were a fith grader. Then he hangs up on me and tells me forget he even called. Well you can imagine I was upset. I didnt even know if they were going to show up. Well they did! It was 3 guys Tibor, Jeff and Henry! Three really nice guys from Century Moving services . They were fast and efficient! Wow they were nice guys! The wraping job was impeccable. Oh by the way it cost extra to wrap... mirrors and such... Well only 4 stars because of man on phone who yelled at me and hung up on me. When a person is moving it is a very stressful time in thier lives. It was his job to defuse the situation not fight with the customer, needless to say he was very unprofessional. Other than that I think these guys were great.. Moving is a hard job these guys are away from thier familys for long periods of time so dont forget to tip them!

I recently hired All American relocation to move my office furniture from my office to an a vacant store front three doors down (less than 500 yards) and then back to my office over the weekend of June25th. Prior to the move, I met with Brad Plummer, the owner, and told him that I was very worried about my furniture being damaged. It was all brand new furniture, less than 3 months old, and in perfect condition. He assured me that it would be well taken care of and that they were bonded and insured. I paid over $1,500 for them to move two desks, 1 credenza, 1 small kitchen table, 4 lobby chairs, 2 side tables, and 12 boxes. Prior to the move, I took pictures of all the furniture. When everything was moved back into my office, my administrative assistant and I took a thorough look to see if anything had been damaged. My desk had gouges all along the side of it and the drawers no longer closed properly. My administrative assistant’s desk had a two inch scratch on it. A wooden side table has been handled so roughly that two legs were detached and had blue marks on them. Lastly, a kitchen chair had also been damaged.Brett Plumber, the owner, was made aware of the damages to the furniture. He sent a repair man out to handle it. The repair man said it could all be fixed except the side table and the drawers on my desk. My administrative assistant called their office over 4 times with no response to get these items fixed. After over a week and a half with no response, I sent an e-mail to Mr. Plumber. When I told Mr. Plumber that the end table could not be fixed, he declined fixing it because he had already sent his repair man out. He also acted as if the repair was not his fault and that the blue marks were to minuscule to worry about.I would not recommend anyone entrust anything of value to All American relocation. There website states they will do “whatever it takes” but there is nothing further from the truth.

Do not trust them. They will quote less to win your business and then when the truck comes, they will quote the double and at that moment, they will cite the contract and will not refund the initial deposit. You will be left with no choice.
