This has to be by far the Worst Storage facility I have ever had experience with. If you want to be profiled and put out for no apparent reason this is definitely the place to go. This suzette lady is rude and unprofessional. This place will never get any money from me.

The officer here is extremely nice and helpful. We forgot to take our masks when we moving. And she generously seny us!

Its a good location for me, I just wish it was better maintained. They have rodents and dont ever call you back. Its also very difficult to get around in. Also, the gate is broken and will not open after-hours.

This was the worst experience and nightmare! I paid for my unit on the 15th of January and was due to move in on the 17th and for some odd reason there was a lock on my unit, no one told me or gave me the code to the lock, I called the call center several times no one came to let me in! Remind you I had mover that was charging by the hour and being that I could not move in on the 17th I had to wait until the next day 18th!!! The outcome was I paid over $400 for their miscommunication, their dysfunctional protocols, and unprofessional behavior if it wasnt me needing that space and I had time to find another storage place I would have done so!!!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Rats/Mice infestation. Destroyed nearly everything in the unit. I’m going back today to clean it out and I’ll make sure to post photos! ** It is so much worse than I thought. The stuffing was pulled from the mattress and poop and brown film was over everything. Disgusting place.. If you want your stuff destroyed, give these guys a call. Complete and total negligence on Storage King USAs part.

This is the best place to get storage in Raleigh. Ive been to a few other places in Raleigh and they have completely paled in comparison to the Storage King on Tryon; and the deciding factor was unparalleled customer service.We had to get a storage unit during a move from one apartment to another while in college and the manager did everything within his power to make sure that we were taken care of in the absolute best way possible. He worked the system to get us the best rates and every time we had any issue whatsoever, it was resolved within the hour. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough; I had the best customer service of my life here. If you are on the fence, please consider getting a unit here, it will be worth it!!

This place is great! Suzette and shanda are so competent and friendly! We reserved a 5x5 unit. But it ended up being too small and we needed larger unit. Suzette came to check on us before she left for the evening and stayed late to get us into a 10x10 unit. She made a crazy of day moving turn out great! Clean and safe location! Great prices and great service!

Great place to get a storage locker. The staff was extremely helpful with all of our concerns and made sure we got the best price possible based on promotions and being a student. The staff also took care of renting a U-Haul for me. They made sure it was there for me to pick up and I just needed to drop it off when I was done using it.

Best prices around Raleigh when I compared! Went here, Extra Attic, and Self Storage and they were by far the most helpful and friendly. Got a climate controlled 10 by 15 at a great rate! Super pleased so far!

I recently used this facility for a quick 1-month storage gig. The price was great, and the people working at the front desk were incredibly nice and helpful. Janet and Arlene both made sure that I was taken care of, and they were exceedingly kind and professional to boot. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Ive used Triangle Storage once when moving and once to store a car during remodel. The rates are good, units are nice, and always feel secure with lighting and gated entry. The people in the office have been available when needed and professional. Would recommend.
