I hosted my daughter’s 10th birthday party here tonight. It was the first time all eight girls attending had ever been to this place, so it was really unique. It more than exceeded our expectations. Julie, the owner, and her staff went above and beyond to make all of the girls feel so special. It was extremely clean and the birthday package and accommodations were unbelievable. They had all things covered - right down to taking the notes for the birthday gifts so we can send “thank you” cards . My only complaint is that I have no idea how I will top my daughter’s birthday party next year! Something tells me we will be celebrating here for #11! I will gladly support this locally owned business again. Thank you Julie and “Sparkle Squad.” My heart is full tonight knowing my daughter went to bed smiling ear to ear!

The service is exceptional. My niece had an amazing time! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout to the Friendship Factory! This amazing small business has taken every precaution for my daughters backyard birthday party and my other daughters communion. Every kid loves the staff who have patience’s, are kid friendly and I can go on and on. Whatever your child wishes for a fun filled party this is your place, they will bring anything to life super creative and always going over and above. Can’t wait for the upcoming events for December.

We celebrated our daughters 5th birthday at the old location & recently had them at my oldest daughters Communion dinner as entertainment for the children! EVERYONE loved it! The adults even got in on the hair braiding & glitter! The staff is so warm & friendly, you’ll feel like you’ve known them for years! We have also done a cookie decorating class in the new building and it was amazing! Looking forward to more great experiences here! It’s magical! ✨

My daughter had a birthday party of one during the summer of the 2020 pandemic and the owner and her staff took precautions wearing masks, etc and made sure my daughter had a great time. There was a custom celebration sign with her picture on an easel at the front door that we were able to take home and balloons! She had her hair done with glitter, makeup, made lotions, crafts, and sang karaoke. They also offered manicures. We spent a great deal of time at their new location and the owner and staff were very patient fulfilling my daughter’s excitement for a photo shoot with props, singing karaoke, making crafts and custom lotions, and getting glammed up to celebrate her 10th birthday. She also took a bag home filled with favors of her choice! My daughter had an awesome time even when her friends couldn’t be there. She was given the star treatment and will always have great memories of that day :o). Thank you to the owner and staff of Friendship Factory for making my daughter feel so special on her birthday!

My daughter and I have done many events at The Friendship Factory. Last night we did the cookie decorating class and we LOVED it! My daughter is 13, there were young girls there, and even a 9th grade boy. It was great for all ages. We have never had a bad experience there, and would highly recommend.

My daughter and I were so excited to attend the St. Patrick’s Day event, but we left totally disappointed. The hosts of the party, 2 very young girls, seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared. They were also sick and wiping their noses with their hand repeatedly, it was disgusting.They were still setting up and scrambling when we arrived for our 12:00 appointment. We were supposed to do a fun painting, manicure, glitter tattoo, hair extension and other surprises, but all my daughter left with was a manicure, as the girls had no idea what they were doing and everything took forever. They didn’t even explain what to do and just left us sitting quiet in a room to try to make the craft. They placed a sharp pair of adult scissors in front of my 3 year old and told her to have at it. If you are going to charge $40, have adequate and age appropriate supplies!What a complete and total waste of money...I could have taken my daughter to my nail salon for a manicure for half the cost. I had to stop at cvs and buy temporary tattoos to console my daughter on the way home as she didn’t get the one promised by the event.The worst part about it is the owner could care less and completely ignored my cell phone message to her. Clearly she’s more focused on the bottom line than the customer experience. Too bad because we had planned to have a birthday party here, but now I will take my money elsewhere. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about the complete lack of customer service at The Friendship Factory.

Its awesome! Lots of wonderful things for kids to do. Very large space to roam around in. Great staff. Lots of adorable things to buy for kids. Loved it!

Such a great local business. Michelle goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, creative space. My daughters love this store. Highly recommend for a drop in class, birthday party, and group night out. Everyone is guaranteed a wonderful time!

This place was really cute for a birthday party and it was very spacious. The girl who helped out with the party (owners daughter??) was very rude though. She didnt smile once and she was yelling at some of the kids for no good reason. I wouldnt have a party here because of her attitude!

This is a cute little place if you only ever go once. They have birthday parties and workshops but its extremely limited. The workshops cost more than 20 times their worth a D arent anything you might expect. I paid $50 for a cooking workshop for my daughter. It claimed that they would learn how to make cookie batter as well as cook it. It claimed that a professional chef was coming in. In reality, one of the teenage employees who had no training whatsoever just handed them a bag of dough to bring home and a piece of paper with instructions. its cute enough that you can make jewelry and bath bombs there, but after you go once, youve done everything and nothing ever changes
