Great service, quick deliveries and the washer and dryer that we got were really nice. The delivery person was great and we got great customer service from Gracie! She was very nice and handled everything that we need. I can’t recommend them enough!

Their washer and dryers are of extremely poor quality. I would have to dry things 4 times to get them fully dry. The washer sounded like it was going to explode when it was spinning. Also, upon pickup, they only come within business hours. Good luck if you dont work from home to be there for when they pickup. I had coordinated with the leasing office to allow A&A into the vacant unit to grab the W/D and I assume they showed up last minute as the office was closed. They did not provide me with any notice of when they were arriving...unsure if I was supposed to sit around in a vacant unit for 4 hours until they showed up. The woman who was the supervisor was EXTREMELY unhelpful as I told her the situation and that the apartment was going to charge me for the W/D still sitting in the unit upon the termination of my lease. She did not offer to cover any charges although it was their fault that they did not show up to pickup. Do not use this company.

I applied to get a washer and dryer delivered for Wednesday and got rescheduled thrice and they couldnt confirm when the 4th would be. The office lady, Gracie (if thats how her name is spelled) wasnt helpful whatsoever. While I can understand that things happen for COVID-related and other various reasons, that reasoning can only go so far before it turns into an excuse for shoddy business practices. Obviously, I cannot just sit at the house all day long on multiple days for the washer and dryer to *maybe* show up (also they cant tell you when it may be delivered till the supposed day of if not the afternoon before). As most of us have a job that is not at-home, every day I have to take off costs me money. They had the nerve to try to charge me $75 for cancelling my order, even though they didnt pay me anything for cancelling the delivery 3 times. Find an alternative or be ready to be treated poorly.

If it was possible, I would rate this company a -5. Just had a washer delivered to me yesterday on 7/6/21. It ended up leaking water everywhere. The staff member reassured me it was not much water at all. After he left, I opened my front door and saw a huge pool of water (see photo). He mentioned he cleaned everything up. I soon found out that that was not the case. My carpet in my closet was completely drenched in water and has had a fan on it for the last 18 hours. The staff member told me he would be installing a new washer. After doing so, I asked him twice to ensure that it was functional and would not leak. Shortly after he left I started some wash, and I had water all over my hardware floor AGAIN. Fortunately, maintenance came by concerned because he saw all the water pooling outside my apartment. He was able to help shut all the water off and help me clean up. I called the A&A Appliances to let them know and specifically stated I had water leaking out all over the floor. The manager, Daisy, said she would call me right back. I did not hear back from her for over an hour. She later explained that she did not know what to do and her workers were done for the day. This is not an acceptable, professional, or a respectful way to handle business. I had to wait until the next morning to speak to someone. They said they would try to get someone out later in the day. I requested to speak to a manager, and was told she would call me soon. Over five hours later after not hearing any updates or time estimates about when the washer would be delivere, I called and spoke to Daisy. She said they would not be able to replace the washer until tomorrow and the most they could do for all the inconveniences they caused was waive one month’s rent. She explained that waiving anything more than one month “would be too big of a hit to the company” and that anything more than a month would have to come out of her paycheck. I highly discourage anyone from using this company. I very rarely leave any reviews, but I would hate to see someone have to go through a similar experience and have such poor service.

I am renting a washer and dryer from A&A. It’s okay… I received appliances that are on their last leg. The washer doesn’t completely spin so clothes are soaking wet at the end of a wash cycle. The dryer loudly squeaks when it’s spinning. It’s so obnoxiously loud that I don’t dry clothes while I’m home and wait until I leave to start it. While the employees that dropped off the appliances were kind and respectful, they were not very attentive and were talking on the phone the entire time. I found this to be a little rude.

The service was great! It was hassle-free. Best place Ive gotten for appliance rental. As I moved locations, Gracie was able to help me out and get everything fixed for me. Great customer service!

Rude and unprofessional. The person that came to fix our dryer was literally in our home arguing and raising his voice after we asked him to wear a mask because we have a 6 month old. I called the company to voice my concerns and the person that answered the call literally responded with “ok”. Do your research and go somewhere else.

We ordered a washer and dryer for my daughter in college. The online leasing option was easy to use. The next day someone gave her roommate a washer and dryer. I was worried it would be difficult to cancel. I had to be on hold for a bit but they agreed to cancel it and refund our initial payment and one time service fee without any haggling! So easy, friendly and understanding. We will certainly use them again if she needs to lease next year! Highly recommend.

I want to share me and my husband Alex experience last year we moved into our apartment starting our life together and we needed a washer and dryer. I found A&A Appliance on Google and we are so glad that we did. The customer service was A1 and friendly we still have our washer and dryer. So fast forward we are now moving to Fort Worth and found out our new home needed a Fridge and we were searching and my husband said lets go back were we got the washer and dryer without second guessing I said lets go. We went today and found what we were looking for and a GREAT PRICE with a warranty all their appliances have warranty on them. Was very pleased and back home in a hour time with delivery. I’ve been leasing from A&A Appliances for the last 3 or so years and they have been amazing. They take care of moving the appliances and hooking them up, and if you ever have anything wrong with them they’re quick to schedule a servicing to either fix or replace the appliances for you. Great price, and incredible customer service.Gracie was especially helpful and very kind!

I feel very frustrated with this company currently. I honestly feel they dont care about their customers and are more concerned with getting paid. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my family is having to deal with moving out of our apartment months earlier than we anticipated, as a result, we have been unable to provide a 30 day notice to A&A Appliance Leasing to schedule our washer and dryer rental to be picked up. Since Im calling a week or so too late, they want to charge $75 up front and demand the payment before they will schedule the pick up. I get paid once a month. I can handle paying the fees, but I am absolutely unable to pay it upfront. I wont get paid again until after the time I need our rental picked up. Why cant they send me a bill or work with me to get the payment made and still schedule the pick up? They wont allow me to schedule the pick up until I pay the fee. They should specify in their lease that not providing a 30 day notice incurs a fee that must be paid upfront before scheduling.

Don’t waste your money on this place if I can rate it it would be negative 100 stars !The office always uses the same reason to cover their mistakes “The computer systems has a problem” or some other ridiculous comment .If you change credit cards and you call to update it they will say they will update it but they never do and this has happen 3 times now .The lady in the office Gracie is very rude and has no customer service at all when trying to deal with this .They don’t email you or call to inform you about this so you get a large bill building up and the way you find out is they send someone to your house to pick up the washer or dryer telling you they are picking it up for no payments.If you ask to speak to someone else they won’t let you.Horrible service.I suggest you train your office employee better to keep track of payments and offer better customer service in letting customer know of any problems with payments.

Flexible prices and quality equipment, they were always receptive when I needed help. I have been renting a washer and dryer unit with them for almost 2 years now. Our apartment was flooded (due to the owners of the apartment), and A&A was very courteous in sending someone over to move my washer and dryer to our new unit. Beware this company is a SCAM!!!!! Please DONT DO BUSINESS with A&A Appliance Leasing. The company is unprofessional and unreliable. I was initially interested in leasing a washer and dryer set with A&A because of the affordable deal and the online ease of leasing. However, it all changed once these thieves took my money online. I received no delivery confirmation from them and had to call several times to confirm a date which they pushed back without letting me know. Today was my delivery date with a delivery window from 3p-7p. After taking off from work and sitting in my apartment, at 720p I quickly realized this company was a fraud. I had to call my bank and submit a stop payment and report fraud against this company. After speaking with my bank, I then posted a review on Google about A&A. Guess what?!!! I received a call from a manager Alex who reached out because he saw the review and not because they failed to provide me the product I paid for in advance. Alex informed me his driver knocked on my door and there was no answer so he left. Keep in mind, I have been in my apartment and never heard the door nor received a call from the driver. Alex had the nerve to ask me what floor I lived on...but I thought your delivery driver came to my door (BS). And then Alex suggested maybe they didnt have my correct email address on file but thats the same email the company used to send a copy of my invoice and respond to my complaints about delivery..smh. Alex attempted to see if he could deliver the W&D on Saturday for me since I already took off work today. Alex confirmed he could do an exception for a Saturday delivery but didnt know the time-frame. Already knowing the company doesnt honor their word, I wasnt about to sit in my apartment all day for a delivery that may not happen again. Alex then proceeds to try to suggest for me to provide another review online but a positive one if he cancels and refund my order through billing which they typically charge a fee for . At this point, I was disgusted by the lack of professionalism or customer service. I expressed to Alex the best thing for A&A to do is to refund my money. ALEX the idiot then states you already submitted a stop payment claim to the bank and he was concerned I would get a double refund. I submitted a claim that requires an investigation and a process that isnt immediate. A reputable company would give me my money but A&A Scammers Sorry A$$ Leasing Company opted to wait on my bank to process the fraud. SO PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME AND PEACE OF MIND YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I rented a washer and dryer from these guys last year. The washer and dryer worked nicely and they dropped and hooked them up easily. The only issue I had with this company is the customer service. I tried calling many many times when I had an issue with my washer one time and either no one would answer or I’d be on hold or they’d forget to call me back. When it came time to have my units removed I called them twice well in advanced and told them when to get the units. The day came and no one showed up so I called and again had a very hard time getting through only to tell me they didn’t have anyone who could pick it up that day. So again we rescheduled and they charged me for an entire month extra even tho I had called previously to ensure the pickup date. I was over it at that point and said whatever I’ll pay just come get it and they did. So again - washer and dryer worked nicely the maintenance guy was nice and efficient but their customer service lady was rude and very unhelpful on multiple occasions when I actually was able to get thru. I am looking to rent again so if they fix this issue then I’ll change their rating.Ive emailed you guys twice and no one responds.......

I rented washer and dryer for my house in Round Rock. Amazing service. Always responsive. Easy to sign up and easy to upgrade. They came more than 2 times for changes I asked, no questions asked. I highly recommend this rental service. I have no affiliation with them (I am actually Canadian) but I like to give business review when I feel they deserve it . Keep it up

From the start I was sent a dirty washer and dryer unit that I had to clean myself. As my year came up for my services, I request a new unit, and to my delight they offered a newer unit as we had a very old unit sent out. I received a washer unit that was rusting internally and now have to deal with that for the remainder of the month til I can cancel my service. I do not recommend renting from this service.

Our washer and dryer were delivered promptly even though Texas was still reeling from the Winter storm. Our units worked very well and were picked up in a timely manner at the conclusion of our lease after a friendly conversation. Overall, we had a good experience with A&A and would recommend them for any washer/dryer rental needs in the Austin area!

We have had our washer and dryer over a year. They were great to work with until they werent. I called about our dryer being out and it was a Friday. I knew that it wouldn’t get fixed that day. They told me they would come on the following Wednesday. I get a confirmation call on Tuesday saying the time window. Wednesday rolls around and they didn’t even show up. They also never called saying they weren’t coming. I called the next day and I told them what happened and they pushed me out till the next Monday. I’m sorry but since you no called/ no showed us, we should have been taken care of the next day. Tried calling them back on Saturday to remind them that no one will be home till after 5pm,I could not get ahold of anyone to save my life. The phone doesn’t have a voicemail and it had a busy signal. It is very frustrating to pay for a service and not use it, but also not being able to wash and dry you Landry. I feel like I should be compensated for my time taking off work and also for the 10 days I haven’t been able to use my washer and dryer.

The setup was easy and effortless! They did it all! Had a dryer that went bad on me and a little misunderstanding (the only reason they are missing a star) however, after calling them the manager fixed my issue and sent someone out! Very professional workers and took the time to set everything up and even checked everything before they left! I forgot the workers name but I would tell you to ask for him every time!!! I absolutely LOVE the washer and dryer they gave me!!!

I have leased with A&A for a year now and will be extending another year as well. They are always so quick and responsive. Such a great expereince!

They are very rude and unhelpful with arranging pick up of your appliances. Only come during the day even if you have work or other obligations. Tried to move it to another day and she only offered a week from then (after the lease ends). Didn’t help at all when I explained that the lease would be over by that point. Had to take off work to sit in my empty apt for 4 hrs because she gave a 4 hr window and refused to narrow it down at all (they came 10 min after the window ended.

A&A is amazing!! They had the washer and dryer delivered quickly and conveniently. If I ever had an issue, they sent someone out that same day! I also spoke with Gracie, and she was so incredible to work with!! She was extremely understanding and helpful and showed 10/10 customer support. I highly recommend A&A to anyone :-)

A&A have been really nice and helpful. Due to pandemic their response has slowed but its understandable. I had a dryer problem which was fixed by setting up a completely new dryer by them so that I would not face any problems. The delivery guy was super nice and helpful.

Fantastic option!!! I needed a washer and dryer bad and A&A Appliance came through for me. Super cheap every month and the guy who came out came later in the day because of my work schedule and did a fantastic job setting everything up. I have had my units since last november and a single hiccup, issue, or problem. The payments are on auto bill so I dont have to think about it and no longer have to go to a laundromat (I live in the domain) so having an in-unit set is the best solution. 5 Stars 10/10 Great company to work with!!!

I leased a washer and dryer for 2 years from this location and never had a single issue with it. The delivery was quick and done as advised it would be. Payments were easy and when it was time for me to move scheduling pickup was easy as well. If I ever have to lease again I will definitely be using this company.

Gave one star cuz Google forced me. Do not shop here. Dryer lint trap was filled with baby roaches. Immediately took them out my home and set outside. Next business day called and requested they pick up and refund. They told me between 11-2. I wasted my whole day waiting for a delivery driver to show up that didnt show. At 230 i was at their physical location. No wonder the appliances have roaches, they’re all sitting outside in the dirty destroyed lot they have. Called from 1:45 until the time i was there at the office, no answer at all.Shop here if you like roaches inside your home.

This is the WORST appliance company I have ever rented for. They are not accommodating to anyone’s schedule whatsoever. They tell you what day and time they will be at your house and if no one is home, they keep rescheduling you as if it’s not an issue that your washer and dryer don’t work. They asked if we would leave a key under the matt to let someone random in our home while no one is there. Our dryer has been broken for months now and they said the first time they would come out and try to fix it and if it didn’t work they would replace it. That didn’t happen. I’ve called multiple times to reschedule and same thing. They’re very rude and disrespectful. At the end of the day we just wanted a washer and dryer to rent that worked and it takes us probably 4-5 cycles before clothes get dry. Worst place EVER

I am a renter and my landlord uses their services. I have been experiencing their services for last couple months. First, my washer broke and they did not give them a time frame to replace. Figured couple days. I live in Temple and took them three weeks to bring me a replacement. The replacement was much older then the original washer but it worked so who cares. Now two weeks later my replacement is leaking all over the laundry room. Called Friday to report it and they gave me no confirmation to replace it till Saturday. Said they will be here Monday between 11am and 3pm and if I’m not home they bounce. You can do better then this. I think you need a better business model. HMU if you want improvement.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We had a washer and dryer put in our apartment and it broke and water leaked so much it went under our hardwood floors. We contacted this company MULTIPLE times to come out and replace our washer. THEY TOOK OVER A WEEK TO EVEN COME OUT. Once they came out, the man replaced the washer but we still had water damage. After calling them MULTIPLE times and sending pictures of our DAMAGED hardwood floor (which we still have pictures and time stamps), they simply IGNORED OUR MESSAGES. Our floors were so damaged they started lifting and our apartment complex had to rip up the floors!! This company now “refuses” to pay for damages that THEIR EQUIPMENT CAUSED. Both me and my partner worked in insurance and know that is UNACCEPTABLE. If they refuse to pay for damages we will have to seek legal action. Seriously, AVOID THIS PLACE. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service.. The woman on the phone, Gracie, was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had originally leased a washer/dryer set from another company in San Antonio, but the appliances didnt work well and were about $20 more expensive than A&A. Additionally, this companys customer service is outstanding!! The manager, Alexander, ensures that your experience with this company is nothing less than a 5-star experience. Jose, the delivery person, is also fast, polite, and professional. The quality of their products, especially for the cost, is unbeatable and the service is amazing!!! Ive never had a manager COME TO THE WORKSITE just to make sure that the customer was happy, but she did just that. Ive been with this company for almost two years, and Im happy to say that they have earned their five-star rating again, and again, and again!!! Thank you Gracie and A&A Appliance Leasing!!!

Horrible service, the appliances are very old. They just don’t work. The washer stopped after a month and I had to wait 2 months for a maintenance service from them. They are terrible. Do not believe the fake reviews. They damage homes big time. They damaged my walls while bringing in the equipment and said they didn’t do it. The customer service lady always postpones any kind of service requests saying the driver had an accident, there has been a vehicle breakdown etc.

They delivered items and hooked them up no problem! Washer and dryer work great and the service was affordable! I used them because I am in the military and I did not want something permanent.

I rented a washer and dryer set from A&A. The deliveryman did a good job of installing and cleaning the equipment, and both appliances work efficiently. Delivery was delayed once, but only by a few days, and they gave me advance notice. No big deal. Communication was good overall. Recommended.

I rented my washer and dryer from A & A for two years while living here in austin. They were great, with no issues, and Gracie was alot of help in the whole process! Would definitely lease again!

Ive been renting a washer/dryer set for a the last 18 months and just moved to a new house. I called to have the set at the old house picked up and have another set delivered to my new house. She easily verified what kind of dryer I needed and told me they could be picked up and delivered to the very next day. They are super easy to deal with and are very affordable. Highly recommend.
