With the whole pandemic going on, they are now opened to public with limited amount of customers in the store.Put on your masks, it is good for your self, also benefit to others.Few of the 5 years old 50 TV at our store recently went out, so had to get some new TV, Best Buy is always out only place we buy from, and this time I got 4 new Samsung 55 TV.Picture quality is nice on these new TV, since I have done installation at over 8 of our stores, it was pretty easy and fast to swap them out.

So unfortunately BestBuys initial customer service is lacking. You can walk around for a while before someone will stop and ask if you need help.However once someone does they are normally very helpful but quick to get on to something else.Note: If paying on your BB credit, they will only take debit cards, checks and of course cash! You can’t use a credit card to pay on your credit card.

Not the best place to go if youre in a hurry... Hopefully your experience goes better than mine. Waited almost 45 minute in line before having to walk out. I get that first come first serve but when there is only one person in line needing assistance, maybe have more people around to help out.

Buy a Samsung refrigerator and the order takes 2 months. I dont know why it takes so long, but agree to wait because I love that model with a display. now I had a week residing best buy emails, confirming the day and time that the order would be delivered to my house. Today 07/30/2021 was the day of my order, so I stopped working to be at home waiting and I received an email saying that I had to contact best buy to reschedule another new date. so I went to the store to complain and they told me they didnt have that refrigerator in the system. that everything was a mistake because the emails is an automated system. and that if he wanted to buy that same model, he would have to wait another 2 months. I am really disappointed in best buy. I will never buy anything here again. And the funny thing about it is that the cold paid for it with a best buy credit card and I already paid my first monthly payment for an order that I dont have.

It is very disappointing when you spend your time and money to drive to an establishment and they don’t have stuff on shelves even though they just sent you an add saying so.Choose 3 different laptop and they don’t have any in stock. Usual response is order it online and we will ship it to you. Dude I know that, but that’s not why I came here. I came here to get it now.

This particular location is good if you like to shop and not be asked over and over again if you need help (which I love), but if you do need help, it might take a little while.Very happy with the staff honoring a price match (Conns said they would, but when they saw the number, said NVM). This Round Rock location for the Geek Repair is Awesome. We Joined the Geek repair for our laptops. I was amazed to learn that we get up to 10 items covered under our 1 year membership for $200. The people we spoke to were so friendly and nice. Wow wish we would have done this long ago! Happy Happy!

I have worked with Best Buy on purchases of numerous electronic goods. I go to Best Buy because I feel they have: actual staff in an actual location, where you can actually ask questions about what youre looking for... I appreciate that very much. Also, I have used their Geek Squad service in the past and find it is reasonably priced and does what they say they will do. For these reasons I feel comfortable recommending Best Buy as a place for people who might need some assistance in their Appliance purchases and Service, as opposed to just clicks on a website and shipping it to your door.

The gentleman working at the counter for geek squad was able to assist me without delay, even though I didnt have an appointment. He resolved the issues with my laptop in a matter of minutes. When I asked what I owed, he said there was no charge. I gave him a fist bump, and told him that he had made my day. A very positive experience in all. Thanks Round Rock geek squad, you rock.😎

Ordered an Xbox series x when Best Buy had a drop. Was able to check out and pay for product. The order status has said that I would be able to pick up a week after buying. The day before being able to pick up the app went ahead and canceled my order because they didn’t have inventory. Worst experience of my life dealing with customer service about this. Couldn’t give any info other then they were out of stock. Wouldn’t recommend shopping with this location because they will not fulfill their orders especially hard items to buy.

I specifically went there to figure out why my screen on my laptop did not work without being plugged in. I wanted the issue fixed. I even bought the protection plan which was $216.00. They had my laptop from Saturday to Wednesday and I get to the front desk of the geek squad and my issue was not fixed. They did everything else BUT fix my screen. They tried to say that it would have to be sent away for three weeks and maybe they didn’t do that because my address was not of Texas. All of that could’ve be fixed with a phone with the status of my laptop but I didn’t get a call 🤦🏾‍♀️ I am so frustrated

Went into this store to look for a new laptop. The only employee working in that section was with another customer but someone quickly walked over to assist me. I had a few questions about some comparisons but Bradley was quickly to answer. I ended up purchasing my laptop that was not in stock but had it ordered and will be delivered within the week. I will more than likely return to this location to purchase some additional pieces for my setup.

I went a week ago to buy a TV and when I was checking out the guy who works there was asking me to apply for a Best Buy credit card I asked him if this would cause a hard inquiry on my credit score and he said no and assured me that, after I left I went online to check his honesty and realised that it does a hard inquiry weather he lied or he didnt know its all his responsibility to give me correct and honest information.. Now I dont want to use their credit card and Im not even interested..

Absolutely wonderful experience. Every associate I saw greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I brought my printer in to get fixed and the guy at the Geek Squad counter was super knowledgeable and helpful. It wasnt fixable and still under warranty so he was able to help me get a replacement. I was in and out with a new printer in less than 45 minutes!

Did curbside pickup. The employee was very courteous. One thing that was annoying though. We were picking up a refrigerator (open box), because delivery was not available. They did not have an appliance dolly. It took 4 of us to lift the refrigerator into the back of the truck. Also dont try to call the store directly. We tried as we figured it would be easier to load a fridge from the loading dock in back of the store. We always got the main call center and they were not able to transfer without hanging up. To sum up, I would not recommend large open box items. Other than that, curbside pickup was great.

I purchased brand new Samsung washers and dryers along with the 3 year warranty plan with geek squad. I just got them delivered yesterday evening and when I put my clothes to wash on cold it turned into hot water. I called them today and I was on the phone for an hour just trying to get someone to just set up an appointment to get it installed properly. I was told that they were not delivered so I just decided to fix that problem and return the items and get back my $1,794.63. All of a sudden they did more research and saw it was delivered. So now I have to wait 24 hours for someone on their team to reach out just to get it fixed.

Every Best Buy in general seems a little understaffed. At THIS store a friendly associate met us at the door and personally walked us to someone who could help. She stayed with us until the handoff was certain. This kind of service happened a few times and associates were helpful each time. We landed back in Car Audio--and back to Best Buy as I know it. Took about 10-15 minutes before I was able to hail some help, and another 3-5 minutes before he could actually help. Not awesome. BUT, once I had the associates attention he was very kind, informative, attentive and helpful. Their staff is actually great. They just need more :) Overall a good experience. Well be back.

Absolutely the worst customer service, under no circumstances try to buy an item that is needed for a special occasion and expect to get it when given a specific date for pick up. I made the mistake of purchasing a new Apple IPad(birthday gift)and the order was supposed to come in on a Saturday. Well when we called the store on the Saturday when it was supposed to come in, no one ever answered. So thinking that it would be in Sunday for sure we just waited. On Sunday we called the store and was on hold for 45 minutes and finally got tired of waiting so my wife went to pick it up and they said it hasnt even come in yet and didnt know when it would be in.They then tried to sell an open box one for $8.00 less than the new one. We declined that generous offer and took our business elsewhere.

One star because I got my drone back. The Geek squad is a nightmare! Took my drone for a repair, customer service said it will be free because I only had it for 3 months. One month later, no call, got an email from the manufacturer that it was shipped to Best Buy. A month after that no call no email so I decided to go there physically. 1st customer service: I don’t know where your device is. 2nd customer service : it was sent to the repair center a month ago so the repair center is supposed to send it to us I don’t know why it’s taking them too long. Manager: It was not repaired because you had to pay for it so they will ship it back. Call other Manager, it is a the repair center we don’t have a number or Email for them too we will put in an emergency request. After a 30 min confused conversation I went home. MIND YOU THE DRONE WAS THERE!!!!!! The next day the sent me an email to go pick it up!!!

Plus, I was fortunate to experience a Labor Day Sale which saved me another $75. Online site is intuitive, very user friendly. If I could give BB ZERO stars I would! Their customer Svc is PATHETIC! They never answer the phone both at the stores and corporate. Then they drop your calls & or if they transfer your call to a Supv it’s get conveniently dropped ! Their app ALMOST doesn’t tell you that an item qualifies for free delivery! It’s NOT CONSPICUOUS! If I had known that a 85” TV qualified for free delivery I would opted for that. The TV wouldn’t fit in my minivan. They changed it to home delivery. Now I have to wait 2 weeks. The Round Rock TX store is pathetic!
