If you are looking for any appliance don’t go ANY place else. Tri City appliance is friendly, knowledgeable and have what I needed in stock! Don’t waste your time at the major stores that sell (supposedly) kitchen appliances. No staff, no product in stock and always very unfriendly. I highly recommend this family owed business and will recommend to all consumers.

The electricity going out last night caused my relay on my fridge to go out. Not only did Rodney get out same day, but he also knew the issue and quoted me before his arrival and was done within 20 mins. I also want to note that I was able to speak to a local, knowledgeable person on the phone!

Found Tri-City Appliance kinda by accident. I was looking everywhere for a Kitchenaid dishwasher and no one had one. Spoke with Rodney over the phone on a Saturday and they had one and delivered it on Monday. To my surprise Rodney was the person who delivered and installed it. Very professional job and a vast wealth of knowledge. I won’t be using the big box stores any longer. I’ll be calling Rodney!!

So I had my washer repaired last week. I was given an appointment in two days and the guys came in promptly at the appointed time. They fixed the washer in no time. Come next week I again got the same problem with my washer. I called these guys and they came in on the same day and spent about 20 minutes checking my washer. After we were not able to diagnose any problem he left and said there might have been an unbalanced load. After he is gone I have already done two batches of washes and it works perfectly well. These guys have been punctual and very helpful also they’re not terribly expensive either. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was amazingly surprised, they had the part in stock for my need. It made my day and evening knowing i did not have to wait 3-4 days just to wash a load waiting on a part. Could of purchased online and saved a couple of dollars, but it was worth the purchase. Convenient and friendly. Support small businesses.

Absolutely awesome experience! Great customer service, polite and knowledgeable. I was offered next day appointment, received email and text confirmation. Thank you so much!

With limited time during the week to fix issues at home it is great to have a source for parts on weekends. Sure you can order parts online and get them in a couple of days but I would rather do business with a local company who can provide the part, service, or new appliance TODAY! I have found my new source for Appliances and/or parts.

I was referred to Tri-Cify Appliance Repair by friends. Needed Refrigerator repair. I appreciate Tri-Cify Appliance Repairs help, candor & referral.

Unlike anyone else, they were willing to help give me potential cost estimates & diagnosis over the phone, without charging an exorbitant amount to come on site to even look at my Whirlpool washer. They gave me advice that may fix my issue, and were honest with me about the benefit of replacing rather than repairing if it didn’t work. And. Their. Advice. Worked. Thank you so much for saving me $$$ in repairs or a new machine.

Had a hard time finding a locally/family owned repair business (which I prefer) in my area. Called someone who was rated very highly but no longer serviced my area because he had too much business where he was based, which I figure is a pretty good person to make a recommendation. He recommended Tri-City so I gave them a call. Theyre not flashy by any means, but I dont think I can remember a better experience with a repair company. They diagnosed my machines problem over the phone, ordered the part, and gave me an estimate. The part was in the next day and, had I been able to be at home that afternoon, it would have been taken care of that day as well. I scheduled a call for noon the following day, and Rodney showed up at 11:55 ready to roll. He was gone within a half hour and, just as important, the total was only $6.35 different than the phone estimate. No sales pitch, no hassles, just good honest service.I was even told about their retail shop if I ever needed anything or wanted to fix something myself, which clearly isnt in their best interest as a service company. Was completely impressed and will call again and, perhaps, even shop there when the time is right. Thanks again!

Sadly I did not get to have the opportunity to use their actual service. I called to see about setting up a service call on my fridge and was quickly told it was probably the compressor and that is over $1,200. All I told her was it has not been cooling like it should. :( I thought it was worth the cost of a service call before basically saying its dead. The entire call only lasted 30seconds to a minute.

They charged me over $600 to replace two fans in my double oven. I felt like it was very high at the time, but didnt have a frame of reference so I paid it. My bad. I shouldve shopped around. Ive since spoken to another appliance repair person and found that my instincts were correct. I was grossly overcharged for a relatively simply procedure.

This company has been around for years and are nice enough people. However, they have become so EXPENSIVE with both service call rates and parts. I removed a thermal fuse and cycling thermostat from my Roper (Whirlpool) Dryer and took it in (they wanted $80.00 for a service call). The 2 small parts ran me $45.00 dollars! Suspicious about the high cost, I checked Amazon and others online for the same parts. I found them for a cost of $ 7.18, WOW....thats some mark-up on parts! I feel silly for not checking another place before going to them for the part. This Round Rock resident cannot afford this local company anymore!

The men and women that work at Tri-City are some of the nicest I have ever met. I walked into this store expecting it to be like most repair shops telling me theres nothing they could do with out physically seeing the machine, well think again not only did they listen to me when i described the sounds and actions of my broken washing machine they even diagnosed the issue to the best of there abilities. They showed me a do it yourself machine repair video and showed me the part it was the best customer service I had gotten in forever must be the southern hospitality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts and cheapest way to fix your appliances. Thank you Tri-City!!!

I called this service a little leary because of the reviews but they are close.I told them my oven had an error code and would not work.I had to go downstairs and plug it in to get it and call them back. When I did so, my oven worked but the gentleman explained theerror codes and what to look for and it would probably be okay as I opened my door during auto cleaning.I thought this nice as he could have stated Well, I need to come out to make sure it was okay but did notThey told me to just call if it occurs again and they will help when needed.i told them about the reviews as I think every business should have the opportunity to correct their problems.Hope they will do good if I need them but they were honest this time . Tri-City Appliance is a Whirlpool Warranty Dealer. What that means is we are required to only use/sale OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) Parts. Mr. Ray called with his original Part number, which Whirlpooltransferred that part number to part number W10404050. Which is the part we sold Mr. Ray, in a factory sealed box. As to voiding the warranty, that was caused because Mr. Ray dismantled the machine himself, instead of calling the correct servicer as per thewarranty agreement. The owner of Tri-City offered to call the warranty place for Mr. Ray and explain that it was a OEM Whirlpool part, which Mr. Ray declined.
