Refusal to update to system software that isnt a decades old headache that constantly fails. Making decisions to solve an issue is sacrilege, no room for initiative, yet they will hire drivers with very poor driving records. Work environment fosters scapegoating, a culture of tasteless slander, and a pride in limitless narcissism. A dead end.

Employers here treat their staff horribly. Drivers must deliver in vehicles that have no air conditioning. In Texas heat that is cruel. Issue had been addressed to admins on multiple occasions but has never been fixed. Employers do not provide proper safety equipment when staff has to work with battery acid. Employees have very few holidays throughout​ the year, and do not accrual any vacation, holiday, or comp time. I would not work with PDW on principle alone.
