Im still in my service contract with Nissan so most of the work is covered. So far each time Ive come in everyone has been very helpful and friendly and got the job done quickly. Well have to see what happens once the service contract is over hopefully they will remain as helpful and good as they are now.

Last time I was not impressed with the service when I came in for the key issue but I didn’t get to make a review. This time I came for my car maintenance (15,000 miles check up) they were late but Lynne has been good (kept in touch/ apologized for the delay/ contact the shuttle driver for my ride in the next morning). She called in the evening to update with the car status and called again early in the morning. The shuttle came on time (2 mins early). Came in Lynne was not there but the other gentlemen took good care of me! I asked about the key and the volume knob in my car and he set up an appointment to fix them all next week. He also walked me to the car and shut the door for me all politely. This is cool. Totally made up for the last time I came here. Keep it up, Nissan service department!

I got a flyer in the mail for a free oil change, so I went to their website and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. I got there and found my Nissan Associate Sean, who checked me in and got some information from me and gladly took my coupon and keys from me and showed me to the waiting room. From me arriving to me driving away I was there for 1 hour. They do have the option to get a ride home but it will limit the availability for the oil change/car work.

BEWARE - The second signature they ask for, the one on the very bottom of the service invoice, opts you in to TELEMARKETING and ROBOCALLS. They clearly expect you not to read what youre signing – when you refuse to sign, they will insist that you sign the ad opt-in without explaining that (1) youre opting in to telemarketing and robocalls, or that (2) its completely optional and not a condition for service.Full review below:We went to Round Rock Nissan to replace a faulty rear camera on our Leaf. We successfully completed the replacement, but ultimately they did not meet some of our expectations for dealership service.Good:• The repair was timely and efficient, and we felt that besides the telemarketing incident, the service team treated us with respect.• The service team provided us with a complementary car wash, which we appreciated.Could be improved:• When signing our service invoice, the team member we were working with told us briskly to sign in two places. One of the signatures in required, but the other, we found upon further inspection, would opt us in to telemarketing and robocall ads. We didnt sign the second line and handed the invoice back, but the team member immediately handed the invoice back to us and told us to sign – again, not explaining what we were signing. When we explained that we werent interested in telemarketing and the invoice clearly stated that the signature was not a requirement for service, only then did he reluctantly accept the properly signed invoice. He was clearly not expecting any pushback. We expect, as many do, that how the dealership uses the data we disclose will be explained clearly to us, especially if its used for purposes unnecessary to fulfilling the service order. This expectation was not met.• My wife needed shuttle service to and from work on the day they did the service on the car. The shuttle from the dealership to her work went without a hitch. However, the shuttle was unavailable when she needed to get from her work to the dealership, and when Round Rock Nissan dispatched Lyfts several times to pick her up, the Lyft drivers all went to the dealership rather than her work. Ultimately, my wife gave up and I had to drive to her work to pick her up.

Giving my business to Round Rock Nissan is the best choice Ive made in my life. This particular location is unique. I love the full service, the communication, and of course, the upkeep of my Nissan. I am loyal to Round Rock Nissan because they are loyal with me :). Josh-My service advisor (2-3X) is fantastic, and very helpful. He definitely knows how to take care of his customers. Henry has been outstanding... I really enjoy our chats on the complimentary shuttle that goes 15 mile radius! I highly recommend you use Round Rock Nissan.

Came in today as I just purchased my Nissan a month ago from another dealership and had to get some things looked at, as it was still under warranty. This was my first time coming here and not my last. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My service advisor was Jim, and he was just so polite and welcoming! He made me feel like family! They make fake appointments. Arrived for an oil change appointment and was told at least 1-1/2 hours to get it in. Lots of other cars came in earlier. So its first come first serve, not by actual appointment. Also told I had to have a 49.95 oil change, not the advertised 29.95 because Nissan wouldnt allow them to put the advertised conventional oil in my 2020, if I wanted that Id have to go somewhere else.

I brought my car in for an oil change and a tires rotation. I numbered my tires before I brought it in to see how the tires were rotated. When I got it back the tires werent rotated at all. I spoke to the service representative and determined that the mechanic never rotated them. I will always be numbering my tires from now on. Nissan ended up refunding my money and rotating the tires.

I took my Armada here to fix an alarm going off when locked in driveway and to install front license plate. They couldnt solve alarm problem but they did mount the plate. Shortly after that, cruise control stopped working. I went to another Nissan dealership. They found cruise control wasnt working because front license plate was mounted incorrectly, obstructing sensor required for adaptive cruise control. They moved the license plate mount which solved cruise control problem but have 2 drill holes where mounted incorrectly. They also easily found the alarm problem was a door sensor issue caused by after market lighting installed by previous owner. Ill never go the Round Rock Nissan again.

Terrible experience I had today. Its been so frustrating how these people dont care about their customers. First of all, the wait time is terrible even with the appointment. I dont understand the point in scheduling an appointment if it is going to take 3 hours to get the oil change and inspection done. Secondly, these guys cost me over $200 more for not telling me to take care of brake pads on time. They told me that the rotors went to too bad and it is too late to resurface it. Why not tell this in the last service? I am so frustrated especially during these difficult times when earning money is not easy. Take your car somewhere else where you can be treated better.

If you have a concern about Covid, you may not want to come here. I got an oil change there, and while waiting, I watched the maintenance guy drive my car, with the windows up, without a mask. He was parking my car after completing service, I was able at that point to go outside and ask him to roll my windows down, so my car could be airing out, while I checked out.I also decided it was best to sit outside while waiting to my car, because two men who didn’t even have masks on their faces were sitting in the waiting room, one was frequently talking on this phone, maybe for work, not sure. But, the issue is they are in that room for a long time with no masks, and none of the employees seem to notice or care.I will not be going back to this Nissan dealership, shame, because we bought our car there.

I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Paid good money for a 100,000 mile warranty that apparently doesnt cover anything. The weld on bed broke where side of bed meets the back of bed. They say oh thats not covered. Took it in for heater not working properly and they told me I was using heater wrong not fixed. Its Toyota from now on for this household.

I was planning to schedule for an oil change and saw a web promo and booked that service.When I showed up at the appointed time, the adviser was not aware of appointment and worse still, told that my web promo will not be valid and offered me the same service at 5 times the promo.I promptly declined and left without doing the service. They try to scam you as what is advertised is not what you get and since you are there anyways, you might end up paying for their NEW price. STAY AWAY !

Excellent service! Excellent service advisor. Went in for an oil change on my 06 Xterra and a multi-point inspection, knowing what I needed to change out soon. The service was great. My advisor kept me updated during my waiting. At the conclusion I was advised my brakes were 80% good. The only thing the inspection revealed was the serpentine belt needed to be replaced soon. Exactly what I knew in advance. Honesty and integrity are important to me, and these folks have it! I recommend them to anyone who needs their Nissan services! Great Job!

Me and my wife recently purchased a Nissan rouge from Round Rock Nissan. Everything was good. But the tires on the vehicle. The report stated that the tires were at 7 but when I checked them they were actually at 5 and one was at 4. When I brought to the attention of the manager he said “there is no way I’m putting all new tires on the car”.

Round Rock Nissan was great!! I purchased a used 2010 vehicle from them for my college daughter and 4.5 months later the transmission started have problems. I took it back to Round Rock Nissan and even though I did not have a warranty, they replaced the transmission at no cost to me.Bret, in the service department, and Paul, in the sales department, were very helpful and courteous. I cannot tell you how fabulous this place is. They are family friendly, patient, and very professional. I called at 7.30 yesterday morning for a serious issue. They scheduled an appointment for me within the hour. I showed up and they had me on my way in an hour. I keep hearing radio ads that say why would you go to a dealer where youll be treated like a number? I dont believe Ive EVER been JUST a number here. My toddler had a meltdown when we were checking out and one of the other service reps got on the floor with him and read him his book to calm him. They are the nicest people. Shout-out to Brett and Sean for being patient and kind with my family.

Takes forever to get your vehicle back for simple services. I waited a total of 6 hrs for a vehicle inspection that i could of paid to have done in 30 min anywhere else. Cant believe i lost a whole day wanting on an inspection here twice. Never again.

Having bought a new Nissan Versa 8/16/19 from Henry in sales who gave me a great deal, I had my first experience with the service department today. Adam, my service writer, was outstanding, going far beyond the line of duty to call roadside when I was stranded. Once I got to the dealership, he himself came out immediately to look under the steering wheel to get a preliminary idea of why it wasnt starting. He also called Craig, the shop foreman, in on it to figure it out. They were so polite, I felt greatly assured about doing business with Round Rock Nissan going forward & plan to recommend it to all my family & friends. I got a brand new Altima 2019 and it has problems... I have taken to service several times. Due to Covid 19, they were going to come pick it up from my home, service it and bring it back. They were supposed to be coming at 12 p.m. and it is 5 p.m. now nobody showed up... If you cant make it, I will understand but at least communicate it with me! I have called many times today, and they say they will call me back with update and no update yet..

FINAL UPDATE: Mr D Parker just called. He was extremely concerned and apologized. He said he had a talk with the technician also. And there was still oil in it, my son in law just had to add more so I hadnt driven it home with no oil. Anyways Mr Parker offered my next service free plus detailing and fuel so I am very satisfied with his response and am updating my one star to a five star to reflect that. He even offered to pay to have the stain removed from my driveway, but we already soaked it up with kitty litter. Thanks Round Rock Nissan for the quick response and listening to my complaint.Update: just called and a manager is supposed to call me back here shortly. Guy who answered phone was very apologetic though.Bought my 2014 Murano here in October 2018 and have only had my service work done here. I drive in about 45 minutes from Temple, Tx. Had an online scheduled appt for an oil change for Friday July 3 at 7:45. Its so crowded it takes ten minutes for the service lane to clear enough for me to pull in and check in. Im told that its going to be a longer wait than anticipated as there are already several ahead of me, which was ok. I finally got out of there around 11 after being told my oil was done and no other problems detected. It was an hours long ongoing discussion in the waiting room though, trying to figure out how several of us were scheduled before 8 am, no walk ins were even allowed, and they were hours behind before things had barely started. Well I drive the 45 minutes home and park my car. My car hasnt moved and now its Sunday and Im planning to go to HEB. My son in law comes in and says not to go anywhere until he can look at my car as there is oil under it on the driveway. So I go outside and take pictures of that, and my daughter lays on the ground and gets a picture of the underside and you can see where the oil is all over the pan. My son in law said they put the screw or bolt on just enough and it wasnt twisted closed. He said it was a miracle it didnt fall off on the drive home. Yall could have ruined my car with your carelessness and I bet would have found a way to somehow make it my fault if it needed repairs. I am NOT happy...I will be calling tomorrow when you open. I purchased a truck here. The sale man lies to me several times. And when the temporary tag expired they gave me the wronge tags to the truck. The sale man gave me another customers plates with a different registration. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Update: took it to another Nissan dealership and was told I needed a transmission rebuild. They completed the work and returned my car to me the next day. Ive been told by several and told Round Rock Nissan myself it has to be the transmission. Finally got it resolved for now.The staff is very nice and Brandon Ming has been really helpful but Im beyond frustrated. I keep taking my car in to get fixed. They can never seem to get it. I literally had my car in the shop for couple days and got it back 12/19/19 and it is doing the same thing but worse now. So this morning I had to take it to a different dealership to see if they could fix it.

Be very wary of this dealerships unethical pricing practices. We visited on Friday (24th of month) drove a car with a clearly marked large sale sign for $34480; emailed the dealership Sat to set up an appointment Monday to go over vehicle and cost for purchase. On Monday (27th) showed up ready to make a deal, test drove the car, again, the big sale sign still in the car window. When we went inside, the $34480 car was suddenly $40,560. They explained the sale was actually from the previous month and they just forgot to take the sign out of the window (and they couldnt honor it). Okay so they forgot for almost 4 weeks? The new sale price was $3K more. Then in order to get the dealer discount, you had to purchase the mandatory dealer add ons ($2500 of window tint, floor mats and sealant), which they admit was a money maker. At the very least this is unethical. Then they proceeded to value my trade over $5k below research value and other dealers. All told my new cost was going to be over $12,000 more than we discussed via email before I got there. Needless to say, I wont return and will warn anyone to be careful when dealing with Round Rock Nissan.

Horrible. Brought our truck in a few times to fix the heating and AC. Claimed they fixed it. They did not. Took it to our mechanic, it was obvious even the simple things had not been checked. One of the managers(Todd, I believe) was nice enough to allow us to take the truck(that we had just purchased from them) to our own mechanic. The issue still has not been fixed to this day, because there is so much work to be done to get it in working order, it would cost a few thousand dollars. And then our fuel pump fell apart. Which is why the gas gauge hasnt worked from day one. Round Rock Nissan said they didnt know what the issue was when we brought it to their attention. So, within a few short months if buying the truck, the fuel pump went out on the highway. Luckily, people behind me swerved to miss me. The truck from them is constantly needing repairs. I get that its used. But, you shouldnt sell a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars in repairs right off the bat. I will always stick to CarMax from here on out. Their vehicles are always reliable.

About a year and a half ago we bought a used Rogue, a nice little vehicle and we intended to buy another one in about six more months, BUT....recently we began having notices sent us by email and snail mail stating the warranty was soon to expire. How they knew this is beyond us (36,000 actual miles now). When we bought this vehicle we were told it had an extended warranty of 50,000 bumper to bumper and after that 100,000 power train. Somewhere along this time frame the finance papers were misplaced so to see what happened I called the finance department and asked some person called C J or some such handle, if he could look up our sale.....no such luck, all he even attempted to do was sell me a $2,000 warranty. So as far as I can tell I am driving an unwarranted car with no reliable dealer to turn to.....we will never recommend Round Rock Nissan nor return there for services again. having been lied to three times and they are out.

My wife and I have had Nissans for years. This past weekend, we made our rounds to local dealerships and it’s very disappointing to see how little Nissan has improved in technology compared to competitors. Kia Telluride is in the same class as a Pathfinder and it literally blows it out of the water. We’re in the process of a 2020 Patfinder and we just learned that it doesn’t have Apple Car or the Android version for their 2 highest level cars Armada and Pathfinder, but they do for the lower. No lane assist, no heads up display like Kia, Hyundai etc. Nissan has to step up their game. Our 2013 Pathfinder is literally nearly identical to the 2020 and to me that’s just inexcusable in today’s world or modern vehicles.

Worst experience ever. Brought my car in with an appt. and waited 3 hours for them to tell me my transmission was out for the 2nd time. The first time it had 12k miles on it. The service person (Wayne) proceeded to treat me like it was my fault. I took my car and went to buy a Toyota in Cedar Park and was treated like royalty. He really shouldn’t be helping customers with his attitude. Nissan Sentras are trash, has SO many problems with it. Never again will I buy a Nissan.

My brand new 2019 Titan has been in the service shop for 4 weeks. It unexpectedly just wouldnt start one day, after numerous tests I was told it was a warranty issue with the computer. Now Im being told that was all wrong and its bad gas that i put in it and it took 4 weeks to figure that out. I also get to pay for everything out of pocket since their bumper to bumper warranty wont be covering this vehicle with 16k miles on it. So 4 weeks and thousands of dollars later i may get my new lemon back. The manager said to reach out to him, yet he hasnt returned a call or email in 4 weeks. Avoid the Titan, Nissan warranty, And this service center, all very overrated!!

Local mechanics in Round Rock dont seem to understand Nissan repair at all. Round Rock Nissan is top-notch with their tech skills and their prices are the same (and sometimes cheaper) than local mechanics. Why take your Nissan to an uncertified local mechanic for the same price when you can just take it to Round Rock Nissan where they also have quite a bit of OEM parts already in stock. Ill be taking my Maxima here from now on.

Buyers beware! I was in the market for a used car. I did my research online, found the car I wanted and went in. Once at Round Rock Nissan they tried to charge me for items that were already on the vehicle! They tried to charge me for window tint and their upholstery care package. Both items were already installed on the car and neither item was listed as an additional fee either online or on the car sticker. When I refused to pay they voided the upholstery care warranty on the car. Also they tried to say that the price of the vehicle included a $450.00 discount that was only available if you used their bank for financing; which again was not something shown in the price online.
