They had me at, “hello.”I LOVED the customer service here!! I walked in and was kindly greeted by a sales associate that asked how I was and if I needed any help.I essentially knew what I came for and found it pretty fast, but she walked me through additional places to find the product and assured me of more options in the back stock if I was interested.Later on, I had an additional question about hair color and without hesitation she was able to give advice and actually LISTEN to me — instead of just trying to push a product.I just really appreciate the time that was given to me for my first experience. It’s that attention to detail, and their customers, that will keep bringing people back.I just moved to Round Rock and I can easily say that my search for a beauty supply store stopped today!

The ONLY beauty shop I will step foot in for hair. If the owner is there, youre going to see why. She is so patient and honest which I LOVE! You tell her what youre looking for and your price rage and she will handle the rest. Ive been wearing extensions since middle school but was very new to wigs, she helped me walk through everything and how to properly take care of them. You can tell she wants people walking out looking and feeling their best vs other shops where they just want to make a pretty penny. Love love LOVE this place!

It was hard finding a hair shop similar to what im used to in New Orleans, so far im in my 4th wig, this shop is very helpful, friendly and a wide range of products.

2nd time buying a wig. I did buy a really bad looking one from Amazon since I had no idea what I was doing. Stopped by and the ladies found EXACTLY what I wanted!! I purchased everything neededUnfortunately I have been loosing my hair since my twenties and had to cut 6 inches of my natural hair that was not salvageable. Devastating does not describe it. But after my new wig was on I have new confidence!! Go there for great prices and great staff!! Thank you ladies for helping out a 1st time wig person at 45.

I am all about customer service and so I am pleased to write this review! I am new to the area and I dont know anyone or anyplace to purchase my products. I needed hair for braiding, I was referred there by someone who shops there often and she highly recommend them. So I thought I would stop in.The store is very neat and organized, which is a big plus. I do not like to go to places that makes the customers dig through boxes to find their selection. It says to me, that as a store owner, you do not care about how you present your product to your customers. Also, I despise disorganization!Mia, the owner, is friendly and she is very knowledgeable on the products she sells. She very helpful by even referring a couple of highly recommend local braid stylists, as I would be needing someone new soon.I was very pleased with the service I received and I definitely will return!

Staff is always friendly and eager to assist and very knowledgeable about their products. Items are always in stock. They have another location, have yet to visit but plan to very soon.

Staff is always super helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. They always have what I need and make me feel welcome. They have a great selection of lashes, wigs & wefts ( and pretty much anything else you would need for sew ins, beaded wefts, wigs & braiding ) for great prices.

Just left this hair store today and this is my second time there. This place has the best customer service ever. She gave me a good deal for buying two wigs. As much as I like this place I completely do not agree with the no refunds and no exchange policy! Makes absolutely no sense to me. I mostly buy my hair supplies online unless I need it urgently. I needed to change some items I got only to get told that they Dont accept exchange or refunds! I mean, what if I made a mistake with items I got?!🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I have to say this was a go to place that I recommended to many. Unfortunately my last encounter has changed my mindset. Everyone has always been friendly and help but they don’t allow store credit, exchanges or returns so BEWARE. I’ve made many purchases here and was unable to return unused passion twists for ANY credit. I truly try to support local and am disappointed to say they have lost my business. $40 of hair I hope was appreciated to the girl I gave it away to. I’m sorry to see a business that wasn’t understanding. There’s more to a business than just revenue.

We love this establishment! They are super nice, friendly, very helpful and try theyre best to meet all our hair and skin care needs plus more. Did I forget to mention friendly! I just wanna make sure that I express how nice they are. Id recommend for all to visit this lovely store when in need of beauty supplies and more. They also have another store we havent been there but its ran by the same family so Im sure its the same type of feeling that youd receive here. I’m from Houston and needed some hair in an emergency for a wedding so, I found this place on google and a lovely lady and her husband helped me (owners, I think?). Their store was about to close and the product I needed was at their brand new location (which was about 5 mins away) and she said it was no problem, they would wait for me and said her husband was on the was over there and for me to follow him. They put me on to new products I never heard of and I’m very satisfied with the pricing and service I received. Great people. Would highly recommend.

Best customer service ever! They made me feel valued as a customer and beautiful. The human hair front lace wigs are impeccable. The nice lady helped me with my first wig and gave me a lot of options to best fit my face shape, and preferences.

Im leaving a 1 star review because I paid 160 dollars for a faux loc wig that started uneaveling after 2 days BAD! It was complete garbage. Which isnt bad on the owners considering they didnt make the wig. The problem is that when I told them my issue, the two owner sisters didnt even care what it looked like and told me the only thing she could do was give me 15 FUNKY A** DOLLARS. How are you not concerned about the satisfaction of your customer enough to at least inspect or ask for proof of the damage?? Poor excuse for customer service. Period.

Super small doesnt have many hair tools or much of anything really, if its more than 4 people in the store its a hassle to get around without bumping into one another. Because it is so small its very limited on the few things they carry. I live off university so it was the closest spot but Id advise to go somewhere else is definitely not a one stop shop.

I got 2 gorgeous wigs the young woman who was helping me was amazing. They let me try on a ton of wigs. It was so much fun. And being a hair stylist the manager took great care of me and was so kind. I am headed back for more!

I will never do business with this store ever again. I buy bows for my daughter here all the time. Today I went to exchange, not return but exchange one of 5 bows because I already have the same one same color and didn’t realize It. They refused to do an exchange. This is ridiculous specially as a customer who isn’t satisfied to be further disappointed.

As soon as I walked in the owner was very kind, friendly and polite. Its a one stop shop for all your hair and beauty supplies. This will definitely be my go to hair store going forward.

Great customer service! The wig selection is not as prominent as other stores like the one in Pflugerville and its a much smaller store, but the person who assisted me was very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. That was my first time visiting and it was a pleasant experience.

I came in to the store because I was braiding hair in round rock and I ran out of hair. It was Sunday so most places are closed but we found this place on google maps and I was very impressed with the selection and knowledge of the staff. Finally! I finally found a store that has Outre and Mambo hair! I live in Killeen but will be driving to Round Rock to get all my hair stuff. The prices are affordable. The customer services was great. The owner was awesome. She took the time to really help me find what I was looking for and open my eyes to other products. Awesome Sauce!

Pleasantly surprised to find this place! Needed a quick do for an event and didnt want to try back into Austin or even Pflugerville. Googled and found this place. Small and unnoticeable in the shopping center. It served me well! I was able to get a bun and ponytail for pretty cheap and it didnt cost me much at all. I even found a new line to try for a future sew-in with the help of the staff! They were beyond helpful and nice!

I think its wonderful that we have a beauty supply in round rock I am a regular customer. Usually everyone is very nice but today when I went in and was searching for what I was wanting to purchase. The sister ask one of the employees. Who is she in here with? Before this no one has spoke to me or asked me for help. And then after I looked up the employee proceeded to ask me if I needed help. I will never purchase an item from them again. I was treated like a shoplifter or unwanted and it was disappointing to say the least.

This is the best place to get advise about hair and what to do. They never shy away from telling you the truth about a style being damaging or even if you could get something cheaper elsewhere. The staff is amazing and ask for Mea and she can give you tons of helpful advice about your hair and great hair products

I only gave 3 stars because Im from Houston. Houston beauty supply stores are a lot bigger and have much more to offer customers. However, the store is clean and customer service is good.

The establishment is well organized and had everything I needed. The workers were knowledgeable about hair care and maintenance.

I was looking online for a beauty supply store when I just happen to run across the website for Round Rock Beauty Supply store. I decided to go there and boy was I glad I did. The owner, Mia was there along with her husband. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they made me feel welcome. I was most impressed with two things: First their inventory was great. The store had all the supplies and all types of hair you could ever need and at various prices.Second I was really impressed with Mia and her knowledge of the products that she sold in the store and she could answer any questions that you might have and she didnt mind taking the time to explain anything that I was unsure of. I most definitely will be coming back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean well laid out shop. Two sisters run the shop. One of them has longer hair and is very friendly and customer service driven. Her sister, shorter one with short hair is a bit snarky. She was arranging inventory and acted like I was bothering her to be there.They seem as different as night and day.The wig I got was a simple bang with soft waves. I tried it on and it looked cute. $40. I should have spent more time with it in the store. When I got it home I realized it had a gap-lift top center. I could not get it to lay at the top of my head. It was a poorly made cheap wig.Then I remembered I had the same experience with this shop a couple years ago. My only advice is take your time with your selections. That shop has some good pieces and some stinkers. Shop around. Get familiar with other wig shops that offer a larger variety. Lamar has 3 decent wig shops in the same block for instance.Im glad so many ladies are happy with this shop. Im not. I wont be back. I know too many other places that are better with better pricing. They were close, I was in a hurry. Never shop for wigs in a hurry and shop around.

I went in today 2/21 to get a wig and other things and the worker was AMAZING a very nice lady and amazing at helping to pick out everything and it was the best.! She was saying how her hair was braided and she threw a wig on and had it clipped up and it looked so real!!
