Only car dealer we found with inventory that suited our needs. Jonathan was very helpful and supported our search for the right vehicle. I test drove a new sedan that wobbled and vibrated, I hope they fix it before someone buys it. I then test drove a Santa Fe and my wife and I both love it. We had a $500 down payment on a new Subaru but the Subaru dealer sold it out from under us, thank you Subaru of Georgetown for the opportunity to buy our new Santa Fe from Round Rock Hyundai. We are very happy!
Aaron was great. Told him what I wanted and what I had ($). And he made it work. So happy with my purchase. It took me maybe two days to see what I liked online, send an inquiry, be contacted, and signing the paperwork. Easy peasy.

Good experience buying a certified pre owned vehicle, even with a minor hiccup after purchase. Blake Estes was my sales associate and was extremely helpful but not pushy. Less than 24 hours after purchase an oddball issue with an electrical fuse occurred but Blake and the service department manager were quick to assist and got it taken care of good as new, with little inconvenience to me. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a car pleasant (where it hasn’t been a fun process in the past). Love the car and pleased with the process. Highly recommend.
I knew I wanted an SUV, so researched the best ones in my price range. I decided on the Hyundai Santa Fe. Round Rock Hyundai actually had the advertised vehicles in stock. Phil answered me by email, and helped me set up an appointment for the next day. He wouldnt be there, but arranged for me to work with Marcus. I immediately noticed how helpful everyone was. This dealership has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Working with Marcus was great! He is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I test drove the car I wanted. What a pleasant experience! It handles like a dream. For the base model, it has way more features than expected. Corey worked with me to make the actual purchase. Again, a really great experience. I got more on my trade-in than I hoped. The deal I got was amazing and my new car is beautiful. I am so glad that I went to Round Rock Hyundai.
I do NOT recommend this dealership, especially if you are a women as I was treated poorly and finance ignored my call! I will go somewhere else where women are treated with respect! They obviously do not care because the demand for new vehicles is so high.
Had a great experience. We visited a few dealerships, car shopping for a new sedan. We finally decided on the Hyundai Sonata because of the amazing features. Jonathan Barrera was an excellent Sales Representative. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He spent most of the day showing me various vehicles and was not aggressive in trying to close a sale. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the options, assisting with my trade-in and ensuring the sale was complete as quickly as possible. I would recommend him as a sale rep for any of the auto dealerships in the Austin area.
Pretty good service, clean facilities, and easy to work with. I brought it in for a repair. They reminded me it was still under warranty, which was great. I asked if they could slip in a state inspection while they were at it and they did. The lady who drove my car up for me to take home forgot to get it washed, so it took a little extra time, and she was not friendly when handing off the keys, but it certainly wasnt a deal breaker.
Everything is good except the carwash. Hyundai dealers promise to do the car wash on every service when purchasing the vehicle but for some reason they didnt do it on my first service.However, Hyundai responded to me immediately and rectified the problem. I like the customer service.

Phil was awesome to work with. I never felt pressured and just has a great personality. He knew I interested in the handling of the car. He directed me to a parking lot that allowed me to test that out. I was told it had 2 fobs but when I started paperwork it turned out to have the wrong fob. He said no problem we’ll be sure and make sure we get you that other fob made. I just got my plates and I’m happy with my car. Quick and painless process.
Shopping at RR Hyundai was a very enjoyable experience! Aaron Paterno was very helpful and understanding when answering all of my questions. My family decided it was best to downsize to one vehicle. I found the Santa Fe to be PERFECT for our family. There were plenty to choose from and we found THE ONE with Aaron’s help. Great experience. Eli Theard in sales was fantastic. He spent the whole afternoon with us while we drove multiple cars for an extended time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He & David Vinson (also great) did everything they could to get us exactly where we needed to be payment-wise. Ray in finance had us in and out in a matter of minutes. It was a wonderful car buying experience all around. We would use Eli & Round Rock Hyundai again in a heartbeat.
I would not recommend this dealership at all. If it was possible I would not have even given them one star. The manager tried to completely screw my son over by giving him 16k less than what his trade is worth. Whats even worse is he knew my son was active military. This is how they thank the men who protect their freedom. Hyundai will be hearing from me.
Marcus Lee was our salesman and he was amazing. Took care of us even on his day off and coordinated everything to make the process smooth for us when our bank was being a handful. We love our new Palisade and plan to come back to see Marcus when its time to upgrade our second vehicle!
We started our shopping on line and Aaron got right back to us very quickly and answered all of our questions. We talked with a lot of places but Aaron was willing to answer the questions we had and not avoid them in anyway. When we went in Aaron was extremely friendly and helpful guiding us to the vehicles we wanted to look at. Aaron and the whole staff made the buying experience extremely pleasant and easy. I would recommend them for all your buying needs and especially Aaron.
From reading other reviews here people say they walked away from a high price and went somewhere else to find a better deal. I shouldve done the same. This place is a rip off
Phil McAllister was a wonderful, no BS salesman who was not salesman-y. He provided straightforward and honest answers without embellishment, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that it took over 2 hours to get into financing - which was not Phils fault at all. I went on a Saturday and found out that this long wait for financing is normal on Saturdays because its so busy. If you can, go on a weekday rather than Saturday unless youre okay spending all day there. Anyway, I otherwise had a great experience and am delighted with how they helped me work my dream car into my budget!

I was looking specifically for a 2021 Hyundai Palisade AWD and even though the dealership was busy when my husband and I went we were setup with Eli Theard who took us right to what we were interested in and was extremely knowledge about the car. I had been to a few other dealerships and done my own research but was very impressed at Elis knowledge and honesty. Even when the car I wanted specifically wasnt available, he found exactly what we wanted on order and I was able to put a refundable deposit on it and purchased the vehicle when it arrived. The whole process was never rushed and Eli wanted to make sure we had all our questions answered and were getting exactly what we wanted. We live about an hour away but were so impressed with the service that we decided to purchase the vehicle with him at Round Rock Hyundai.

I was considering purchasing a new vehicle. More because I want to not because I need to. With that in mind I’m very particular about what I’m looking for. A salesperson reached out to me and said of the black on black Tucson your interested in was in an accident but the damage has been repaired. I said so what’s the discount because now the cars history will report an accident. I was told of there’s no discount because it was repaired. I’m sorry what?!?!? This would have been married guy fourth vehicle purchased at this dealership but clearly it is time for me to move one. Just know if you’re look at the 2022 Tucson limited black on black it has been in an accident.
I recently purchased a 2021 Santa Fe Hybrid. The sales person was professional & the whole process took less that 3 hours which I consider to be above average. I love my Santa Fe. However when I called for my first service which is supposed to be at 3,000 miles, I was told that the first available appointment was mid October. Over a month for a mere oil change!!! Makes me very concerned if I had a major issue!!! I was told to try the other local Hyundai dealerships. I did & they too have several weeks wait for minor required maintenance. What is up with Hyundai?? I will certainly hesitate to refer a Hyundai to anyone due to lack of available service which I might add is required in my purchased maintenance plan.
I had a great buying experience at Round Rock Hyundai. I didnt expect to buy a car right away but my superstar salesman Adel Bssaeso helped me decide that buying now made the most sense. I had been driving a Tucson for the last several years and knew it to be a great car. There was only one Tucson Limited on the lot and I really liked some of the features that my beloved older car did not have. Adel was very patient as I considered all the options before finally deciding that this was the day and that was the car. It was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had and Adel really was amazing.
We have never had a bettering or easier experience buying a new car. We worked with two sales consultants both Phill and Ty were knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in, and helped us make, I think the right decision for us. Phil was very patient with our many questions. You know it normally takes all day to buy a car we were actually out the door in under 3 hours. I highly recommend Round Rock Hyundai, and be sure to ask for Ty or Phil.
This was by far the easiest car shopping adventure I’ve experienced. My husband and I drove up from San Antonio, specifically looking to purchase a palisade. On our drive up, we called the dealership and was transferred to Justin. He spoke with us, scheduled an appointment to meet with him that coincided with our arrival time. We were greeted promptly by an employee and Justin came out to meet us, show us some models, and we went on a test drive. He answered every question I had and wasn’t pushy at all. I thoroughly enjoyed his assistance. The finance process was also great. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. After the keys were handed over, Justin brought us out to my new car and went over ALL of the features which was greatly appreciated. This is my very first “new” car and Hyundai at Round Rock made it a memorable experience.
I would give no stars if I could. The first time I went in the service was good. The next day I called the salesman in the morning about an email that I sent with a list of cars that fit my budget. He asked me which one I liked the most. I told him. Didnt hear anything all day. Tried to call again nothing. I went in and sat for over 30 minutes. I talked with another sales rep if there was anyone else that could show me the one car I was looking at. Since there were several other salesmen just standing around. He told me that since he already told the salesman that I was here and the I needed to respect this time. I told the second sales rep that you need to respect my time as well as I was there for over 30 minutes. About 5 minutes later the second sales rep told me that he was going to get the car I wanted to look at. Another 30 minutes later the second sale rep comes back in and tells me that the car is in the service department and will not be ready for a test drive that day. A phone call, text would have been great since they didn´t respect my time as I was told that I needed to do with the salesman who couldn´t answer my phone call or text me that the car would not be ready for a test. Be ready to sit there
This was one of the easiest dealership I have worked with. Stress free and right to what you want. Good salesmen, no waste of time and willing to meet your price. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Adel Bssaeso and Cory, they will get it done.
The buying experience was fine in May of 2020. The service department is lacking. I made an appointment in June for them to look at an issue I was having, and the first available appointment was in September. Long story short, they wont pick up the phone in the service department and do not communicate well when they have your car. After 30 minutes on hold, I had to get someone to drive me to the dealership to talk to someone. It wasnt ready and no one called me to give me an update. Same thing happened the next day. I had to ask a phone desk clerk to physically walk to the service department to get someone to call me. That was at 7 PM. I dont think I will be buying from them again.

So I HATE shopping for a vehicle! From the moment you hit the dealership all the buzzards swooping in to capture you and push you into some car you really don’t want. Then after the back and forth between the sales guy and the manager routine… this is not that kind of story. Although, I did experience this at other dealerships. I was looking for a new SUV and unsure of what I wanted when I heard about the Hyundai Palisade. I called the Hyundai dealership and spoke to Rick Tankersley he told me he only had 2 on the lot but to come on down and take a look. After driving over an hour I met Rick and he only had 1 Palisade left to show me. Rick is not the typical sales guy he wasn’t pushy, he gave me the information and let me make the choice to see if this was the best car for me. So after deciding that I loved it we put some money down on a upcoming 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. It arrived sooner than promised and it is amazing and gorgeous! Never been so in love with a vehicle! Thanks Rick!

I visited Round Rock Hyundai on September 27th and had an excellent experience dealing with a wonderful salesperson named Adel Bassaeso. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. He didnt stop there. After my purchase, he showed me how to operate all the bells and whistles that I was not familiar with on my new vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!! The financial department was also very helpful.
Dropped off my vehicle for a scheduled service appointment on a Monday morning. Late that afternoon I began trying to call for an update since they hadnt called me. It took numerous calls to get someone to answer and I was told that only my assigned service advisor could provide information. I was given his email and phone number, where I again left multiple queries. Finally, I got a call back. The guy was very professional and polite, but I was told at the end of the workday that they hadnt even looked at my car yet. I guess I dont understand the point of making an appointment...Its now Friday afternoon and Ive again left multiple voice mails and sent an email 6 hours ago. I spoke with someone at the Service Desk, who again told me that only this one guy can tell me whats going on.Im not expecting VIP service and understand that car repair can take time, but honestly if they would simply be upfront from the beginning about how long this might take and communicative with updates I wouldnt be leaving a bad review.
Was coming from 3 states away to buy a Genesis. The communication was lacking at best. Texed, called and email sales person several times before getting a response. Told them we would fly in and be there when they opened to sign papers (had an 11 hour drive home). Sat around for over an hour and a half before we were finally taken back to sign and at least an hour before our sales person spoke to us. Probably the worst car buying experience ever. Glad I dont have to use them for service!
This is the second car that we have bought from Round Rock Hyundai in the last 5 months. Tyrone Grant is amazing to deal, through email, over the phone, or in person he is fantastic. I even took my neighbor with me this time to also buy a car from Ty. Great prices on cars (compared to South Point Hyundai), the best warranties around, and excellent service from special people like Ty Grant are a winning combination. This will not be the last time Round Rock Hyundai takes care of myself or anyone that is within earshot of me.

Justin Hunt! Our experience with car dealerships had been tested to the limits before we finally met Justin at Round Rock Hyundai! I called the dealership reluctantly, because every time I call dealers, they require a complete metadata release on me just to tell me if the car is still available. Justin did ask for a contact number (as Im sure hes instructed to do), and I said no info. This has never deterred a sales representative before. If anything, it usually prolongs the tense conversation, as I try to safeguard my identity from a total stranger. Much to my surprise, Justin said I understand, please call me if you need anything else. Upon arrival at the dealership, we met Justin who, despite being called in every direction (including over the loud speaker), was polite enough to stop and greet us in an I brushed manner. He apologized several times for our wait, as he was helping several customers, but seemed genuinely concerned about us. I had a few special circumstances when purchasing our vehicle in which Justin and I had to correspond via texts for a couple if days as he helped us work them out. What really shined about his great customer service is that he kept me up to date on my situation even when he had left the dealership for the day. His manners and Supreme customer service are a very rare find these days. I tried to tell the general manager, but he had gone already. So, managers at Round Rock: Justin is a gem! And thats from Jules and Ava! We love the car!!!Thank you, Justin!
Hyundai Round Rock staff are great however if you need a car go somewhere else. They are charging on average 10k above MSRP. I waited a few days and found one from Roger Beasley South Point Hyundai. They do NOT charge you more and are not taking advantage of the current chip shortage. Dont pay 10k more for the same vehicle.
Buying a car from this location was smooth and easy. After you purchase your car, beware! I have had so much trouble getting call returned regarding what is covered with the extended warranty I purchased. Even left a message with the general manager to call me back and never received a call. Finally took my car in for one thing. It was supposed to take a couple of hours. 6 hours later I asked for a courtesy car to pick up my son from day care. Was given grief about the request, but eventually given the car. They kept my car all weekend. When I came back, they couldn’t find my car key or paperwork for over 30 minutes. Turns out they left the key in the car.Fast forward to today. I call Bc a charging hub isnt working. They can not get me in for a diagnosis for a minimum of 3 months. And tell me it would take a minimum of 48 hours to diagnose. If you purchase a vehicle and an extended warranty, isn’t it implied that you would be able to have it serviced within a reasonable amount of time?
We are not happy with todays experience with Round Rock Hyundai service team. My wife scheduled a service visit last month in order to handle a safety recall issue on her vehicle. Upon arrival to her scheduled visit this morning for said recall repair, the service team informed her they are out of stock for that specific part. We do not live in or even near Round Rock, TX and she took time out from work for this appointment. How hard would it have been to give a courtesy call to folks who where scheduled for a repair and let them know that the part is out of stock and would you like to reschedule????Total lack of basic customer service....

I’ve given this dealership many tries for repairs of my current Hyundai and to purchase new. Ive been trying to buy a car from them since last fall! I’ve repeatedly been ghosted when I get to the point of signing and paying more than once. I have been told I can’t order or place a deposit on a vehicle to get it when the next one arrives just to be told a week later that I can and that’s how I can purchase a new car. Great! I spoke with a supposed manager and he told me I could come in to place the deposit and paperwork to either custom build one or get dibs on the next ones to arrive or I can do it remotely. I asked to do everything I can remotely and then just stop by after work to give my payment. Easiest sale one earth you’d think but instead it’s just been radio silence about this. They really just must not care about selling vehicles and making customers happy (I won’t even get into the other issues I’ve had with the service center not being transparent).
We are very excited about our recent Palisade purchase. Johnny Choo was great to work with. The negotiation process went really smoothly. Johnny walked us through all the vehicle’s features and helped us get all our on-board features set up. When we forgot to bring the title for our trade-in, Johnny even came by our house to pick it up a few days later to save us a trip. He also followed up to see if we had any questions after we had been driving it for week. Overall, it was a great purchasing experience.

He was an interesting guy, that has a really cute kids book too, called Tamales for You, my nieces loved it.
No salespeople available and zero attempt to get me to wait. I was ready to make a purchase. They lost my business this time. Also, the dealership has very few perks for those long waits in the service dept.On the positive side, I bought my last car there and my salesman, Rick Tankersly, was outstanding.

When it comes to cars, everyone is always irritated and aggravated. Being told your car wont be ready for about 2-3 months because of a faulty engine, is even worse. You would expect the service advisor would be helpful during the process, not this case. Courtland, I am shocked of how bad of service you provided throughout the entire process. Dodging messages, ignoring emails, providing the car at the bare minimum repair with false information. Leaving for vacation without telling your clients. Absolutely awful. Due to this circumstance and how badly this whole scenario played out based on your service provided, thank the Lord the car is being sold so we DO NOT have to deal with this anymore.
Poor availability for service appointment during the pandemic. Unable to reach the dealership directly- routed to answering service, which cant actually answer any questions. My concerns reached the manager who worked hard to make it right. I appreciate the personal attention I received when I had a problem. Overall the car is excellent and the dealership resolved the challenges I encountered. They arent perfect but they work hard for their customers.

Sold us a 2019 BMW X3. When we came to pick it up they only had one key. I pushed back because they never said it only had one key. Instead of trying to program us a 2nd key, the GM said he was fine if we decided not to do business with them going forward. The transaction took 4+ hours and 3 visits to the dealership. No regard for treating the customers fair with respect.
Just bought my first car with the help of *the* Rick T. I was checking out different dealerships and I finally went to this one and Im really glad I did. Other dealers I talked to had that Im a dealer attitude, which can be really intimidating for a first-time buyer... but Rick, oh man, he was so cool!!! He has the funniest jokes but he also has extensive knowledge of the car(s) youre inquiring about. I had a lot of fun talking to him and he helped me find a great car that I ended up falling in love with. Thank you for the friendly service. Ill definitely be going back when I need a new car again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it took 1 month to schedule an oil change and the oil change took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. They did wash my vehicle, which was nice.
This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Ive had to go to the service department twice and they take FOREVER just to diagnose my car. They dont give you a time frame so youre stuck waiting for weeks on end without knowing when youll get your car back. Worse yet, they offer no loaners and no discounts on rental cars and dont reimburse you. This place has no business being a Hyundai dealership because if this is how they do business, I never want to own a Hyundai again.
Called them today to get my 83 year old mother-in-laws extended warranty recall fixed. It involved her power steering wheel coupling that has gone bad. I guess power steering isn’t a priority since they can’t get her in until February. Hopefully she will still be driving by then. I hope nothing major happens to anyone’s Hyundai since it’ll be months before you can get in.
Whole experience was fantastic.Stopped by late afternoon asked for someone to show us SUVs - Marcus went out with us -answered our questions- knowledgeable about all the trim levels and differences from one to the next.Next day I came back said I had a couple more questions- then took test drive with him as he explained more about features. Sold!Set me up with Corey for paperwork- went quickly and smoothly- then Marcus took me to me ready to go vehicle and again helped- made sure phone was connected and that I understood some added features available with the audio system and navigation.Overall he was. a 6 on your 5 point scale!
The staff at Round Rock Hyundai, especially Justin Hunt and Cody Martin, made this vehicle purchase stress-free. From the start, they answered all of my questions and explained everything very well. The price and warranty options cant be beat. I was hesitant to buy from Hyundai but Im so glad that I did! I love my car and the buying experience was one of the best Ive had. Dealer (both sales person and sales manager) admitted to actively pricing vehicles at $3,500 - $5,000 over sticker price (and advertised online price) to exploit the vehicle shortage in 2021. Price on sticker was $41,785 (also confirmed price by salesman) but when the sales manager handed us the sales price it was over $45,285. HOW IS THIS NOT FLAGRANT FALSE ADVERTISING?! They told us this is standard due to the car shortage but other dealers in the area are not doing the same thing. The overcharging on the Hyundai palisade was even worse. When I sat down with the salesman after the test drive, he looked up in his system what the asking price was and it reflected the sticker, the price online (see screenshot) is even less, and yet the actual price theyre asking is much more; in other words there are at least 3 separate prices on their vehicles? Again, how does this not violate truth in advertising laws?!I would have bought a new car from this dealership today, but now Ill never buy from this dealer ever. You may get a couple Grand extra from uneducated and naive buyers, but this unethical type of business practice will hundreds of sales on the future.
This is the second time in 2 yrs my wife and I have purchased a vehicle from Round Rock Hyundai and it was beyond expectation each time.Our salesman, Jonathon worked with us diligently to make sure we found the right vehicle for our growing family. From the follow up texts to the exceptional in person experience.They have a great selection of new and used vehicles and their team will work with you to get you in a car at a GREAT price.The only con is the financial department is very slow but they are also short handed.We will always recommend Round Rock Hyundai to friends and family!
Nice cars.. nice people, super slow to get anything done, however when they do, they go all out. Switched me out of the loaner car (took a month before i got into anything) into something bigger per request (to be honest did not expect it) which saved my job, and now i just wait for my new motor to finally get put in. Very excited as i have never had a fresh motor before. Will probably update stars to 4-5 depending on performance of said motor after
I was delighted with the service Johnny Choe provided. He was very responsive to text communications and provided clear and accurate information to help me select a new vehicle to purchase. The entire process was efficient and I am now the proud owner of a new Hyundai Tucson only 24 hours after my initial enquiry.
I went in and was given a test drive in the vehicle of my choice. I decided to purchase from them, and after finalizing the price, we determined the color which I wanted was not currently at this dealer. They agreed to locate the color which I wanted and were able to do so in a matter of days. Working with the sales representative, Christopher Baker, was very easy and he made the process go smoothly.
I talked to a service department man he said they have maintenance appointment for November almost a month waiting and said we are short staffed right now. I purchased recently a vehicle from there . Never going to recommend again to someone.

So, we were not excited to be purchasing another vehicle a just a year later. I am new to Hyundai, but am totally sold! I love the Elantra hybrid. Today, I averaged 54mph!!!
I was in the area on vacation and had an issue with our Palisade. Even though I didnt have an appointment, the Service Department at Round Rock Hyundai was able to squeeze me in first thing on a Monday morning, fixed my problem, and got me back to enjoying my vacation within about an hour and a half. This was my first time buying a car and the whole process of going to dealership to dealership was stressing me out! I kept being told that I wouldn’t be able to get a small SUV without having my payment be over $300, but Round Rock Hyundai worked so hard to make my payment lower. The service we got from Jonathan B. was one of the best we’ve had! He’s very personable and doesn’t make you feel rushed into a deal. I highly recommend asking for Jonathan!

Great service although it could be a bit faster for an oil change and tire rotation. First service on Santa Fe took 2 hours, which seems excessive. Otherwise very good service and high quality.
I went to several dealerships and test drove a bunch of cars. Ty went above and beyond while I was there. He worked with the manager and got the trade amount I was asking for. I highly recommend going and speaking with Ty. He will get you into the car you want. The best part about Round Rock Hyundai is that they actually had CARS! I went to several dealerships that did not prepare for a chip shortage. They had several different levels of the vehicle I wanted. It was just a fantastic experience overall.
My husband and I were looking for a car hoping to take advantage of the year end specials and incentives. We went to an area in Round Rock where 3 car dealerships were located expecting to go from one to the other. The first one we went to was Hyundai. I have owned 2 in the past and have been exceptionally pleased with the brand.Actually we went no further . Our salesman Rick Tankersley was exceptional. He showed us the model we were interested in and he also compared the different features of models on either end of the line. Higher priced and the next one below the one we were looking at. At no time was there any pressure to buy. When we went for a test drive he explained each feature of the vehicle making sure we could demonstrate how it worked while driving the car.The price was fair. The dealership is clean and well organized and Rick did everything right.Oftentimes, we avoid dealerships like the plague fearing we would be pressured to go beyond our means while they “talk to the manager”. I am sure you have had that experience! Round Rock Hyndai was a genuinely pleasant experience. Our salesman was great and we will certainly be back when my husband is looking to replace his in a couple of months.
My experience with the Service Advisor Edwin has been great! He has been really easy to work with especially with my work hours and not being able to answer my phone at the drop of a hat and with dealing with my warranty. Edwin gets a full 5 stars from me for sure!The only downside (and why my review is 4 stars) is the dealership does not offer loaner cars. Instead I will have to go through my warranty to reimburse my rental.
I recently was looking for a new car and decided to take a look at the 2021 Sonatas. Adel saw us checking them out and immediately came out to the lot so we could look more closely at the car and go for a drive. Once we knew we were interested, Adel was unbelievable in the way that he quickly found as many ways for us to get a good deal as he could. He got us started right away on everything we needed to do to get the car quickly while saving as much money as we could. He was professional, but very friendly and easy to talk to. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I absolutely love my car!

I always have a great experience when bringing in my car for all my oil changes, maintenance etc. Have been a Hyundai owner for about 17 years. Staff is great when I drive up and always professional and courteous. Miss the courtesy car but I know things change. Keep up the good work!
