It’s now Monday. I’ve called this dealership 24 times all between 10 when they open to right now currently 12:07....... so for service they get a 1. For communications that’s gonna be a 1. For sales idk I’ve been trying to buy multiple cars and can’t even get a call through or message back or even a voicemail .... so overall 1/5 stars forsure

We had been looking to replace my fiances tiny, aging pickup truck with a slightly larger one, with at least a back seat to fit our family of three as well as our 3 big dogs. We had looked on Craigslist and all the local used car dealers, and hadnt found anything that we liked that was also affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to hear about VX Automotive opening, right here in Round Rock where we live. I looked at their inventory and immediately saw that they have extremely competitive prices for the quality of vehicles theyre selling, compared to any other local dealer. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I saw the perfect replacement pickup truck in their inventory - a mid-size pickup truck with a V8 engine, under 100K miles, and priced under $10K! Unheard of! I assumed something must be wrong with the truck - every other dealer was charging at least $12K and up for similar trucks. I sent my fiance to test drive it, and he loved it. Other than some minor cosmetic issues that youd expect in a 10-year-old truck, it was in immaculate shape. When I returned the following week to buy the truck as a surprise gift for my fiance, I was happy to be given an even more substantial discount on the price of the truck - the owners reduced the price to under $9K! Brian Olson, one of the VX Automotive owners and the one who helped me, was very kind, courteous, efficient, and professional. I was extremely happy with the overall experience I had with VX Automotive and have already recommended them to several of my friends. VX Automotive definitely should be a first stop for anyone looking to buy a used car or truck!

Extremely great experience with a great vehicle at an awesome price. Eric was great to work with. He kept it a easy and quick process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and excellent purchase of a new vehicle.

UPDATE: as much as we loved the experience of buying from Eric, the car that we purchased with seemingly no issues has had so much go wrong that we’ve had to fix. We’ve spent an additional $1500 on top of the $6400 we paid (including a crummy warrantee) just to keep it functional (it’s still not at it’s optimum). In hindsight, we would not have purchased this car & would have looked for somewhere more reliable to buy from. Sad because the owner is so nice.Original Review:Eric is friendly and welcoming. Eric is exceedingly honest, easy to work with, transparent, and helpful when it comes to his cars. Every question and concern has been addressed, and hes gone the extra mile in meeting my needs as a car buyer. If everything comes together Ill have a new car in a couple days and submit an update then. Five stars, well deserved by this establishment.

I stop by the lot today to test drive a Nissan they have for sale. Upon arrival the salesman greeted me instantly. I told him my needs and concerns of whether or not the little 4cyl. would have enough power for my daily driving needs. He got me out onto a test ride instantly. I also knew instantly that the car wouldnt work for me. I came back from the test drive and let the salesman know. He did his job and gave me some suggestions of other vehicles they had on the lot. I was not interested in any of them and at no point did he pressure me. He was polite, respectful, and truly worked to find something that I wanted. Although he did not have something that fit me today, I felt obligated to give these guys 5 Stars just for how professionals they wore in guiding me through my experience. Thanks you, guys rock!!
