The guys at drip n rip have always been helpful and respectful, I’ve been coming here for over a year and have never had any problems. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for smoking products or delta-8. Again great service an great people, would highly recommend to anyone both experienced and novice smokers alike !

Been here twice and each time the customer service has been very poor. Purchased a Geekvape Obelisk 60 @ $70 for the unit alone. Thats almost a $30 upcharge. If I didnt need the unit today I would have walked out the first time I was talked down to. Also dont roll your eyes at your customers its ridiculous this has to be said. Strongly regret spending 100 here.

Had a complete inventory of variety of new E-cigs and replacement parts.

Went to buy some vape stuff & everytime Ive went here, there is a larger man with longer hair who is really rude & condescending. Or he has sold me something incomplete. I will not be returning. It is not worth the time, Id rather make a further drive. I spend at least 200 bucks at a vape shop a month, but this isnt a shop that deserves business when they are the least bit of helpful & extremely rude.

I truly will rate this shop at 5 I truly appreciate the true sincerity this gentleman who was working at the counter this night, as to yes it was the time Texas got hit with the mother of ice storms as to what I’m told! So as to my experience he was polite and very well knowledgeable about the disposable e-cigarettes I was in dire need and in search for as to all other vape shops decided to think it was greatly appreciated to shut down their stores and not try to make attempt to keep their customers in a near thought of their minds.
