Im a black coffee guy. I feel like thats the only way to really judge a good drip. The taste of the bean in the iced coffee was great, as was their method of icing the coffee (coffee ice cubes). Keeps the coffee strong without watering it down. Such a simple concept but Id never seen it done before visiting here. The two guys who helped us were also very helpful and friendly. Good ambience in the cafe as well. Well done! Will be back.

Great selection of unique coffee drinks with a focus on quality and attention to detail.The staff has a great atmosphere about them, which is something I look for in coffee shops. They had nice samples of 100% Kona coffee available for purchase and larger bags, too. Fun decor and nice merchandise displayed nicely in a well-lit display. Cool Hawaiian decor with great art on the ceiling. A must-see for coffee tourists.

I’m a coffee lover to the extreme.. My boss told me about this charming coffee hut that has the best coffee. I stopped in one day and bought the single serve cups and whole beans to try out… Definitely five star rating worthy!!My favorite single serve cup is the Hana Bliss and my favorite whole bean is the vanilla macnut.. ☕️♥️☀️

What a cool coffee house. Friendly employees, comfortable place to sit and drink/eat. We were there in the AM, during a brief stop in Salt Lake City, so only ordered coffee. It was fantastic. I wish we lived local - I would go back and get one of their sandwiches for Lunch !!

This is some of the best coffee I’ve had in a while and I’m Cuban. The place is also so festive and the staff is great. They are full of good suggestions and all their food tastes great!

Picked up some coffee in the morning. Wonderful staff was very helpful. The facilities were clean. The parking lot was a tiny bit small for my F350 but no big deal loved it.

Great coffee, but terrible service. My friend and I waited at the drive through for a long time to be rung up. When the batista came to the window she was very rude to us. The guys who work there are great and we always have a great experience but not today. That lady shouldnt be in the service industry.

Love this place. We have a small group that gathers here regularly. We live their little corner of comfy furniture. I dont drink coffee, but can always get a smoothie and a snack.

Started going here using doordash when the lobby was still closed, now can to inside and its a great friendly fun atmosphere.. love the painting on the walls and the options for seating.. coffee is always great but the food is good too! Bagels soft and fresh, sandwiches hot and tasty!

The made mistakes with the order & dont care to fix it. When I called they said they would refund to the card but wouldnt replace the missing & messed up items. When I went back to the store a few days later, they messed up the order again & when I tried to get it corrected at that time was told that they dont care to do special requests because it takes too much time which costs them to much money. The owner only cares about money not customer service. With attitudes like this its a winner theyve been in business for so long. I will not be back with attitudes like this. I can forgive mistakes. But those guy doesnt care about the quality of his employees.

Fun ambience, Sad coffee...Been wanting to try this place each time I visit salt lake. Finally made it a point to go here w my sister and we were both utterly disappointed.The service was impeccable and I loved the feel of the place, everything was warm and fuzzy till I tried the coffee...I tend to love a deep dark chocolatey roast w intense flavor. If given the opportunity, I prefer single pour or espresso to achieve that flavor, but Im regularly satisfied w drip coffee that is made well.Here my sister and I both tried the dark roast and was left wondering where the coffee was. Tasted like a lean diner coffee. I figured the barista made a mistake that morning so went back for a medium roast ( their signature Kona) and was surprised that it was equally disappointing. We sat and enjoyed the ambience and the fun decor while we enjoyed conversation over what tasted like gas station or diner coffee.No frills bathrooms that were by no means luxurious but did seem clean which was a plus.Im hoping that it was just a bad day or an off day and that on any regular day, a skilled barista can provide a better experience and make a great cup of coffee. Will give it another shot next time Im in town just because I liked everything else about the place so much.

I ordered a flavored cold brew and a bagel sandwich. The cold brew was solid, but nothing to write home about. My wife said the used coffee she got was very good. And apparently they used coffee ice cubes! The bagel sandwich components were great but there were no condiments so it was pretty dry. Stole some of my wifes cream cheese, which helped a little.

Coffee was good and they use coffee ice cubes so it doesnt get watered down. Staff was neutral not outgoing friendly. But other customers made the atmosphere.

I used to come to this place almost once a week for a year or more,As some previous reviewers said, it isn’t the best hygiene in here.The crew has like it’s own attitude and style, they were usually nice and I had nothing much with them.Till this one morning I came placed my order as usual, and I felt that the girl taking the order was angry or something, I felt like there is gonna be mistake in my order.Even tho she wrote exactly what I said to her.Finally, there was a big mistake, and the food was burned, I went to complain, I wasn’t the relaxed person on earth, but I was polite still.One of the workers came to bring me the fixed one, and said “don’t you ever talk to my friend like that” for my defense I said “she was angry from the moment she took my order and this isn’t my fault, I’m coming to here a lot and this isn’t right”She then said “I don’t care, I either don’t care if you come or not, don’t come here”I was shocked and I will definitely won’t come here anymore!!!!!It was nice to be here in morning drinking a coffee.. but there a lot of other coffee shops around.

A pretty good experience. I dont drink coffee but was there for a work meet. The young woman at the register took great care of us. I ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich. They brought the order with my sandwich and it was on a bagle because they didnt have any croissants. The sandwich was still very yummy.

My latte tasted like straight warm milk. I could see the espresso color, but it had zero coffee flavor it was weird. My friend got a chai and said the same. Cool vibe and place to meet up though.

My mom brought me here for their sugar free options. Amazing coffee! I couldnt even tell it was sugar free! The crossisant was yummy! I will definitely be back.

The coffee here is really badass! In my opinion, this place has one of the best roast in the valley.

Ive been going to this coffee shop for like 3 years. Really good spot.They recently hired a pretty unkempt and disheveled dude. His hygiene makes me feel uncomfortable since hes handling my food and drink. His fingernails are long and have dirt under them every time Ive seen him. Im not one to complain about things like that but hes also screwed up my order 3 times now. Really frustrating.Aside from this ONE off-color guy, this place is rad.

Been here a couple of times through the drive-thru and the staff is always super friendly and their coffee is amazingly delicious and you can even get a bag to go of ground coffee through the drive-thru, havent been inside yet but overall pretty amazing place.

I visited from out of town and stopped in to get some coffee before our day. The girl who took our order was amazing, truly a kind and warm soul. But it didn’t stop there, the girl who was running the drive thru window also popped over to say hello and compliment me. I was just astounded at how warm and welcoming these gals were. But then, I tasted the coffee. It’s absolutely amazing. Go there. Go there NOW.

Saddest chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever seen. Can’t believe I paid $6 for it and even tipped. Very upset and disappointed. Ya’ll can do better than that.

Ordered a large blended drink, watched the guy start filling the cup with blended coffee from the machine and run out. They dumped about the 1/4 LG cup that came out into a medium cup, filled the rest with cream, and handed it to me. Glad I tipped them AND paid almost 9 bucks for this.

New employees on occasion, most mistakes from them. Coffee taste good, depends whos making them. Their wifi is good enough for getting homework done. (ping and downloads around the 60s and upload is 10ish) Environment is clean, love the Hawaiian theme, restrooms are clean but strange, why are there two urinals and one un-private toilet in the men restroom?Anyways things I recommend for improvement: train new employees a little more, let them be supervised thats about it.REMINDER to customers: Tips are optional, dont stress yourself if youre on a tight budget. thanks and have a nice day!

Yep, this is a pretty alright place. The decor is slightly cheesy, but at least they tried and put the effort into the decor and brand image. The location is a bit terrible though. Set next to a massive motorway, its convenient to get to, but why would you want to? Its in the middle of nothing of interest. I didnt try the coffee, but I did have a cream cheese bagel. The price and quality were ok.

Rude employee in the window she did not say one word and gave attitude. Not spending my money here anymore. Improvement with employee training is needed for customer service.

During my stay I noticed most costumers are respectful of other people working, reading & studyIng. The noise I heard was coming from the counter, coffee makers, people paying & low volume music.Drinks and snacks are inexpensive, the price starts from $1.50 and service is very friendly.Its conveniently located on State Steet and this place offers free parking and Wi-fi.Overall, from my experience, I find this place really high in value.

Great little coffee shop. Was hilarious to watch the manager/owner helping a customer that her was so twitterpated with. She got the royal treatment....On that note, the rest of the staff was amazing and knew thier job and made you feel appreciated as a customer, even without stars in thier eyes.

Driving through Salt Lake heading home and googled coffee. Bad Ass came up and I just had to try them. I didnt catch his name but the awesome guy made my caramel frappe and he even added my protein powder. And when I tasted the frappe..... Wow it is yummy lishous.

Great and excellent place to hang out, chill, and have a nice cup of coffee. Staff is very helpful and ready to give some well meaned advice on beverages. Air-conditioning works well too. We from coffeecoffeenijmegen have to stay professional and focus on coffee taste only. Our barista asked us if she should leave room in our cup for cream. Of course not. The pure Hawaiian blend is prima, and the same goes for the Americano.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. The caramel wave is fantastic. Really, go get yourself a drink here and thank me later.

The coffee is really good here! And it is definitely one of my favorite places to come and chill out with friends. But be careful if you use them for door dash. They have messed up my orders twice now. I would buy from door dash a frozen mocha and get an iced coffee for example, or in my hot coffees there would be no flavoring like how I asked (Just black, no vanilla flavoring or anything as stated in their hot caramel wave). Hopefully they step up their game on that end, other than that it is a good place to go!

Loved the atmosphere here! The baristas were super cool and nice. The guy who made my drink had red hair (I didn’t catch his name) but he did a great job. I’m definitely coming back soon.

I stopped by for a coffee yesterday around 3 or 4 employee was not wearing her mask over her mouth or nose. This is frustrating considering how many COVID cases there are in the city. Five stars because this place is usually great and I do not want to lower the ratings due to an inconsiderate employee. This comment is solely for management to be aware of this problem.

This place is a must!! Love this place. You can go inside but they have a drive through as well. They have great drinks (toffee bar) was delish.They also have a much of fun merch including their own beans!

Mixed feelings, most staff is amazing! Their Mocha Monkey is my favorite, but unfortunately has been tasting diff each time I get it. I’ve been going almost every day the last 2.5 months and today was the first time I was offered the rewards program by one of this mornings’ gentlemen. Came home 2 days ago, I live two mins away and noticed my 24oz hot latte was 2.5 inches below the brim of the cup, I’m well aware due to my barista experience as I used to run another local shop for over a year. As the froth flattens it should not be that low with a latte. I called and wasn’t impressed by the customer service I received letting them know my experience.

Give me 2 orders together and they only labelled part of the items and they got mixed up to where the customer did not get their order. They DO NOT CARE!
