Everyone was very helpful. From picking out frames, to the advice given throughout this process, I received exceptional customer service. This is the best place in Santa Fe and you will be treated with kindness and expert care.

Went in to see if I could buy a nose pad replacement. Estevan and Kelly were super friendly and replaced my nose pad and even adjusted my glasses for me. Great service and friendly staff!

Great staff, especially the manager, Estefan. Prices are higher than online stores but service and quality are much better. You get what you pay for.

LensCrafters in Santa Fe is amazing! The sales rep who helped me was very well schooled in the merchandise, and he was extremely patient with me as I tried on tons of frames for my new glasses! Ill be back the next time I need glasses or sunglasses!!!!

Estevan was very helpful when I was picking out the frames for my sunglasses. He explained the current promotion offered by LensCrafters and the pricing of the frames. He was very attentive to detail in fitting the frames.

Unfortunately our experience was very bad. We have always bought from lens crafters but we are very disappointed with the Santa Fe location; and will not be returning. We came in to get some glasses at 7 oclock when we arrived the guy behind the desk told us that we had to be leaving 20 minutes before 8. Then he proceeded to ignore us and then after a few minutes ask us for our insurance, only to tell is that they do not take out insurance (FYI is the biggest insurance provider in New Mexico) and then complained about all the glasses we touched. Also you can only see half of the glasses in the case cause the rest are hidden under the wood shelf. All in all very disappointed and will not be spending any money there.

Frames are all partially hidden, prices have doubled, and the cranky sales girl was good only for complaining about having to sanitize frames I touched.

The doctor is great very informative, But the staff needs to be trained on how to handle cases. If you dont have severe bad eyes the quality of care would be great, if you need more collective care I would recommend another place. I needed a emergency visit and the staff said well she just saw her last patient so Ill call you back . Did not feel like we were important so we will not be back . I really did have high hopes for this practice

Wow! Love the staff here! It was my kids’ first eye appointment and they LOVED it! Prompt service, great selection of frames, and genuine people working here. One of my kids sees a whole, new world now. Can’t say enough good things... just really thankful for the them and the whole experience.

I began to wear glasses this year and Alejandro took the time to explain the choices I had and the different types of lenses that were available to me. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and really wanted to help me. We found the right frames and lenses. They came in today and after putting them on I was so excited at how well they fit and how well I could see. Thank you Alejandro for the effort and the kindness you showed me.

John the manager gave me prompt and professional service. I was on vacation and needed one pair of eyeglasses adjusted and another pair fixed. John made the adjustments I requested on my glasses and then made further adjustments to get them fitting just right. He also had the right size screw to reattach the arm that had fallen off my other pair. John was so friendly and knowledgeable that I wish I could take him home to my local LensCrafters store!

We had a wonderful experience at this LensCrafters yesterday. My 2.5 year old son lost one of his lenses (he kept pushing it out and playing with it) and the only game in town for pediatric eye glasses seems to be eye associates in Santa Fe. We couldn’t wait the two weeks that it would take to get new glasses from their lab because we did not have a back up pair that would work as his prescription is changing constantly. John, the Manager at LensCrafters in Santa Fe, not only bent over backwards to help us out, he was kind and thoughtful throughout the experience, which for a mother whose child needs glasses for therapeutic purposes, was a Godsend. The Optician made sure that the lenses were tight in the frames, and even more importantly, he put a mark on one of the lenses and took the time to teach me how the lenses fit so that we could figure out which lens goes in which slot should our active little monkey push them out again. He has astigmatism in one eye but not the other so this was extremely important and this guidance wasn’t given to us before which made putting the lenses back in a huge headache. John and his team went above and beyond, and it’s the first wonderful experience we’ve had buying eyeglasses for my son that I wish I could stick with them for the rest of our eye troubles journey. Their specialty is not pediatrics, otherwise I would. Thank you to everyone who helped us yesterday. I am just so grateful to have come across people with integrity and heart in this business. Disparate reviews likely have to do with whom you work at LC. Im reviewing the Santa Fe NM store. Did you know that NM, overregulated in so many ways, does not require licensing of opticians?I recently bought new sunglasses with a bifocal. The glasses were great but the bifocal was too high. John Lawhn (licensed) worked on adjusting them and then said theyd remake the lenses. Which they did.I dont know what other eyewear stores would have done but I know LC via John remade the glasses after they had been fit and finished. Pretty fine customer service.

I came in with a broken frame I bought from a Lenscrafters store in Santa Monica California several years before. John the manager made sure the old lenses fit PERFECTLY in my replacement duplicate frame I brought in ...and no charge! Thanks so much for the friendly PROFESSIONAL service!

(I have been waiting for a pair of glasses at another optical place which is great too, but the dont have a home lab in their facilities and i needed glasses stat for severe migraines and nausea)they made me these awesome transition lenses in 1 hour. plus i found a back-up pair of glasses for 48 dollars!!! (ok, my face is little and i like small frames, so the glasses were from the kiddie section and marked down, but still...! : )the young lady who worked there single tasked giving me undivided attention and answered all my questions thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgable, and informed me of pros and cons so i could make an educated decision on the type of lens i wanted. plus they let me freely try on frames and decide without being like a vulture or anything. fully trusting and friendly.their machine to test interpupillary distance is super high tech to the micron - they use a computer and it calculates everything.I am very impressed by their technology and all else i mentioned.The prices are great right now until sept they have 50% off on lots of items. i got about 1500$ worth for 512$ roughly bc i got 2 glasses frames and lenses(one of my old frames hurts the bridge of my nose and the other is 11 years old) just the type of lens i needed alone is worth 478$. cant beat that!but what pleases me the most is the attention and professionalism given to the customer.

I’ve been wearing glasses for 50+ years, but the pairs I needed to order last week were a little different animal: I am in the middle of four surgeries (two down, two to go!), and needed the advice of expert, caring professionals to maintain functional vision in the meantime.
