Professional and courteous service. I called in to inquire about a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. I was informed it was at another location and that the vehicle could be brought over for me to see that night or the next day. Driving down from Wisconsin I made the appointment for the next day at noon. Next day left a message to make sure it was there then hit the road (got a response in a reasonable amount of time). When we arrived we were met by the salesman Anthony who told us the van had already been shined up for viewing and was getting a final once over. When they brought it out it was in better shape than I expected. Honestly I was nervous and a bit traumatized from experiences with dealerships in the past. Anthony quickly set me at ease letting me know that they would not stay in business long selling a bad product. That’s a philosophy I appreciate because it’s just a good business mindset. Anthony had his hands full with a number of customers, but always circled round to give updates and answer questions. It’s a used car with 100k miles on it. But the price was good, the vehicle was presented very well and the customer service was the best you could ask for in this Covid world (mostly handled in the outdoors). Hopefully I can get another 100k miles out of this car. I would definitely recommend this business and would return next time I’m in need. Thanks guys see you soon.

We made appointment for a certain suv we ended up walking out with a better vehicle with lower miles and newer year. We tried 4 other big dealership companys, unfortunately they couldnt help us the way Shaumburg Pre-driven helped us!!

I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. Guy name Anthony was super nice, he went above and beyond to make sure customer is satisfied with the car, price and services. They close at 5 pm I got to dealer at 4:45 pm. Car was ready for test drive because I call them hour ago, they guys work 1 hour extra after the closing time which is a proof they care about there customer and business. I got very good deal, I highly recommend my family and friends to check this dealer first to buy a car.

Bad customer service. Emailed and text the dealership multiple times for over 3 weeks now to inquire about a 2015 Range Rover but haven’t received any response or communication yet. Asked about the damage at the front of the car and wanted to know if it was in an accident and was never reported but dealership ignored. I assume that the dealership fixes damaged or accidental cars and sells it to the public

Awesome car buying experience here. Competitive pricing and never once felt pressured by Anthony who was there to answer every question until we were sure we were making the right choice. Financing and paperwork was a breeze. I would absolutely recommend this place if youre ever in the market for a used car.

Recently have tried to call and email this dealership with questions about a specific car. After over a week with no response I showed up during standard business hours and they were closed. They are open by appointment only, but not answering clients so I’m not sure how they’re going to get appointments

Tim was very accommodating in helping me get everything situated for my sale. Was open and honest with me about the details of the car and fought hard to get me on a payment plan that worked best for me. I had to go to the bank to get checks AND return my rental car, Tim drove me to both and made this grueling process quick and easy. I bought a car from these guys a year ago. They were super friendly when I went in (of course they were, why would they be anything but? ). He told me a few minor things wrong with the car but nothing too big. I have poured thousands of dollars into this car, everything was wrong with it and they did not have the decency to mention anything to me. Sure, I was a first time car buyer and definitely shouldve taken it to my mechanic first, but I didnt. These guys at Schaumburg pre driven are scam artists and I really hope no one else has these problems. Visit a mechanic before you buy because they will lie right to your face.

Nice place... I stopped in on Oct 9th Columbus Day via the WWW airways net and spoke to Time. He was a watery apparition or [bot] who I suspect Steve assembled on CAD. Tim explained to me RAK that IF I wished to visit the plow star of the Big Dipper ~ Then I would need to pass an exam which Max had. So I collected some scrap metal and took it to the recycle plant and they game me a sum of 65. With that Time who Had all day gladly accepted the 65 and sold me a used ringtone kit! Wow... how cool is that. :)
