We walked in to talk about upgrading my phone. We were helped right away. The gentleman who helped us explained everything in very good detail. We ended up upgrading!
Nik was great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Changed my plan to unlimited, gave me information on availability of wireless internet at my home, signed me up, AND best of all, told me about the teacher discount! You need to hang onto him. Hes a great employee:)

I had a accident and broke my phone . While juggling three kids . ATT had not added the insurance they were supposed to and so I purchased a new phone . I went into a store and got a new SIM card . When I got home it didn’t work . So I drove 45 minutes the following day to get a card . I get there and I was told my husband had to be there . But my husband was working and couldn’t be on the phone . I asked if I could text my husband because he could text but not talk . They told me no I couldn’t use any phone there to do contact my husband. My children just tested positive for COVID and I was in serious need of a phone . I couldn’t even call the Dr. or the school . The assistant manager and men in the store were cold, disrespectful and had zero compassion and zero customer service. I can’t believe I sat in a ATT crying . I was actually told that I was not welcome in the store and would be trespassed . Real men would not allow a woman in need to be treated this way . I can’t believe These men represent ATT . Absolutely GROSS.
Great experience!! They were so busy and had a great attitude even when people were being rude to them for things they could not control. They were extremely helpful and even stayed after their closing time to take care of my needs!!! I really appreciated them.
I am BEYOND disappointed with this store. Every time I have to go to this store they either tell me they cant help me or they manage to screw something up and overcharge me. I have been a customer for years and I have never had a bad experience with AT&T until I moved to Tennessee and had to deal with this store specifically. My partner went in last month to upgrade his phone and for some reason they added a new line instead of upgrading his phone that he had. We did not ask to add a line all we wanted was to upgrade his phone. Should not be that difficult to do. He even paid $200 to have his phone upgraded. I mean this is ridiculous. After all this trouble I am considering going with another service provider.
I just received my new cell phone and went by the instructions phone will still not work. Apple IPhone should be better then this.
I was forced to wait outside the ATT store before I do not wear masks however, no one bothered to ask me if I am exempt; which I am. I had to wait outside until an employee could come outside to assist me. If a mask protects you then the fact that I do not wear one should not be a fear factor to you over a flu virus. The employee who assisted me, Conner, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable; unlike the being I encountered upon entering the store. I am considering switching carriers.

My phone for so.e crazy readon stopped allowing me to access anything Google related including search or GMAIL. I tried everything. I probably could have fixed it at home with my computers help but I am 400 miles away on vacation. The young lady got it fixed tbough after some concerted effort. I wish I remembered her name. Shefigured it out & now Im good to go.
Kaylee and Ashley were spectacular. I came on a Saturday and asked questions and they quickly gave me all the information. When I cam back, they remembered me and helped me as efficiently as they could with as busy as they were. I have never felt more comfortable at an AT&T store as I did with them. I will most certainly be coming back to these two wonderful ladies.
I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate this store. I am technologically challenged and resistant to change. But Jeremy went above and beyond. He saved me money. He helped me get a new phone. He made it fun. I really cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and the experience as a whole. He went so far as to give me his cell number so if I had any issues at all, I could always find someone to help. Thanks so much. You do yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else.

Worst service ever! They establish monopoly, so you can’t choose another provider, but they even don’t have enough specialists to provide their service. I have to wait for 2 weeks to set up Internet!!! Would never choose them. Called their customer service, they just don’t want to hear you, people are not trained enough, each time different answers. They promise high speed internet, but if you go to their website, you’ll see that the speed loading is really slow, a lot of bugs on Website. How can they promise high speed internet, when they website is not speedy???
The people working in the store were SPECTACULAR. ATT has restricted the services they are able to provide in the store which lead me to have to call customer service 2x, wait on hold 20 minutes the first time (which the recoding said would be 6 minutes), and 45 the second to get what needed to be done accomplished. This lead to me being in the store 4+ hours on a sunday on my day off.
Sign on door says Social Distancing and masks are mandate. You go in and not one, no one!!, but my wife and I had masks on. We went to Verizon and everyone waited outside until a sales person was available and masks were worn by all. Felt much safer.
Att associate, Jeremy was the best! He was respectful, answered all of our questions, and set up all three of our devices in a timely manner even though he was the only one in the store and he had other customers to take care of. He made everyone there feel noticed and welcome.
They were rude. They acted like we intrupted them. As they were busy talking amongst themselves.

A very nice professional attractive Young woman waited on me and got me squared away and no time at all very polite. Diplomatic congenial I just cant say enough about how nice she was to me I wish I knew her name the all I can say is she had the most beautiful eyes and beautiful long brown hair
After being a Verizon customer for 15 years I was a little apprehensive about changing. However, we talked to Chelsea a couple of different times before switching. She was great to work with. She was able to answer our questions and had great patience dealing with us. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends that want to switch to Att&t. All the employees in there was super friendly and helpful. The only bad thing that I will say is that their hours are not what is posted online which is out of the hands of the staff in there. We checked online before going one day for the time they closed. What was posted was not the actual time they close. You may want to call before going. However, definitely five stars in my book.

Great customer service. Went in wanting to cancel some lines that weren’t used and upgrade a couple lines and they helped get me taken care of. Even though some of it I had to personally take care of they helped me to the best of their capabilities which is understandable and answered any and all questions I had about my account. They helped me become more aware of the charges on my bill and I really appreciated it.

Wish you could give less than one star! This store is completely incompetent! Spent 1.5 hrs on phone to get a number release so it could be transferred to another phone & at&t account.. At&ts customer service is awful! Not the first time Ive had issues. Would rather get a root canal! But then the two women at this store couldnt figure out how to transfer the number. Wouldnt call corporate for help. Then wouldnt give me district managers name & number! Whole day wasted & nothing done! Just cancelled the numbers I have!

Dealing with cellphone companies can be a royal pain .But I have to say that Isabella did a wonderful job explaining everything to me so I would understand everything that I was paying for. Even all of the fees that we all love to pay .With that said if you need help with your cellphone or want to make a change go to the Sevierville At&t store and ask for Isabella. You will be glad that you did .
Long wait time, seemed under staffed. Poor organization of customer flow and not following CDC directives for COVID-19 customer care. Offered NO solutions to our questions for Direct TV account and seemed totally disinterested in helping. Store supervisor was disengaged and would not offer direct help. Very poor experience as compared to other providers on the same day.
Isabella has been so helpful. She transferred my number to my own account and got me a great deal. She also transferred all my stuff for me in a quick time. Love this store and employees!

I signed in and waited one hour and a half hour just to be acknowledged by the man that was working. He assured me that he would stay late and help me. After 2 hours, I was told that I needed a Verizon store. Tia, the lady that told me to sign just kept ignoring me and waiting on people that wasn’t signed in. Edward was the name of the Very Nice and helpful gentleman that finally tried to help me! I appreciate You Edward! You deserve a raise. And Tia, you could take some pointers on hospitality from Edward!!!

I’m not a huge fan of big phone companies, always stuck to prepaid. Although, I came in with a friend to pay their bill & couldn’t help but explore. Morgan and Lawrence were quick to ask questions about what I may be looking for and the ways at&t can benefit me by switching from metro. As someone that works in retail I was very pleased with the level of customer service provided in store. So much so that I walked out with a new watch & no more prepaid :) Will definitely be returning in the future when it’s time for my upgrade!

We had excellent customer service from the very start. We went from a personal account to a business account and Lawrence was incredible to work with, after a four hour catastrophe on the phone with at&t representatives and just about to give up using this company. Lawrence, Ashley, and Greg stepped up and made our experience a very positive one. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and would highly recommend this store.

Bella and Ed helped me get set up with a new account as I was switching from Verizon and paying way too much with them. They cut my bill in half even with getting new phones and ALOT better service for sure. Really appreciate their hard work and amazing attitude through it all. I have to admit I’m usually not the easiest person to deal with but they made sure I was 100% satisfied before letting me walk out the door and I cannot explain how much I appreciate such great customer service.
I have been going to this store for some time and have had nothing but issues with our bill. Until we worked with Andrew my husband and I came in to pay our bill and we were having a lot of issues no one could explain our bill to us or cared always told us to call billing they can help wrong! Our phones had hit the end of their rope so we needed new ones. Andrew printed off our last couple bills explained what it was before and what the new bill would be. Got us new phones and saved us bunch of money oh and he got my husbands military discount applied that we’ve been trying to get since signing up with att. If you go to sevierville don’t work with Morgan she never helped us anyway only if we needed to buy something she was halfway interested. If you can keep the managers attention she’s good but I heard her name called at least 30 times and her phone never stops long enough to get her to focus on anything. Andrew was a blessing ask for him he’ll get you took care of.

We recently moved all of our business to AT&T and went to the Sevierville TN store for assistance. The entire Staff was friendly and helpful with assisting us with answering our unique technical issues; so our businesses interruption was at a minimum. A special thanks to Client Representative Joe who went to another AT&T store to retrieve a phone that we needed their store was out-of-stock of at the time. This considerably expedited our business down time. This is truly over-and-above service! It was apparent that the Staff truly does care about their clients; and we are very happy that we made the much needed communication changes! We truly feel we will be saving money and the change will make our life easier. Also, the on line tech support is exemplary to pick up where the store sales representative leave off, if needed. I’ve had a bad experience with phone companies and I switch to AT&T not too long ago with the help of Isabella. I have no complaints. I am very happy and I’m going to come to this store and see Isabella from now on with any issues I have
Customer service is the biggest complaint there. Personally I use Cricket that uses AT&T Towers. Their customer service is amazing.
To be honest Jessee needs to go back to school. All she had done is lie to try to cover up her mistakes. Been fighting with her and att since December. Area manager supposed to have called me. But nothing from him either. Been with att for years and also have their tv and internet. But I’m cutting all of it off because of her lies and incompetence
VERY friendly staff! I was there to sell a phone to someone I met on the internet and they were welcoming even though I wasnt planning on buying anything from them. Once I sold the phone, both me and the lady ended up buying accessories from them instead of doing the whole internet shopping thing. When Im in the area and need help with a phone or my plan, this is where Ill go for help. Thanks ladies!

My mother visited this store today for assistance with a technical issue with her ATT-serviced phone on our shared account. She was told that her factory unlocked phone that is new and serviced through ATT since December was a Verizon only phone and that the only solution was to buy a new phone from them. They then told her to call me and change herself to the authorized user on the account and to get my pin number, presumably so they could charge her for an unneeded expensive phone on my account. I tried to call the store today 45 times between 1PM and 7PM and was sent to voicemail or hung up on each time. Taking advantage of a 70-something person when simply asking for technical assistance, given incorrect information, and then ignored all day. We will be cancelling all ATT services including two family accounts and a business account that includes 15 people.UPDATE: Despite the response from ATT below, they havent answered their phone when I call in days. Why are you screening my calls to try to solve a technical problem with my moms phone?
Helped me get started with a great phone and great plan. This store also helped the wildfire victims with charging their cell phones, or letting them use a phone there to contact their families. Great sense of community.

This place I should absolutely horrible!! Customer service is extremely slow. They served people ahead of us that came after us in the store. After waiting an hour in a half we found out that they dont even have a SIM card in stock bc they were busy. What cell phone shop runs out of SIM cards and the fact that their agents were just relaxed and passing time so leisurely when there were ten customers waiting for over an hour is ludicrous.

Just went to take my friend Manny and his wife to make the change from another carrier to AT&T because they were in need of an upgrade and a great deal on 3 new iPhones.
My husband and I went to this location last night (11/9/19) to switch from Verizon. We were told we couldn’t switch because we were financing our phones from Apple and we would have to go to the Apple store to switch. The blonde girl working didn’t even look at our phones to see they are in fact unlocked (the whole reason we bought the phones from Apple directly), she didn’t do anything but talk in circles saying Apple would have to get us a plan on AT&T. Seeing as how this made absolutely no sense at all, we walked out and immediately called another AT&T store to ask their opinion and they stated she was incorrect and to come to their location and they would be happy to take care of us. I then called Apple just to reassure myself that our phones are unlocked and able to transfer to any carrier we want and they confirmed they are unlocked. So we just went to a Knoxville location on Washington Pike to switch and had absolutely no problems at all. We’re not sure if the blonde lady at the Sevierville location just didn’t want to deal with us or just didn’t know the correct answer. Either way, we will not go back to this location even though it’s closer to our house. Horrible customer service and obvious lack of training. If you don’t know, simply say you don’t know, don’t try to feed us a lie.
Ive been with this company for 45 years theyre always very helpful I bought in the last 20 years 2800 phones either but I had my service with them two for 45 years theyre one of them lot of people dont like them but theyll help you faster than anybody else they wont do like Verizon if you dont like it go somewhere else thats not a way to run a business I know a lot of people things they dont get out of here but if I dont have any problems whatsoever
I was coming to switch to AT&T internet and my experience was one of the best. Isabella was very helpful and Greg the manager was very nice and professional. AT&T has the best prices and customer service by far. Im so glad I switched over.
On November 30 I visited the Seiverville ATT store while on vacation from Alabama. I have 2 wireless lines with att which I have insurance on both and was experiencing trouble with one of my phones.Latest promotion was add a line and get a iPhone XR free so upon talking with Jesse (manager) about it she said she would drop my line I was having trouble with and add the new line to get the promotion and the only cost to me would be the taxes on phone...she stated my bill would remain the same as she stated it was a wash...meaning no additional charges to me. After approximately 30-45 minutes in my account she removed the SIM card and put in new phone and everything was fine . We discarded the phone cause both my phones were paid for...Low and behold my phone bill comes for over $100 extra dollars which was a $30.00 connection fee and a 3rd line...I contacted ATT to discuss this and was informed of connection fee and the 3rd line was not ever removed..ATT disconnected the 3rd line which had zero activity since November 30 and stated the store did not have authority to remove a line and stated I would have to pay for it..I’ve left message for Jesse to call me so possibly she could fix this for me with ATT but apparently doesn’t have the decency to return my call..I’ve been a customer with att for 30 years...I just cancelled my home phone and internet and phone insurance with att and both wireless phones will be shut down also after paying for the latest phone....direct tv is on its way out too...pathetic customer service from both store and att...M. Ashley was great! She was professional, knowledgeable and personable!! I went in to just buy a case for my sons phone for his birthday and she got his new phone set up, put the screen saver on and put it in the case for us in 5 minutes!

The management was extreamly helpful. Cleanest store Ive been in, in awhile. Everyone seemed highly knowledgeable. Also the store manger was pretty easy on the eyes.
BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! DO NOT HAVE REBECCA K. has no clue what she is doing and has put me through hell trying to constantly stay on top of what i am being billed. I was told one thing, and when i call to question bills they tell me the opposite. I have never had problems with AT&T until i went into this store. Never again.

Most of the customers come in with bad attitudes, but the staff at this store are awesome. They really know how to fix your phone whenever its acting up! I recommend getting the Digital Life package! I use it to spy on my cat, because that little $h!t gets into everything. Great place to hang out for a couple of hours as well. I have always asked them to put a mini bar in there to help pass the time, but it has not happened yet. If all of us could get a petition sign to get that mini bar would be great.
