In the store. Standing here one hour later the same 3 customers are in line. Not one representative on the floor to help anyone. How long does it truly take getting servic . So far an hour. This is ridiculous not one rep has even approached anyone on the floor terrible service.
Destinee from this T-Mobile gave me the most outstanding service I’ve ever experienced! I was traveling with family and was in desperate need of upgrading my phone in order to obtain an upgrade in hotspot to be able to work remotely. Without her amazing attentiveness to my situation, it probably would have cost me my job! She deserves a raise, all the praise, and her flowers!! Thank you so much!!!
This store is complete trash. Don’t waste your time here. Employee are rude and never wanna help with anything unless you wanna add a new line. Walked in and no one greeted said I wanted to upgrade and wanted to see what all they had to offer. Told me they had no phones in stock and wouldn’t even access my account or go over any device offers with me. 100% would not recommend this store.

Horrible service. They told me they were a reliable service but that is not true. I have constant dropped calls, missed calls and text that dont come through. Customer service is horrible and wont take care of the problems with their service. I would never recommend them. The employees at the store are pleasant but it is a problem when you call customer service
I have had Sprint for 3 years dealing with the awful service. In April I traded in my Samsung Note 9 in and because they were out of stock on all Samsung phones I was stuck with a One plus 9. I was promised 50 percent off the new phone by Zachary which is the only reason I agreed. Well 5 months later I’m still paying full price and Sprint can’t find my Samsung I traded in like it never existed. Everything I’ve been told in that store is complete LIES. Did they steal my phone? I don’t know because I can’t get any answers. I’ve switched all my lines to Verizon except this last one. I do not recommend this store!!

Worst experience of my life. Terrible Customer service. And the associates at this location lie just to make commission. I hope they all reap what they sew. On top of all that, I had 14 days to decide whether I wanted to keep the service, which I DID NOT because Nowhere in Pigeon Forge, TN, did T-Mobile work, when I tried to return the phones in the store, I was told very rudely by a biracial girl that I could not return them in store. Now mind you I bought them in the store!!! So she rudely made me leave the store, so I called customer service they told me I HAD to return in store. I went back to the store and the guy with the comb over told me I was past my 14 days and refused to return my money for the phones, even though I had already a few days prior tried to return the phones there at that same location!!! These people are real life scammers and I am sorry I ever wasted my time time with T-Mobile at all.

I dont recommend this cell store no one.The only thing they can do is sell phones and make commissions people sale phones to.I feel so sorry if u have tech problems with there phones.they will make drive all the way west Knoxville before do a warranty claim for you.

Went into the store due to T-Mobile tech support advising me that I needed to get a new SIM card. The young lady behind the counter could not have been more disinterested in helping. Watched her play on her phone and play with her split ends whilr attempting to assist customers. Couldnt even look them in the eye. Worst customer service I have ever received, in-store, from T-mobile. The only reason Im giving this review two stars instead of one is because T-Mobile support, over the phone, was able to resolve my issue, while I was in the store.
This whole T-Mobile-Sprint merge is complicated. I walked into this store hoping that they would explain it to me a little bit.Brianna helped me with every single question I came up with (they were a lot lol) and she always had a smile in her face. We even digressed sometimes and ended up talking about pets and working out. How could you dislike someone who likes those two?!The staff in this store is absolutely friendly, and I’ll recommend anybody to come in and I’ll guarantee you’ll come out of this store with a smile, just like I did :)

I had to drive over 400 miles to a different location since, this one acted they didnt want to help me at all. Was told if I bought anything over the internet they will not even help me or even touch the product since it was during the pandemic and didnt have the product that I had in the store. The one I had went to was nice and I paid off of my other devices non corporate location since they also try to tell me I had to go to Knoxville to pay off my devices. I will not ever go back to this place again.
Had a warranty exchange issue and had to call customer service due to an error on their part. The store staff was more than happy to help clear up the issue and got my phone exchanged. Thanks to the manager and associate!

Last year when I got new phones I traded in my ipad to upgrade. I also added another ipad to my service. Well they never took my original ipad off my bill. I was billed for a monthly service for 3-4 months for an ipad I didnt own. I went to the store to let them know. I was told not to call sprint they would take care of me in store. I have reminded them several times. Now I am with us cellular and have the best signal and service I have ever had. Well I have tried one last time to get my money and the store told me to contact sprint. Sprint told me to contact the store. I have been given 3 different numbers to call but they dont help. I tried to get this taken care of without writing this review. But Im tired of fighting with them. They have screwed me out of almost $100. I even told them I would use it for store credit. I still need things for my new phones. They used to be a good store.

I will literally drive an hour to another store or do all of my business online with sprint instead of going back in this store and dealing with Brianna. I went in with a cracked screen, 5 days before I was scheduled to go on vacation. I ordered a new phone and upgraded my current one. It was not in stock, I was told it would be in within 48 hours. Fast forward 12 days later(after returning from vacation), I finally got the call my phone was in. This was on a Monday in the middle if the day. I let her know I could be in Wednesday to pickup my phone. I was then told that was not possible and they were switching their computers over so she would have to return the phone and I would have to come back in towards the end of the week to reorder the phone. At this point, I was irritated but I understand things happen. I told her to send it back and I would just go through the online store since this seemed easier. I am a manager at my job and got super busy and had not yet had time to order my phone,make sure you dont deal with her. She literally told me it was MY fault that i could not come in in time to get my phone( remember this phone was supposed to be in within 48 NOT 12 DAYS LATER) yet when I recieved my sprint bill, apparently I had an additional $200.00 charge for a phone which i never recieved. Now, I am having to get all this worked out with sprint online and corporate because, as we all know, the reps do earn commission and Ms. Brianna apparently decided that instead of canceling the sale(which would probably cancel the commission) she sent the whole thing through. Trust me, it isworth a 45 minute drive to go to a different store and if do go to this one make sure the one you deal with us not named Brianna, literally worst customer service Ive seen with sprint in over 10 years of service with them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Went very good. Brianna treated me very well i left the store understanding my bill and happy. I switched from verizon they had done me very wrong Brianna showed compassion and helped me get into a smart phone and moved my contacts over for me.

I rated this store 5 stars because of a certain employee that bent over backwards to help me. JOHN really took a weight off my shoulders. Thank you JOHN for all of our hard work and kindness. I wish there were more helpful people out there like you.Stay tuned.....After several bad experiences at the store, I finally had a good one that definitely overturns all the past bad ones. I switched to Sprint from Verizon because I moved to an area that Verizon doesn’t reach. I went in to sign up and was told I was receiving a free tablet. Little did I know I was actually paying for the tablet and a plan. I went in not long after to give them their tablet back (still sealed in box) and asked them to take the plan off of my bill because That’s not what I wanted and I was given false information. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it and if I wanted to cancel the tablet I would be charged for the tablet. As I am sure many of you would agree, this was very dishonest of this store. They took complete advantage. I returned to the same store several months later to figure out why my phone was going crazy (I’ll spare you the details). I was told to go to the corporate store (that’s another long story). I also asked again if I could get the tablet off my bill. Again, no help whatsoever.FINALLY!!!! I went back to the store the very next day and explained to JOHN what was going on and how much trouble this has been. JOHN immediately came to my rescue. He got me taken care of and took his time to explain everything to me. I feel like I wasn’t taken for a fool this go around. He gave me the one at truth and I will now only deal with JOHN. I highly recommend JOHN everyone!!!
We went in yesterday to talk to someone because I had dropped my phone at work. I run a network marketing business, so my phone is an asset that I have to have working at all times.I went in and started with John who was super amazing and professional. He gave me some options to think about, so we went outside to talk some things over. There were other customers in the store, so we knew we would have to wait for them to take care of them before we could give an answer. No problem.We come back in, and John is still handling his new customer, and Carson is with the other customer in the store. There was a woman there that appeared to be a manager, she was in the office and going through accessories, but she didn’t help us. She went back and sat in the office. When Carson was done with his customer, me and my party walked over to his desk so we could get started. I had my three year old son with me, so I was trying to hurry.He turned and began talking to the woman in the office! Completely ignoring us after we walked up to the counter. We waited until he finally decided to come over and then he proceeds to help me get going to set up my phone. I asked him if he could help me transfer my photos and he acted like that was a problem, but he took my phone and put it apparently to transfer, but after waiting for 20 minutes while Carson disappeared outside with the woman I was now thinking didn’t even work there, I got tired of waiting with my toddler. I went and unhooked my phone to find that it was only charging. 🙄2.5 hours at the Sprint store for bad customer service with Carson is not what I was expecting. We’ve been with Sprint for many years, and we have multiple lines. This makes me want to rethink keeping my service here.

This is really not a T-Mobile store. actually just Sprint even though it says T-Mobile all over it. Went there because of the deal on the T-Mobile website, however they wont do that deal because it isnt actually T-Mobile. Another customer came in while we were there and they were just as shocked as we were.

I was completely satisfied with the staff at this store. They were able to answer all my questions about the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. I purchased this phone and they took care of transferring all my contacts and files from my old phone to this one. They also took the time to show me how to use some of the features of this phone. I would recommend this store to everybody I know in the Sprint network.

Straight lied to my wife and i to get us to change to Sprint service plan. Told us it would be one amount every month. Bill is actually 50.00 higher. Told us the would pay out of our contract. Left us owing another carrier more than 600.00. Total disappointment. Would have never changed if we had know the truth.

I wasnt on vacation from Wisconsin when my iPhone stopped working. I found the nearest Sprint store and the nicest man rebooted my phone, saving my vacation photos and my day.
This guy named Keegan was very unprofessional, I have recently found out that he was fired for scamming customers. So now my bill is showing a tablet and an extra line. Sprint recently called me to let me know that this issue could only be resolved at the store. I decide to call the store, David answered, I told him my problem, he hangs up. I’m not sure if the store is ran by a bunch of idiots, but it sure as hell seems like it. If you need to go to a sprint store, make the drive to Knoxville. You would be much happier than going here.

My experience at the Sevierville Sprint store was absolutely horrible yesterday!!! We have been with sprint for many many years. We actually have multiple lines 10 to be exact with sprint we have never received customer service like we did yesterday coming into the store to get a phone repaired. Carson who I believe is the Manager was so disrespectful and non concerned about our issues . When we left yesterday I seriously thought about taking my whole plan off of sprint because of the way we were treated by him. Concerned with what seemed to be drama with a girlfriend or some female was more important than seeing to it that my phone was in working order. Being a Manager myself for a corporate hotel if I ever acted this way I would be fired!! So disappointed with the service I received.

I was in the store when Brian was there. Hey Brian, dont you know you contact customer service for billing problems right from the comfort of your own home? He shows up at the Absolute Wireless store and gets his nose out of joint because they are not authorized to handle billing issues. Then he proceeded to the display wall and started opening multiple covers to try on his phone. Nathan walked over to ask him to not to open the packages and he could assist him with the covers at the counter. Brian then insulted Nathan and said he hated dealing with these rinky dink stores. Obviously he has never worked retail or he would have known better to be taking all those covers out of their packaging. Nathan kept his cool and told Brian he was sorry that he felt that way and still offered his assistance to Brian and the buddy he brought with him. Congratulations Nathan for your professionalism in dealing with this idiot.On a better note, my phone issue was handled just fine and it was handled by NATHAN.

Staff felt condescending and unhelpful the first time I visited asking about a deal I saw online. Second time I went was to buy a sim card. The girl was helpful but didnt know what she was doing and quoted me the wrong price so after spending 5-10 minutes waiting to ring it up and then finally seeing that the price was three times what it should be, I walked out with nothing. Still with Verizon.

MARK, CARSON AND KEEGAN AT SPRINT STORE IN SEVIERVILLE. TREATED US WITH DIGNITY AND KINDNESS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND WERE ABLE TO GET US PHONES AND SERVICES WE NEEDED. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SPRINT OFFICE TO ANYONE IN THIS AREA THAT NEEDS ANY TYPE OF PHONE SERVICE. THANKS GUYS

I call to cut my line on my extra phone. The agent Holds me for 20 mins then ask me a question then hold another 35 mins again! Her name is Beverly! (She’s an American) She told me that she’s collecting my files. Whats that? I’m using sprint for 5 years and i always call if i have a concern and right away they can solve it less than 10minutes! She ‘s ridiculous! not accomodating! They should train their agent well not just hanging the phone and make the customers wait if they cant solve our problems!

I had an appt. to have my # switched from Tracfone to Sprint. The gentleman was helpful, called to set up the switch and answered my questions; however I felt like he was rushing me.
I was in town for the Fall Rod Run, and needed a charging cord. The guy who helped me was very courteous, found what i needed, and i was in and out quickly.
I was in the store the day Ben Ogle came in. He came in on the exact day the recall was announced. The reps told him that they had not received instructions from Sprint yet and had to follow standard procedure. They told him to wait a few days until they heard what to do. Ben stormed out angrily cussing and making a scene.

Dont go to sprint there not helpful after they make the sale and cause a big mess with your account and there 1888# is not USA based and no one has the ability to make any changes. Had been loyal With sprint from 2014 until July 2017. A lost Customer writing this from my new ATT phone I got just 2 lights down the parkway and in less than 45 mins I walked out with 4 new phones and new cases all for 9$ less a month thanks ATT SEVIERVILLE
