Switched my phone carrier to cricket. The sales associate Windle was very helpful and funny! Spent hours in there just talking after getting a great deal. Definitely will be back.

Inexpensive service that works BETTER than Verizon, US Cell, Sprint, and all the other secondary carriers that use their towers. Cricket is owned by AT&T, so they were the first and still most powerful network, as government uses them too-it has to work. You are not just a number to them and they value their customers and prove it. Best customer service of all carriers. Accessories are reasonably priced and many plan options and payment methods for everyone.

They really helped me out of a mess when I poured Gatorade in my daughters cell phone while on vacation. Thanks guy. Cant remember his name but he has glasses 3 kids. He was great and went out of his way to be good to me and my daughter

Cricket has great service and very affordable plans. I want in today to add a line to my account and the young lady that was there was very helpful but I dont know who the gentleman was was their younger guy dark headed guy hes rude does not have very good customer service at all he came across pretty much as a smart alec.hopefully Ill catch the owner in that store and it South Knoxville store one day so I can let him know or maybe hell read this review that I just put on Google.

I bought a phone from someone who bought it from Cricket. I put a Straight Talk SIM card in it and found out it was locked. The phone is two years old. Very nice phone. Cricket can NOT unlock it. What a waist. I have been to the Crossville Tn. store and the Cookeville store. What a waist. UPDATE.... Owner replied to my first review. (The original owner of the phone will have to call to have it unlocked.) My response to that is, if that is true, why didn’t the person in the store tell me that ? So I went back to the original owner. He called Cricket. They don’t know what to do. They told him that he could only use that phone with a Cricket account. Like I said, what a waist.

Horrible customer service. Been wanting to switch from Verizon to Cricket for my law office mobile phone and was excited there was a local store within minutes of my home. I came in 2 hours before closing with all of my required information to switch. Employee was too busy playing games on his phone like a FarmVille or what not. I walked in the door and said hello and got in reply a Do you have questions or something? What do you want? My computer is locked up so I cant help you. I stated I wanted to switch and had all my documents. He continued to say do you have a question or something while playing on his phone. I asked how long it would take, how much, and if its easier to do it online activation. Every question I got a I dont know. But I cant help you. And he gave me my phone and documents back to me. Only 1 other person in the store and he was talking on his phone the entire time. But toooo busy to help me. Terribly rude and he had no idea about switching. If he did, he sure as heck didnt care about having my business. Id rather stick with Verizon than deal with that terrible experience for a second time.

I was a little apprehensive about leaving the big brand for a small carrier like Cricket. Turned out to be better than the big brand phone company I was with.

There is one guy there that is very knowledgeable and helpful. The other guy there that I have met will process you but isnt very helpful or knowledgeable. The only reason I have cricket instead of straightalk is that I can use mobile hotspot with cricket but you have to get a separate device for internet on a hotspot with straight talk.

They were very friendly and they got us in and out with no issues. Great deals.

I have had no problems with my service or my experience at the cricket store in sevierville tn. The best people there is randy n curtis if i need anything or have any problems then they have helped me n my husband out every time n if it wasnt for them i wouldnt even be with the service here but they r the best phone company i have ever had. Stood in the store for over 30 minutes while the guy talked to a chick in front of him about all kinds of junk and every now and then giving her tips on how to deal with some phone problem herself. no welcome to the store, no give me just a moment please no nothing.
