My husband went there to get help with fixing his phone, it totally locked up on him. They were able to get it fixed. His phone is several years old & I suggested for him to get a new one. Instead of a new phone, he got a watch, which he loves & has been wanting for a while. The problem is that he was told what his monthly payments would be & he agreed, but instead of going ahead & financing the device (which is what was supposed to happen) they put the full cost of it on our bill. This was an easy fix & we appreciate it, but Matt DID NOT explain anything to him about the service. When we went to straighten out things at the store, the young lady that helped us was great, but Matt was there (with customers at the time) & kept hitting into our conversation with the lady helping us, trying to justify his actions & being rude to us & his customers at the time. I love US Cellular, but this is the worst experience Ive ever had at any of their stores. Will NOT go back to this location.

Matthew was awesome he had our iPhone 7 on and ready to go in 10 minutes parking is free plus they have all verity of phones tablets, items and assessorys for all phones. Should try them today theyre across from hammers and goodwill in Sevierville.Tn.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Had to give one star but it should be zero. Employees are not knowledgeable with products and will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sell. Very poor customer service.

Blake made the process of changing phones much easier than expected. Best cell service in Sevier county by far. Managers Wayne and Dustin reassured me. My Verizon slowed down because of all the tourism and he told me that they have their own towers, that it wouldnt change my data. He wasnt lying!!! Best experience Ive had.

My husband and I have been in this location numerous times and have had the pleasure of working with Amber each time. She has been amazing and provided the most help and best customer service. She helped us when we upgraded to new phones and when we decided to purchase the Apple watches. She set everything up the way it needed to be and took extra time to help us when we encountered complications due to the way our previous phones were set up. We also went back to her to help us setup a phone for our oldest daughter and Amber has been amazing each time weve been in there!!

My phone crashed after an update and Britney went way above and beyond even after the store closed to get it up and running. US cellular is hands down the best! Thanks again!

My wife and I had been Sprint customers for 13 years. Our bill had been mysteriously going up with no explanation as to why. Us Cellular had been offering a good promotion to switch, the cost were a little bit lower, and we were interested. We decided to pull the trigger, I sincerely regret it. The actual coverage is a little bit better, but it stop there. The bill truly isnt that much cheaper, the service is worse. The promotions are laughable at best. It turns out the $200 prepaid debit cards per line, are not really prepaid debit cards. They are US cellular use only promo cards. So after waiting nearly 4 months to receive them imagine my surprise. I am pretty sure Sprint would not accept them as payment, considering that is what they were offered for. I am sincerely upset and would not suggest anyone even bother making the switch.Pay attention to the wording.Customer will be reimbursed for the ETF or remaining device balance reflected on final bill subject to the conditions of the offer. Reimbursement in form of a U.S. Cellular MasterCardยฎ Debit Card.

Did not give accurate information with billing and then when Ive called back I have gotten serveral different guys give me different information. On who I can speak with they tell me to call the 1800#. Do not switch from Verizon. Price ends up being about the same and customer service at this store is horrible.

Ive been a customer for over 20 years....Avoid their LG phones. Search LG bootloop they sold phones with a history of hardware problems and they will provide no help other than refer you to LG for repairs. No replacement. No loaner phone. No assistance. As a matter of fact, avoid USCellular all together.

I have been a US Cellular Business Customer for 13 years; however, my experiences with the local corporate store in Sevierville, TN have made me question the wisdom of this decision. The sales associates have issues doing simple tasks like activating, deactivating, and switching numbers. They are commonly out of products. They put their sales before their customer service. Even doing something as simple as paying a bill, you have to wait in line behind sales people trying to up sale potential customers with lengthy sales pitches. Every visit to this store has been a long drawn out nightmare. Over the last few years, I have been charged twice for phones on my account and credit card both, I have had cancellation fees applied to lines that are still in service, I have been pressured to purchase various products and change plans when I came in for other reasons, and I have been unable to purchase phones at other locations due to this stores inability to process things correctly.I am pleased with US Cellular service in general and with my experience at other stores, but I do not recommend dealing with the Sevierville store if it is at all possible to avoid. Thankfully an independent store has opened up closer to me in Gatlinburg. They have been very efficient and helpful. I will be taking all my business there in the future.
