Levi helped us switch to Verizon from Boost Mobile. He was so friendly and sincere, we could tell he really cared about our experience. We were having such a hard time getting what we needed from Boost Mobile because they have terrible customer service representatives, but he went above and beyond and took care of it for us. Levi made us feel valued as customers and were very grateful to him for all his help.
First time Ive been in a Verizon store. It sure is nice. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was helped. The employee that took care of me was very helpful, nice and resolved my problem quickly.
Absolutely the worst Verizon I have ever been to. Extremely slow and waited an hour and still no one waited on me so we left and will go somewhere else
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Told Cory I needed a new phone and walked out with nothing, was told he had nothing for me. Cory needs to work in a factory and not in customer service, Verizon needs to understand customer service and hire like minded professionals who treat customers with dignity and respect..
My mother went into the store yesterday to upgrade her phone from iPhone XR to iPhone 13 and to take advantage of the deal that was being offered (trade in her phone for the new one). It should have cost her $116 (upgrade fee and taxes). At first she was quoted that price in store, but once she told the sales person she was working with that she did not want any accessories, the cost of the phone went up to full retail price ($800). At first they told her she needs a new wireless charger because her current Apple Magsafe wireless charger would not work with the new iPhone 13. Then they stated it would work, but it would ruin her phone… Then they pushed a case and screen protector on her and when she educated them that her daughter already purchased some for her, He proceeded to tell her that she should return the gift of accessories and buy accessories from him. She continued to decline the push on the accessories, and was not allowed upgrade her phone using the trade in deal. I understand sales representatives have sales quotas they need to make to sell three or more accessories with each phone sold, but you cannot withhold offers given by Verizon to upgrade a phone just because we do not want to buy accessories from you. We ended up ordering the phone online and getting the trade-in deal online because you refused to honor it in store.
My boyfriend and I went into the store to switch me to his plan. We’ve both had bad experiences with employees at this location in the past, but not this time!! Adrian greeted us as if we’d known him forever! He was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable and personable! He got my line transferred and both of us left with new phones because he was kind enough to tell us about the promo that was running! During the entire process he never acted like it was a hassle or inconvenience, he even helped us set up our phones and get everything transferred. If you have to go to this location for ANYTHING he is your guy! We hope this gets to the right people because he is the perfect example of great customer service and hospitality! Thank you, Adrian!
Were in town for my sons wedding. My dad left his phone at home in Indiana. Jeremy was terrific. He helped him find a cheap phone to use until he gets home. We experienced true customer service today. Thank you Jeremy.
The sales man had no phone knowledgeable. He constantly had to ask others answers to simple question. They didnt have any phones in stock nor did they know when the next shipment of phones would be in. I was very disappointed in the customer service here.
Thank you to Matt Camp who made my experience at Verizon a pleasant one. Changing phones is something I usually dread, however he made it simple as could be. Matt is an excellent representative of Verizon and a true asset to the company.

Verizon didnt have phones in stock, needed to upgrade to a useless amount of gigs. But most of all the customer service had a real smart sharp attitude.

Get your towers fixed in Gatlinburg and Pittman center area. 13 million a year come to this area. Towers are either too old or got damaged in 2016.

So we have been on hold all day trying to get a hold of tech. Support so we can figure out why we aren’t getting the high speed data we are paying for. We can’t get anyone to get a supervisor to help us figure out why since we have switched to the unlimited data plan that we can barely make calls or get texts anymore. We have been on the road for a month and can’t get a reasonable answer as to why our service isn’t working properly. Wish we could get some help or a refund since we aren’t getting a service we are paying for. Be nice to get a response sometime.

Matt and Eric helped with my phone/watch service when I wasnt getting calls correctly. They actually cared about my problem and got me up and running. Their phone system will keep you on hold forever and do everything humanly possible to NOT LET YOU SPEAK TO A HUMAN.I tried to ask questions about my billing to pay off a device early and the machine told me to get transferred to an agent would have me CHARGED 7 DOLLARS FOR THE LUXURY OF A HUMAN.Nice.

I went into this Verizon location to do a switch back. I didnt exactly make it easy for them since I didnt have all the information I needed. Matt and Eric were very patient as I made several phone calls to get everything they needed. They got me back to my account and were able to make it so I could keep my previous plan. Eric also showed me how I could save some money. Matt and Eric were very patient, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The store was also spotless...inside and out. I left there a very happy customer!!!
Absolutely fantastic experience! Matt Camp was phenomenal, and really went the extra mile in helping us understand pricing and all of our nit picky questions. We walked in not expecting to leave with anything, and left with a new plan and 2 new phones! We are now happily converted from sprint. 10/10 customer service!

Excellent customer service needs to be recognized. My husband got a new phone the day before we headed to this area from Ohio. He was having all kinds of trouble with the set up. His old phone deleted but his new one didnt activate and we didnt know what to do to get it working or transferred. I wish I knew the name of the employee who helped us, he was so professional. A few times he needed to ask the manager or another employee exactly how to do a particular thing on the phone, and his manager and co workers were so helpful and respectful. Great management at this place! Thank you for helping us while on vacation!

Highly recommend this location. We spent a lot of time at this location switching from one carrier to Verizon. Lee and Guy where the team members who assisted us for this transaction. I visited the Sevierville store yesterday and had the best experience. Matt Camp was the tech that assisted me. What a pleasure to have someone that is truly customer service oriented with a smile on their face during the complete transaction. Being one of the less then 2% of people who can actually not wear a mask due to medical reasons, life during this pandemic has been hard. Most places would rather lose business then be understanding. Discrimination isn’t just color and gender anymore, now it’s who is wearing a mask and who is not. That being said, I told a worker at Verizon when I showed up for my appointment that I couldn’t wear a mask due to medical reasons. They stepped outside and said that’s not a problem. I sat in my car the entire time while Jeremy ran back and forth in and out of the store to assist me. I was switching over 3 phone lines and a tablet. He worked tirelessly to ensure that I still had the same options as everyone else.. this is the customer service that I wish I could see everywhere I go. Not because I enjoy being served, but because it’s important when dealing with clients that one be understanding that everyone is different. Great job to Jeremy and Verizon.
I went to the Verizon store in Sevierville about an hour before closing one night to look at purchasing my sons first phone. Matt C helped us look through all of our phone options, plan options along with the pros and cons of each. He was very patient, knowledgeable and provided the most helpful customer service we’ve ever received at any Verizon store. We are very pleased with our product and service, would recommend Matt to anyone looking for great customer service!

I highly recommend this Verizon. I had to visit them last Friday. Due to the restrictions (COVID), we were met outside by Lee who registered us and explained the restrictions. He was very professional and took great care of us. We witnessed him getting cussed out by two different people because of the restrictions. He handled both situations professionally. Great job Lee!

This is the best Verizon store I’ve visited, having been to at least six others in Georgia, Indiana and Nebraska in the last 5 years. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient - went to replace a damaged iPhone and was out with a new phone in under 30 minutes. Much easier and faster than my last purchase in Georgia that took took at least three times longer to complete.

Sometimes I wonder how Verizon stays in business every time I visit this particular store. Colton didnt even know what tier 2 tech support was when I came in with a problem, He installed a new SIM card in my phone and forgot to fully activate it and I had to turn around and come back to the store and have another gentleman finish his job. The sales associates only want to sell you items and seemed a little miffed when you ask for text support. my current phone I actually drove 40 miles to buy because of Prior problems with this particular Verizon store. I thought after a change in employees that it might be different but no. My advice is please avoid this store. Sad internet speeds in Pigeon Forge even after they said they fixed my phone.
Ive been with Verizon for years, made a appointment to upgrade my phone only to sit there 20min after my appt time watching them take ppl in that came in after me on in with other customers coming out due to their 1 for 1 policy to have a guy come out to my vehicle to tell me oh Im sorry we still dont have anyone for you when I mentioned I guess it doesnt matter if you follow the rules & make a appointment just to have walk ups taken in ahead of me after my appointment time. So guess what Verizon in Sevierville you will never have to worry about me sitting at your doorstep anymore going to take my 4 lines elsewhere that values a long standing customer.

Love Verizon, hate this store. Unreal. The only store for miles and in a huge tourism area.... And its chosen to be a store that closed because of Covid-19. Not that it would do any good anyway. This store is full of pompous little kids that would rather be drinking a cute little drink with an umbrella in it. You go in with an issue and all they want to do is sell you a phone, dont worry about fixing the over priced phone your already have. Just by another overpriced phone... And get out, go home and set it up yourself. We dont want you here once the sale is complete. Love Verizon, hate this store.

I had gotten a new phone so I need to activate it. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It took a while to transfer all my contacts and pictures from my existing phone but everything was transferred. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20+ years and I have been very pleased with their products and coverage.

I scheduled an appointment at this store for 4:00 in the afternoon to purchase a new phone. I left my family and all our day activities to get there on time. I arrived on time and they checked me in. They checked in and was seeing people with NO appointments before me!!!! Told me will be an hour or more wait. So....why on this blue and green earth did I have an appointment????? I scheduled this 2 days on advance. So....lazy people... who just on a whim.... can walk up and get service ahead of appointments? So who are the rules for exactly? The people who follow or everyone else. You try and do right and get screwed over ever single time. Forget rules and appointments. Just riot and throw stuff or cuss someone out and bet you will be seen! Guess tomorrow I will march up there and throw a little kidlike tantrum and get ahead of all the days appointments.
Worst customer service. They wont help you with any issues you have, they only want to sell you a phone. The guy I was with didnt even know how to transfer data to a new phone. All they tell you is to call customer service which ends up telling you no. I am changing carriers once I get home from vacation. Its the last straw with this company. Beware!

My wife and mother in law needed help with a new replacement phone for my mother in law. Meshell, a manager there, provided the best customer service. My 91 year old mother in law needed help with her new phone. Getting it set up, adjust the icons to larger sizes, etc. Meshell took time, explaining everything and made their visit exceptional. Excellent customer service!

Wow!! This place went above and BEYOND for us!! We were from 11 hours away from home and on a business plan. We only had a working gps on his phone sonit was imperative we get it fixed, besides missing business calls if not. Lee jumped through hoops to get my husband authorizations and a replacement phone, right then and there. We are so greatful for the courteous and absolutly stellar customer service we recieved..thank you Lee!!!
Was greeted by a associate and given a number. Was told the product I wanted was in stock. 10 minutes later, an associate came to help me. He looked in the stock room and said they DID NOT have my product. I waited 10min for nothing. Poor customer service, store was too busy.

Great staff working there, my cell phone died while I was on vacation, far from home, they took great care of me and got me back on the grid.
When we arrived we were greeted by Lee, we told him we had spoke to customer service via phone and my husband was wanting to exchange his 64gb iPhone for the larger 256gb and that the woman he spoke to on the phone should’ve had the phone we were wanting sent to this Verizon location for pickup. Turns out the phone was never sent and they didn’t have the particular color in stock. Lee was incredibly helpful, he understood our frustration and ended up talking us into the color he had in stock, which is just as nice. Our past experience at this Verizon location has never been the best but I was incredibly satisfied with the service and hospitality shown to us by Lee. My family will continue to use this location as long as Lee is there! Thanks so much!

The sales rep, Christian, was super friendly to my family. He patiently answered all of my questions and made the transition from Sprint so easy. You can tell he actually cares for his customers. If you want to be treated like family, go see Christian!
