Great service!!! For me and my husband. Very knowledgeable about all the products. Very polite. Very helpful I want to tell everyone that Im not from TN. I was from TN. Im now a resident and Ive never been more pleased with any other boost store like I am with this one.

Amazing New Location! Very clean, great spacious parking, easy access. Staff here know how to greet every customer making them feel like a part of the boost family. They are very knowledgeable on their products and plans. Very respectful and professional. Jennifer is an awesome employee. Shes the best I highly recommend to use this store as your new boost home! Come check it out, you will be very pleased all the way around. And if your not with boost stop in and see what amazing deals they have for porting customers.

Beds r lumpy, only space heaters for heat and its cold. Rooms r big but not cleaned in awhile. Staff and all were really nice and sweet tho.

If I could give negative stars I would. The guy working had a smart a** attitude and was unhelpful and beyond rude. When I asked for a number to reach a manager or supervisor he very rudely informed me that he didnt have a supervisor. As if. Worst experience ever!

The dude there was so rude, like REALLY rude to everyone. We would ask him questions and he would answer like we should already know. He has no patience. We got there first to ask him two things and after he answered the first thing he just stopped and answered the people behind us and made us wait more?? Terrible customer service.

The guy was quick to get our phones service switched over for us. He ask if I wanted the insurance on ours phones I told him no. Well I was looking at my plan a couple days later and he put the insurance on anyway. I has to call Boost to get it taken off. They did credit it on my next bill but has to take the auto pay off my account to do it so now I have to call in or go guy o the store to pay my next bill to get the credit otherwise I would be charged the full amount of my service on my debit card. Then after I pay the bill I have to sign up again for auto pay. Dont no why they had to do it that way. Just extra I have to do because of his mistake. I should have paid better attention I guess but when u tell the person u dont want the insurance they shouldnt add it anyway.

This is where I have my phone service through. Probably best plans around Ive found can get 4 lines for 100$ of unlimited everything. If you live in the sticks or an area that has very little coverage not the company for you they use sprint towers. AT&T best for those areas but its gonna cost you.

Paid my bill 2 days ago. Today I broke my phone. So I went to buy a new one. I was told if I get a new phone I loose the credit on my bill that was paid 2 days ago. I feel like boost needs to get their stuff together.

Excellent customer service definitely recommend this place. They are out to seek happiness of their customers not just money!!!! Came in to purchase a new phone since mine cracked left without a phone because he realized I had insurance on my plan that saves me $200 to replace it for free.

Worst service I have ever had in a phone every other day theres a problem and every time you call for help their towers are down I want to receive half of the calls and texts cant send texts half the time to have consciously turn the phone on and off their service is a total joke

This particular store has amazing representatives, HOWEVER BOOST (as in the cell phone company itself) has reached rock bottom. Besides the reps at this store, I absolutely can no longer tolerate the company NOR THE SERVICE. Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years now, and have brought them countless new clients. . Ultimately just to look like a liar in the end. The poor service coverage and not to mention the absurd SCRIPTED same three sentences from customer service-it really got me when one informed me that they do not have a tower in my area lol... what, when did this come about?? 3 years I-I havent moved, suddenly they dont have a tower here!!! Im ashamed to be a boost customer... this is my last month needless to say.

The service itself is great. Decently priced and fair service almost anywhere. However, my local store has horrible customer service. I called several times when I first got the service and the employee would pick up and then hang up on me. When I asked to speak to a manager he lied and said he was the manager and that my service was not priority to him. When I finally got in touch with the actual manager, I was then told that the employee I spoke to is not the manager and only works 2 days a week to cover the store. This was at the store on Parkway in Pigeon Forge.

I met Talina a sales rep at boost mobile while in Sevierville for my spring break. She sacrificed her break time to take care of me, gave me plenty of information, she was so very attentive and patient with me. One of the best sales rep I have had in a while.so refreshing to meet people like her. God bless her. And thank you for her help.

I went in the store 15 minutes before closing and was told they couldnt wait on me because they had people ahead of me. This is the poorest excuse of customer service Ive ever encountered. To beat all it was a birthday gift for my daughter.

I love Boost. I love the guy that sold me my phone almost a year ago. The service is decent. They are always specials. But almost everyone at the store in Sevierville Ib the parkway everyone is always unfriendly and acts like they hate life. They never try to sell you anything. I have always been in sales and customer service and this is a very poor store when it comes to customer service.

Worst experience i have ever had. the phone came refused to let me activate it then customer service was a nightmare they didnt know how to fix it so they all the sudden couldnt hear me and had to disconnect the line this is after over an hour the store said i had to come in. theres no point in ordering online if i have to go in. boost is ran by sprint. will never touch either ever again.

The lady from the store helped us a lot, she speaks Spanish better than me. I thought I was just going to buy a phone because mine broke down the last one I bought three phones for my daughters and mine and it cost me less than I thought I was going to spend in a fore and screen protector my experience It was perfect I liked it so much that it speaks my language and I wait for the next month to return with Talina, thank you so much, Boost Mobile and more than that, thanks so much to Talina
