I went to T-Mobile because they were my phone provider to see if they can install glass screen protector on my new phone they refuse to do it. So I went to uBreakiFix since it was close by. Don help me out and install it they thanks again Don really appreciate it.

They have had my phone for almost 3 weeks to replace the battery. Zero responses to emails, timely updates, or any offered solutions. We will be going to the store in person to pick up my phone and take it elsewhere in town to have the Samsung S6 battery replaced, as it appears this is not something the techs at ubreakifix are capable of doing.

Just took my phone in today to get a piece of broken charger removed from the port. They did it in 5 minutes and it still works great! Super quick and nice guys

My phone wouldnt take a charge and I thought I would have to be without it a couple days which is unacceptable. Took to in and had it back in 60 seconds no charge. Honesty is a dying trait but not at this business. Thank you very much 😊

Yeah! Everything Mae said... Cause i do Rule! I Turned her onto these guys sense they helped me before. I keep their cards on my counter for customers with broken Phones. Funniest part they didnt fix a phone for me. They fixed my bike, you see my bike chain got all messed up and i was already late for work. One of those ubreakifix guys i think is name was Kota, or Dekota or something but he was nice enough to come out and help me fix my chain. Said they usually dont work on bikes so hes not gonna charge me. He got it stable enough to get me to work had to get the gear replaced, but eh thats. what i get for taking it off some sweet jumps. 10/10 would totally break my bike again... then ask Kota for some help if I break down outside his shop again T.T

My phone tanked, I guess the LCD glitched out on me. Called Verizon, they got me an immediate appointment to have it fixed. Took it in just before closing and my phone was ready the next morning. I had made mention I had a new screen protector I had been meaning to put on so they did it for me.Everything was smooth and professional.

Had some horrible charging port issues with my iPhone 10 Max.... I had some co-workers tell me about this place and boy am I glad they did. I spoke with Mike on the phone, who was very polite, knowledgeable, and welcomed me over to come check out my phone.I was greeted by Dakota who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable. Very bad service. I left my laptop checked by them, then afterwards I found my keyboard and screen are lose, and I can see the obvious screw driver mark on the side of my laptop. Be careful if you decide to leave your stuff in their store.

The screen on my phone was shattered and needed to be replaced. This company gave me the different options and prices and had it repaired in 90 minutes. I was extremely pleased with their employee and work and I highly recommend them.

Took my iPhone 10 to repair the charging port. They kept my phone overnight and did irreversible damage to it when I picked it up. With their repair, my iPhone cant stay on for more than 30 seconds and its extremely laggy. What was a 120 dollar repair turned to 1200 dollars since my only option was to buy a brand new phone. They gave me a refund but I do not ever plan on returning. Do not suggest to anyone with iPhones

This is the place that Samsung makes you go they try to overcharge more than Samsung tells you when you think your phones going to be ready they dont call you you have to call them and then even then they go oh well we needed this from you and youre thinking you couldnt have called me two three hours ago to ask for that and if I didnt call to check up on you guys this wouldnt even be done yet I have never met one person yet that really likes this place

I brought my daughters iPhone in today because the tip of the charging cable broke off and got stuck in her phone. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and immediately took the phone to the back. In five minutes, he was able to remove the broken piece of cable from her phone without damaging the jack. When I asked what I owed for the work, he said nothing. I couldnt believe it. I highly recommend this company as their customer service is phenomenal.

I am so impressed with uBreakIFix. I went in yesterday, believing that I needed to replace the battery on my iPhone. After the phone was inspected, I was told that the battery was fine, that all I needed was a reboot, and that I should get at least another year out of the battery I had. Walked in with a broken charge port or so I thought. Was greeted by this guy i think his name was Barrett or Garrett, but ether way he was a very calm and nice individual. Told him my problem he wasnt too sure what could cause that so he grab another tech I think his name was Dakota. They both looked over the device and from there they noticed there was something inside.Using one of those doctor ear scope thingies they spotted a strange fuzzy creature. Couldve sworn it was a Tribble, (star trek fuzzy ball creature). After a good amount of scraping they got this fuzzy mass of hate out of my power port, and before I knew it the familiar bading of the charger taking and supplying power to my beloved device.Just like the sound of the Enterprises warp engines starting up after hasty repairs brought a sigh or relief to captain Picard. The same was of me after that sound. Couldnt be more happy. Than after words to boot they didnt charge me! They couldve easily spun a yarn like Guiliman writting the Codex Astarties and passed it off as gospel before charging me 60 and I wouldve paid. But they didnt they just asked for some feed back.Unlike Obi-Wan to the storm troopers, these are the techs you are looking for, for quality service.

I will be taking every device I own to this store from now on. The two gentlemen who helped me were so incredibly amazing. Dakota and Jeremiah were able to fix my phone quickly and it came back to me looking better than it had before.I thought my phone was a goner. I had it on top of my car when I was buckling in the little one and when I started my car it fell off. Once I realized that I had left it it was to late and I had backed over it.The screen was falling out of the device and thought that it wouldnt be able to be fixed.By the means of some magic Dakota and Jeremiah were able to fix the device for me in just about 3 hours. They were also kind enough to walk me though the different options I had and there whole process for testing and fixing the device. They answered every question I had and were very nice. They even explained the difference between there standard screens they had for my phone and the select screen . The difference of which if anyone didnt know is that the select screens are more affordable but are not as good quality and have a higher chance of breaking. Or at least thats how those nice boys explained it to me.If only I had the option to give them more than 5 stars I would. But this location will be having my business for as long as I have stuff to bring them. And I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Caitlin at uBreakiFix has been excellent. I stopped by to inquire about device protection, as I am worried constantly about my laptop or phone breaking unexpectedly (which has happened in the past!) Caitlin calmed my fears and let me know there are many options available, such as all inclusive device protection for just $25/month. I sprung for that option immediately as I knew I needed to be protected in case something went wrong! No regrets. Highly recommend them.

Leo performed an in depth diagnosis and determined my LG G7 phone was a good candidate for screen replacement. Gave me a very reasonable fixed quote.Special parts arrived a few days later and I was notified promptly. Dakota was the tech and did an excellent same day repair. My repaired phone is as good as new!

Came in and mentioned my charge port wasnt charging, within minutes they had it back charging fine. Something about pocket lint in the charging port or something. Couldve been sand maybe my kid did bury my phone in the sand a week ago. Couldnt be happier to have these guys in my town.

So grateful they’re open during the health crisis; I teach and need my phone—which I’ve never broken before in my life, so coming to a place like this was new to me. This location only lets one person in the store at a time for distancing purposes, they sanitize everything, and they wear masks. They also can give a teacher discount. I got the blue light of death on my PS4, and I already knew that there would be a high chance of it being unfixable. I took it in, they called me after looking at it and explained in detail what was wrong with it (which I highly appreciate!) and asked if I wanted them to proceed to try and fix it. I was told it would be $100 but there’s a chance it may not work. Later they told me the unfortunate news that my PS4 was unsaveable (pretty much that trying to fix it would end up costing more than a brand new PS4), and ended up not charging me anything since they could not fix it. They’re super nice, and I appreciate them trying to fix it! Highly recommend!

Don’t take your phone to the store to get fixed because first of all it’s very expensive second of all day do a very poor job I took my iPhone 11 to the shop and they fix it they fix it improperly so my phone screen broke again and when I called asking them if they could do anything about it they said that I have to still pay full amount for the repair even though it was due to their improper work that my phone screen got broken again ! they charge 180 for just screen replacement.

I have unfortunately broken many phone screen and other parts between myself my wife and my kids but these guys have always taken good care of me! Dakota is especially friendly knowledgeable and helpful but the whole staff is great the service is quick and they are quite knowledgeable

I broke my google pixel 2 last night. And let me tell you I had a total mental breakdown about it. I made an appointment online then came in close to when they opened. Theodore helped me promptly, he was super informative and friendly. They checked to see if they had the correct parts to fix my phone, and luckily they did! Theodore gave me a quote and told me it would be 2-3 hours until they had it fixed. He called me maybe an hour or hour and a half later and told me it was done. When I got there they ran a full diagnostics and let me know about their warranty policy. I paid and got my phone back. So easy!

Very honest with expectations and accurate with the time estimates given.I had a cracked screen which exposed the fwd camera lens. After repairs i checked the selfie mode and saw a small blotch which was fixed immediately.I called around and found the best price here.Id go back if I had to and recommend it to friends.Phone seems like new again.

I had a crack in my phone, and was worried (based on what I had read) that it would cost quite a bit to fix. I told him this and he said not to worry, that the repair in question would only be around $30. He had a lot of integrity. Then I asked how long the repair would take, and he said he could stop what he was working on currently and have me fixed up in a manner of minutes, while I waited.Great service, a knowledgeable and personable technician, a very clean and attractive store--overall a great experience. I used to work for a major firm that studied customer satisfaction (J.D. Power and Associates), so I am very attentive to the customer experience. Id rate this ubreakiFix store at 100% satisfaction, relative to my own experience.

I went in for an update because my Galaxy note 10 plus stopped taking over the air updates. The guy behind the counter did not listen to what I was saying. I have 2 Note 10’s one is on one UI 2.1 and the other is on 2.0. I needed it to go from 2.0 to 2.1 so both phones would be on the same OS. They called me and asked what version my other phone was one. If they were listening I had already told them. So I went and picked up the phone and had to ship it to Samsung. They told my that 2.0 was the latest software. I showed them Samsung’s website that showed 2.1 was released 2 months prior. All they needed to do was call Samsung and get their computer updated. Instead I got sorry we can’t update your phone.
