When I walked into the store with some unusual questions, a professional called Kyle was able to take care of me immediately. He not only answered my questions clearly, but also offered very useful information about which I hadnt even thought to ask. He also gave me a clear view of the advantages and disadvantages of different options available, helping me make informed decisions. Thanks to Kyle, the whole process was easier and faster than I ever would have imagined it could be, and Im now happily using my AT&T service.

I went knowing nothing about phones or plans and poorly described the money situation I was in. The workers at the time of working were fantastic. Going out of their way to try and find me deals after I exclaimed I didnt have money for THAT day. They were quick, friendly, and got me out fast without it feeling rushed. I’ve worked with Carter many times when he was in a different store and had the pleasure of working with him today. He is so patient and even-keeled. He’s organized and he can multitask. Always knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this store!I also worked with Josh recently and same goes - polite, patient and so helpful. These guys are so refreshing and the epitome of good service. This store is my new go-to!

I was very happy with the sales person Josh at the store and until today. He quoted me a discount he would have known I do not qualify for but, I did not. He quoted my monthly charge for 2 lines $100 less then the actual charge and added a hotspot which I did not ask for. I am a transfer from Verizon and to be honest if he was honest he may not have made the sale. The online customer service person was fantastic and did what they could but, my charge is still pretty much the same. Josh is great with sales for sure but, NOT with honesty :(10/21/2021 UPDATE- The manager of the store contacted us right away after the above review was seen by the store and he sorted out our issues! So, a bad start ended with excellent results and we are pleased with our results! THANK YOU~

We went in to the AT&T store (ME Mall) to get info on upgrading our phones and adding a third line. Carter was SO knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions he blew us away. He showed care and concern and took the time to walk us through everything. We left to discuss and think about it and returned the next evening to set it all up. Thank you Carter. You blew away your competitors and AT&T, Carter is one of your most valuable employees. Hang into him!

I cant say enough fabulous things about my visit to the Maine Mall AT&T store yesterday. I was waited on by Dee, one of the store managers. He remembered me from five years ago which was the last time he waited on me. He was professional, extremely patient, and unbelievably empathetic to the frustration of having to replace a phone that isnt 5g enabled. There arent superlatives that adequately describe the incredible level of customer service that I received. AT&T is lucky to have someone of Dees caliber managing the Maine Mall AT&T store.

Staff was nice, but when I got my new phone I had them put on a screen protector. Two days later the screen was cracked on the edge and when I brought it in to ask them about it they said that they had put on the wrong screen protector (my screen has the round edges) and that they shouldnt have put that one on, but that was all they had in stock at the time. All they offered me was to replace the screen protector with the SAME ONE THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT WAS WRONG FOR THE PHONE. I cant make this up. I couldnt believe it. Youre better off going to bestbuy around the corner of that store.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. The customer service here is appalling. I have never been treated more rudely. The staff member Stephen was short with me when I asked any questions, disrespectful and condescending. I will not be returning and plan to switch carriers after being with AT&T for almost 20 years. Not sure how someone so angry can work in customer service. Unacceptable behavior. Avoid this store at all costs.

I’ve had an on going problem with my phone for the past year. No amount of calls to AT&T or apple could figure it out could trouble shoot the issue. The phone would work, then it wouldn’t. This pattern lasted for a year. I finally broke down and bought a new phone yesterday. The same thing was happening on the brand new phone!! At this point I was starting to lose my mind. So today I went into AT&T and spoke with a representative Josh at the Maine Mall location. I told him what had been happening in a few short words. In about 15 minutes of critical thinking he was able to get to the source of all my phone issues. He tracked it to an application I was using on my phone. Upon deleting the application my phone is working as it should be! Thanks to Josh using his mind and not just going through a protocol for your customers I am able to keep my same phone number, keep the same plan and continue service with AT&T.

Visited the AT&T store located at the Maine Mall. I was having mechanical issues with my older IPhone. The service, attention, professionalism and knowledge exhibited by Matt and Kyle was refreshing and appreciated. I left the store with a new IPhone 11. I highly recommend visiting this store if you’re contemplating a purchase, upgrade or new service. Tons of options and accessories to consider. Also, store was very safe and sanitary with all staff practicing proper COVID-19 protocols. Thank you, again for a great experience.

Walked in with a bunch of questions at 5:58 on a Sunday, two minutes from close (I know, Im sorry), but Josh Gagne helped us work through our questions in less than 10 minutes. We were frustrated from having dealt with a lot of incompetant help elsewhere at other phone stores, but Josh helped us regardless of the time and probably would have stayed there answering questions for us all night if we had asked. We told him we would be back the next day, and he made sure to make time to see us that day quickly and helped me switch over to AT&T on 2 new lines. It was a great experience and frankly, a breath of fresh air when it came to customer service. Thank you Josh!

To add -- my wife and I recently upgraded our iPhones, and also got a new iPad. On our first visit to the store, Josh was very helpful in explaining pricing and such. I had to re-visit the store last Friday (1/8) because I had some problems with getting everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. This time Dara, the Assistant Manager, assisted me. He was also very, very good. He got my phone set up the way I wanted it, and also activated and set up the new iPad. Thanks to both of them!

I can’t say enough good things about the outstanding service I received from Josh . He was the most helpful person I believe I’ve ever encountered . He is a relationship builder. He will be my to go person in the future .He is. Wry patient and kind and without him my phone couldn’t be backed up . The employees of these stores and their support are so dis-empowered by the organization that they are unable to give customers any satisfaction or results when things go wrong. Over 100 hours on the phone with the company to try to resolve an issue they caused. They are charging me 850 for a phone that I returned because it stopped being supported and still are charging me monthly for it. They should be getting sued left and right for this, it appears to be happening all over the place and they just run people around. Do not get involved with this company.

My father purchased a phone at this ATT store and the sales rep he dealt with added $20/mo in insurance and early upgrade fees on a $400 phone, without asking or informing him. If you upgrade your phone here be sure to check your monthly statement.

I was satisfied with my visit. However, a friend of mine happened to go to this store shortly after I picked up my new iPhone. She needed information about her account, so they wrote the information she needed on a scrap piece of paper. Well this scrap paper had ALL of my personal information including my HOME ADDRESS!!! I do not know how I got so lucky to have the person who got this be a close friend. What if this got into the hands of the wrong individual... I have no words on how careless this is.

One step above a shoddy used car dealership. Only dealt with one person who would give me the time of day. Everyone else just wanted to go home. Dont go there without someone you know who has good negotiation skills, a willingness to hold their ground, and isnt afraid to walk out the door if they dont get what they want. Its the difference between paying $1,000 for a phone and getting it for free. They will nickel and dime you if you let them. They are top 5 when it comes to horrible customer service. Lies, empty promises, the phone support / online support cant communicate with the retail stores. Right... get anything you are told in writing, be organized, dont let them rake you over the coals.

Super helpful, patient, and got us the best plan with all the discounts we could qualify for. Made the long process worth it!

Customer service is an essential piece to a store like this. This store is very much lacking in quality for sure. I asked the employee for some assistance who did begrudgingly help me, given after repeating myself. They seemed uninterested and then when I did find out they had what I wanted, I was told there were 3-4 people ahead of me and it would be 30 minutes. There were about 3 employees working, I wanted to buy a phone, there were 3-4 people ahead of me.... do the the math, that is FAR too slow.I went to the other AT&T store, which was busier actually, and received quick and polite service and was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Friendly staff. They had answers to all my questions.The only problem was when I went and bought my new S9+ they didnt mention the glass screen protector causing issues with the sensitivity. Making it hard to type - you had to press really hard to type. I went back to tell the guy I didnt like it and he said oh yeah, its just the glass protector causing the issue.I got sick of it. Went back next day and tried to return it. Just for the gentlemen to adjust the screen sensitivity for it to type normally. That fixed the problem.Why couldnt the first or second guy I dealt with tell me this?

I was misled into a device buyback program at this location. I was offered $200.00 for my old device. I was told that I would be able to start a new AT&T Next account, pay the next account off, and then transfer my phone# to my parents line, who live in a separate state. I was also informed that this was the only way to get my new phone on their line as I could not be at the same AT&T store as my parents (the account holders). The sales rep also informed me that it would take up to 6 MONTHS! for the credit to come in, and that part of my credit would be used to pay the month or so that I kept my line separate from my parents.Now when I havent received any sort of communication since and I go to this AT&T store they claim they cant see my invoice because the deal happened more than 60 days ago. They direct me to customer care, who elevate me to the device buyback reps, who are absolutely clueless and uneducated, and they transfer me to some online sales rep, who is even more clueless, and he directs me back to this store full of idiots.F++++ AT&T, thanks for the headache and for stealing my old phone

I am a brand new customer to AT&T I went to the store and spoke with a representative named John who is very misleading and lied to us about numerous details of our contract had us sign up for DIRECTV NOW which we did not even need and now I cannot even activate my brand new iPhone XR without a $400 deposit because he failed to do his job correctly and now they want us to pay the price for it I would not recommend this store or any of its representatives to any friends or family or anyone that does not want to get shafted.

If I could give this store negative stars I honestly would. YOU WILL LEAVE THIS STORE FEELING ROBBED AND HELPLESS. PSA THERE IS A 50 FEE IF YOU ARE RETURNING A PHONE. And after they told me there would be a 50 dollar fee and I needed to give another credit card and pay additipnalnloney to return it... he told me I wasnt an authorized user to my account, handed me the phone back and said my parents needed to return it.
