I live in Lewiston and this Sprint location is the closest to me. I was not looking forward to the long trip, in all honesty, and was prepared for a generally stressful experience given past reviews on Google. I approached the counter and was helped right away by Daniel P. He listened to my situation and was very patient with me while we got all of the details sorted out. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to switch service fully to Sprint and activate my new phone. I am so thankful for his knowledge and assistance!
The quality of these sprint reps goes beyond satisfaction. These employees will treat you with the utmost respect, they will help you to the best of their ability with whatever problem you have and they will do it with a smile on their face. If you care about the service you receive from your carrier then I fully suggest coming to this location, you will not be dissapointed.
Mary was wonderful and helpful and patient. However, she was clearly in training, and there were three gentlemen putzing around with inventory instead of being willing to help her help me! Any time she would ask a question, it was like pulling teeth to get assistance from the gentleman who was clearly her trainer (Dan). At one point, we were at a 10 minute standstill because she needed help moving forward with my phone startup, and he just kept shirking her off.Ive managed, Ive trained. This is not how you do it. Show some empathy, remember that you had to learn all this at one point in time. Be patient and helpful. Mary was very apologetic for how long I had to wait. I wouldnt have had to wait if someone else, ANY of the other three workers there, had stepped in and helped.My five stars are for Mary!! Thank you, Mary!
I live in Northern Maine and called about interest in switching. I had already called corporate and checked maps and it appeared that I would have have coverage. I actually have a transcript printed out where the service rep guaranteed I would have coverage. The store rep fessed up and informed me I would not have good coverage. I really appreciate the honesty here, and they’ll have my business some day when their reception up here improves.Thanks for the honesty!
The sales GIRL was just really rude and even lied to me. After transferring my number to an iPhone she said that the contacts in the Android phone could not be transferred to the iPhone they arent compatible. Sprint customer service is terrible
Do not use the sprint kiosk in the Maine mall!! Nate the manager of the store is full of lies and tells you something and then when you get your bill won’t help and honor what he told you the price would be. I’ve been chasing this down all week long and Nate has not called me back with answers. Terrible service on his behalf!!! Use the local store. Not the kiosk. He has no authority even being a manager!
I had to return my 4 phones because the service was horrible. The employee, Zach was great, and he had the assistant manager on the phone to help him. but my phones never got forwarded to sprint, I then received a bill for just over $2000. Fighting them now.
I signed up with Sprint in April 2017. When I signed up I was told two of the phones and the tablet I was getting would be free due to a promotion that was running at the time. I was also told, in writing, that I would be given a refund for the cell phone I turned in AND a buy out refund for the remainder of my AT&T contract. It is now 4 months later, I have not received ANY refunds for the phone or the contract buy out and I am being charged for both phone lines and the tablet. After 3 months of multiple people at the mall store AND Sprints customer service telling me I did qualify for all of the above and the issue would be corrected, I am now being told I missed the deadline for the promotion and because I never returned their ONE phone call (which was never made to any of my phone lines) telling me there was an issue with the refund, I of course have now missed the window for the buy out. Take your business elsewhere. They are nothing but THIEVES!
They replaced my Otter Box case for my S10e(within 14 day return policy) with no hassle at all. When a kid at Best Buy broke it while putting on a screen protector
My bill has been wrong since getting an account with sprint and no one seems to have any answers. The customer service is inadequate at the store and on the phone.
These guys helped us set up our Sprint phone when tech support by phone could not. They even found a SIM card that worked when the cards in the kit they sell did not. Thank you Dan and company!!!
