Id really like to thank Ryan for all of his help with not only switching my phone over to a new one, but also helping my husband unlock my phone when I accidentally locked myself out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tomi helped execute my order quickly and efficiently while Miranda and Ryan kept me entertained. All in all was an amazing experience and I would suggest any of those associates to work with.

I dont care about anything, they will do whatever to sell you a sim card even lie.

Tried calling ahead. No one bothered to answer the phone even after 10 minutes. Just rang and rang. Made an appointment online and requested they call me to verify product in the store so I wouldnt waste a trip. They didnt call. They stated when I got there that they dont have that product in the store any longer and they dont get the appointment notifications. So dont bother making appointments online as it is a useless rouse. They need more in store help!!! The one guy was very friendly though.

Tomi is the best, they helped me with a trade in and getting a new iphone so efficiently. I really appreciated their help!!!

Staff are dishonest and claiming non-existing promotions to get the deal, the manager knows what they are doing and just let it go, worst tmobile store ever

Had a great experience with Josh. This was after a pretty bad experience the night before with Kyle. Why Josh isnt managing this location is beyond me. He is knowledgeable and very friendly. He should write the guide for this third party reseller to train all there employees on how to act and treat customers. He single handedly saved me as a customer and secured me bringing my other lines over from Att. Would recommend dealing with Josh exclusively if you go there until he is promoted to a role where he can vouch for the quality of people working there.Thanks again.

I had great service a couple of months ago, Caleb helped me with an order that customer service had messed up but couldnt fix on the phone so I needed to get local in person help.Then two weeks ago T-Mobile had a new Veterans program that was fantastic (unlimited data and FREE Netflix Premium and other stuff that made it logical to switch, we have had T-Mobile for about 15 years with a great plan but this was even better) but customer service messed up all my info so I needed to go to the Maine Mall location to get it all (and I mean ALL) corrected.Deagle got on the phone and quickly fixed this mess. Great kid, knows his stuff and has excellent customer service. Good job!. Thank you.Update: so for some reason T-Mobile sent a signal extender to us (un-requested) and then charged us 300 bucks. Thank you Chris B for all your help and getting that all straightened out for us. Another good rep.

The service is very good

I was shopping for a cell phone company that has coverage around my work area (Central Maine). I was told by the guys in the T-mobile shop in the mall that the only way to try out their service was to start the service. My bill would be prorated.Boy,did I get scammed because I cancelled after 5 days and now I am told that I would be charged for the whole month. (the promise to prorate was verified before and after I cancelled)I think this is very short sighted because there is such a bad taste in my mouth for T-mobile. I will be sure to steer away any people/co-workers who are reconsidering T-Mobile and I willl never, ever do business with you again.

Worse customer service ever! We visited the Auburn store in sept.snd they sold us a senior plan and phones were buy one and 1st second free with online rebate that I filled out.We had no service in our area.It was so bad I had a troubleshooter from t mobile tell me to go back to us received a bill from t mobile for 2 phones charged.I had to make 4 calls with different reasons each time.On the 5th call I spoke with a supervisor who was arrogant to say the least.Do not go with tmobile!!!!

Worst phone company to exist dont ever go into business with this company, their nothing but scam artist who charge you more for the same service you can get somewhere else cheaper. Wait times are crazy to talk to a live person and 95% of the time they couldnt help me unlock my PAID iPhone ?

Was very dissatisfied with service, incorrect information, wait time, they didnt transfer information to new devices purchased in store, and length of time to process. Had to travel to this store from Waterville, Maine cuz it the closest to my home. But we had to do it twice because we were giving insufficient service and information! Will not shop here again!

Got here at 5:30 and the store was already closed!!!
