First time in the store and last to leave . that I forgot my receipt in it. Good customer service was provided the entire time. Definitely I will return in the near future.
They are all super friendly and very helpful! When I go in they always greet you with a smile and where Ive been with them for a while now they ask me how I am and truly try to build bond with their customers keep it up team maine mall!

I pay insurance on my phone and Ive been dealing with us cellular for 4 days on getting my phone replaced and I still dont have a phone or have made any progress as US cellular isnt working with their three party insurance company leaving their customers frustrated and annoyed and phone less for numerous days. Extremely frustrated !
