I much appreciate this local shop connecting me to U.S. Cellular. Greg, the store owner, is often on hand, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and doesnt mind going the extra mile to assist customers. Im grateful he spent the time to help me set up/transfer phone service and all of my apps from a phone I purchased at the store to one that I received through a Asurion as an insurance claim. Although Asurion sends instructions on how to do this from home, I ran into some difficulties and Greg was fantastic about taking the time to go through those with me and ensuring a smooth transition from one phone to the next. This is especially appreciated As I am not particularly Tech savvy.

Hats off to the young representative who got me my new phone. In this day and age I cannot stress enough how nice it is to be served by someone who is friendly, courteous and obviously enjoys what they do. Especially when dealing with generally impatient, busy and Non Tech-Savy customers such as myself!
Been with US Cellular for over 10 years. Never in all that time have I found such good customer service as at this location over the past year and a half. No problems at all since we started coming here!
