Dr Rudolfer was AWESOME. Although she was busy and the office was short staffed at the time, I didn’t feel rushed and she took extra time to explain everything clearly to me. I would HIGHLY recommend her to friends/family.

Not sure which associate I interacted with but I needed my screw to be put back into my glasses & he fixed it for free. Amazing service, highly recommend this spot!

I’ve just started coming here instead of MyEyeDr because it seemed like they were more affordable over the phone - not only did they hit me with twice as much in fees as they said it would cost but now I need replacement contacts. They said I could pay upon pick up of the ordered contacts and get a sample pack to hold me over. I arrive and I’m told I can’t get the sample pack until I place the order so needless to say after the only two experiences I’ve had here I will be switching back to MyEyeDr.

Nice clean store with friendly and professional staff. Got me in right away and filed my insurance. My optometrist was a really nice lady. I barely had a wait. I was able to get the perfect pair of glasses for me and Im super happy with them. They were ready in a week which was way earlier than promised. Thanks!

I thought the fact that youre asked for all of your new patient information upfront and given an opportunity to load your proof of insurance was convenient. However, upon speaking with the employees I felt dismissed and that what I had to say was unimportant. They constantly cut you off and get snippy when asked questions that you dont know the answers to. Im happy Ive never spent my money here. Youve definitely lost a lifetime customer.

I purchased glasses less than a month ago from vision work, a part fell off the frame, which I wasn’t aware of until my glasses started to fit strange. I went for repairs and their reply was they couldn’t fix them because the part was missing . Didn’t offer to send off for the part and send the frame back to replace the part. I do not recommend this place.

Everyone was friendly and the process was smooth. While waiting, I was able to look at frames. The optometrist did everything to ensure that she was giving me the right prescription, especially since I have not had an eye exam in about 3 years prior to this appointment. I am waiting for my frames to be finished and ready for pick up, and will update my review afterwards.Edit: I picked up my glasses today and they are beautiful! After some adjustments done by William Walker, they fit just right! He made sure I didnt leave with crooked frames. They are exactly what I needed and make seeing things at a distance much easier. Thank you!

They only get 1 star because its not possible to give zero stars. I ordered frames and lenses here. After insurance, paid a fair deal out of pocket for warranty, difference between insurance allowance and cost, etc. Informed them that I drive CDL and need my glasses to drive, therefore work. Was told 7-10 days for them to be ready. Nearly 2 weeks later, no word. Called them and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on. Called back and was told Were working on it and will call you back soon. An hour later, right at closing time, I called back. I was them told that my frames had been broken and had to be reordered and new lenses made for them. When asked how long it would be, was told, We cant give a timeframe. It could be tomorrow or weeks.Take your money elsewhere. Businesses that operate like this need to close for others to realize that customers should be treated as an asset.

Best place hands down to get a pair of glasses. Having bad experience at other places in town, I was happy to find somewhere I can go from now on!

I would have liked to go here because the wait wasnt long, but I think I see why - the girl I spoke with was unbelievably rude. I was driving in heavy traffic trying to get off the phone and she takes 5 min for a confirmation. I told her Id be there, Id answered a text confirmation or email I couldnt remember. I explained I was in heavy traffic and needed to go. She proceeds to call me back and give me the longest COVID debrief Ive ever had...weve all been dealing with this for months lady, that wZ entirely unnecessary. She then continued to give me the 9th degree on filling out my paperwork ahead of time, cancellation fees, etc. Im cancelling, and report it to collections if you want Joanne, honey. I believe that was her name. Also Im a local guide so you cant delete my review. Tough break. I called the manager or someone else yesterday who didnt even apologize despite me being clearly upset about it. I would have liked to come in but Ive been dreading seeing their sweetheart receptionist. Never met anyone like that, ever.

A month ago I bought glasses from this location & am not happy with the turnout. The frames were severely bent but instead of replacing them they keep trying to adjust them. After 3 separate trips they still don’t fit right & are still bent. The lenses are ok they seem too strong & are a little blurry. I can see better out of old frames even though I can’t see that well out of them.

Came here to get checked out after a recent bout of uveitis where just about every other doctor in Tallahassee failed to correctly diagnose it, and Ms. Rudolfer was absolutely fantastic! Helped me get healthy in no time, and rest of the team was very adept in getting me a pair of glasses I really liked. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants 1) an optometrist who really knows her stuff & 2) a staff who can get you looking great in no time at all!

Waited an hour and a half and never saw the doctor with Five people in the lobby. You tried my patience and you won. Waste of time no one even bothered to let me know what was going on for an hour and a half. I wouldnt recommend anyone to you! No consideration for peoples time.

Worst place to go to. I went there for the 1st time to get a eye exam and they changed up my prescription to 2 different vision and put me on one a day when I never in my life had 2 different vision not had one a day. They do this to make money off people! Place is total trash don’t go to them, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Bought my daughter glasses in February of 2017. This morning the leg came undone. I brought the frames back and Mr. Robbie found a brand new frame identical to the broken one, replaced the lenses and would not charge one penny. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I recommend you try their service!

Had a great experience here. Came in with a pair of almost destroyed glasses. I was greated at the door as soon as I came in. I showed them my glasses that were bent out of shape. They went above and beyond to not only bend them back but they fit better than when I got them new somewhere else. I will be going to Visionworks for my next pair! Thanks guys for all the help

These guys are terrible. No one greets you at all. I had my exam here and have purchased several pairs of glasses. The salesman couldnt have been more uninterested in helping me. I later called to get my information so as to order glasses online and when asking for my pupillary distance they told me We dont give out that information. Ive spent about $1000 here over the past few years but will not spend $1 more.

I purchased quality prescription sunglasses here, with the coatings recommended. Within two years, the coating was bubbling uniformly around the edges of both lenses and all around the middle. The lenses were defective. Ive had many pairs of prescription shades and never had this. I was told by Dennis, the manager in charge, that he guessed heat precipitated the damage and that it was my problem. I took good care of these and was shocked at the cold, blame-the-customer attitude of this place. Avoid it!

The first Dr. gave both my mom and I the wrong prescription, then when we went back to get it corrected, the second doctor was rude because we were taking up too much of her time apparently and she didn’t want to deal with us. She asked me to leave the room when I was waiting for my appt. Overall, awful experience and I will NOT be going here again.

This is good place, 10/10 would recommend.

I really dont like this place. The only saving grace there is the optometrist, Dr. Gold something. She is the only reason I even attempted to make a second visit only to be told they wont pull my insurance authorization just because I dont have the main policy holders ssn. But when I visited the first time the lady pulled it up without a problem. The main policy holder is my dad, he is super paranoid but Im in college and he is clear across the country and Ive never had a problem getting health services without his ssn. The first time I came they mistakenly charged me for the eye exam when it was supposed to be free and I had to wait days for the refund. Also I cant even use my full eye benefits here because of a glitch in their system. My dad told me to stop going here and now Im finally gonna listen to him, I hope that doctor changes offices.
