Very impressed. I took my Costas in to get my lenses replaced, in the process they broke one of my frames, without hesitation they had me pick out one of their Costa pairs without charge.They didn’t charge a dime. Great service.

I cant praise Ryan enough (at the Woodlands Lenscrafters). Id been having trouble reading and thought it was time for a new pair of glasses. My prescription had barely changed and my glasses are still in good shape. I have no insurance and Ryan was very considerate and sensitive to the financial impact of replacing a pair of progressive lenses. He determined that the glasses need tightened and the fit adjusted. I was happily surprised to learn I could read clearly again.

I came to LensCrafters looking for a new pair of glasses not having any idea what style and look I was going for. They immediately welcomed me when I walked in and were so patient the whole time I was looking around. I tried on so many glasses. They have a great selection to choose from. When I was checking out, Ryan was very informative and friendly. I also had my three kids (under 4) with me and they did not mind them at all which is always a plus. Highly recommend this location.

I took my parents to LensCrafters in market street in The Woodlands to get them new glasses and this has by far been the best shopping experience ever! We were greeted by Angie as soon as we walked in and she was extremely helpful in explaining the benefits of all the lenses. My mom does a lot of arts and crafts so Angie recommended the Lens with the wider viewing channel and my mom absolutely loved them! Angie is a true asset to LensCrafters and when my husband and I are in need of our new glasses we already know who we are going to go see!

After not being able to get glasses for YEARS, I finally was able to get a pair at LensCrafters. They took amazing care of me, had great promotions and worked hard to make sure I had glasses I loved at a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning.

The optician apprentice Angie is so good I got there with 5 minutes to spare and she didnt even hint that she wanted to go home even though they were already closed. She had a good sense of humor, super attentive and empathetic and I just had a great experience.

It was a busy day but David took care of us for a quick fix on my glasses. We went back the next day to order another new glasses and he was very thorough and provided us various options as far as our budget range. Glasses are ordered! My whole family will come back here again next year!

I have been going to this Lenscrafters location for years. Although I do not live in The Woodlands, driving a couple extra minutes for the great customer service it totally worth it! The staff is both patient and attentive when you’re looking for the perfect pair of glasses.

I needed new glasses bad considering it had been about 4 years since I got my last set, I came in and was greeted immediately by Jay. Lens crafters service was amazing, I was greeted by the staff as soon as I stepped inside. David was very knowledgeable about the types of lenses and what would suit me best on my day to day. When I came to pick them up Michael adjusted them perfectly for me were they weren’t too tight for me but they wouldn’t slide down my nose. Amazing experience, highly recommend

They thoroughly explained my Superior vision plan and my wife and I were able to get an Oakley pair for me and a Gucci pair for her with less spent than we expected. The service is top notch! Im pretty accident-prone and I accidentally sat on my sunglasses and I needed to drive with them but they were super crooked. She took the time to listen and heard my concerns and already had new lenses on their way before I even had to ask if they could be replaced. Awesome experience - their optician saved my FAV glasses which had been mangled after they fell off my head into the trunk as hubs was dropping luggage into it… SMOOSHING my glasses!! But - their optician was able to fix what I thought was going in the bin.And he also fixed my backup pair… all in ~10 mins and never once asked my name to look me up to see if these were their glasses or if they were prescription or if I was even a customer (I am a repeat customer and they were prescription).

Our first time going to a LensCrafters. Last year went to a Pearle Vision....bad experience. Went to a TSO in east Tx on 5-1-2021. Lots of hidden charges with them.
