My visit there to get my eyes checked made for a great Day. First Jasmine checked me in and was very patient. Jasmine did a pre-exam and she was very knowledgeable in what she was doing again she was very polite. then the Optometrist Pham did a full eye exam and gave me a great deal of information I needed to know. I could tell Optometrist Pham knew her job and enjoyed what she does as well as making sure I left there knowing what I need to know about the health of my eyes.Just after that, I went next door to the Walmart Vission Center, where I was assisted by a young lady named Lynne. She was so helpful and took the time and patients to make sure I understood my option and what would work best in my interest.What all these young women have in common. I’ve been purchasing prescription sunglasses from here for the last few years and have always been happy with the service and value. Where else can you get mirrored aviators for around a hundred dollars? Ms. Shirley is the best, but all the ladies that have helped me have been super sweet.
The team on the Walmart side is simply phenomenal! I had a tough experience with the doctor next door.The team at Walmart is knowledgeable, friendly, listen to questions, and are incredibly professional! I highly recommend getting your glasses here, prescription somewhere else.Shirley, Carol, and the rest of the team are the best around!
This has been a very bad experience today. After being told we could not enter when there is only one customer in the location. We have waited 45 minutes for service. The older woman told us she would follow us around the store to disinfect glasses. Instead of disinfecting each pair from the previous customer and after we tried on a pair. I give this store a 0 in customer service.
Ms. Lynn has been helping my autistic son for years. She is patient and extremely kind. She allows him to take his time in answering her questions and makes sure the fit is correct and comfortable. She is such a blessing for making what could be a difficult situation into one we look forward to each year. We drive out of our way now just to make sure and continue to use the vision center and say hello to Ms. Lynn.
I went there for a prescription for contacts. I was given a trial pair and was not warned that I had to return within 3 months to finalize the prescription. Once you get the eye exam you have a usable prescription right? Wrong. I spent over $130 on an eye exam and only got a trial pair out of it. When I came back to buy more contacts I was told to buzz off and they would make no concessions regarding a discount on another eye exam or anything to right the situation.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Vision Center opens at 10 am. I had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. When I arrived there were two other patients there but no Dr. At 10:30 the Dr. came waltzing in. She (dont know her name) and did not make eye contact nor acknowledge anyone was even there. She went into the quite messy and cluttered office area set her things down, did something on the computer & then headed into see the first patient. She walked right by me sitting next to the exam room door and again did not even acknowledge my existence. At that point I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment and that I was going somewhere else. No apology. No response. Went to Americas Best, was immediately greeted & taken care of.
Great customer service from Ms. Lynn . I brought in my broken glasses and she was so helpful and fixed them while I finished my grocery shopping. She also gave me a cloth case to put them in. She was very knowledgeable and helpful!! Thank you!!
I would give zero stars in possible. I was sent here from the Conroe location by a very helpful attendant. But here the older attendant was rude and tried to rush everyone out. Said If you dont know your provider then I cant help you. So do you want to procede or not?. it seemed like every customer was bothering her. Will definitely not come back here regardless if they have my contacts in stock. Waste of time.

Its been a months still no replacement lenses. Nikon lenses suck here will never buy them here again. I only had my lenses for a month and the Nikon film rubbed off my lenses.
