My family and I have been using this practice for 12 years. There are good doctors and the materials they use for the frames are excellent. Most of the staff is also welcoming. However in the last visit today the person who showed us frames for my teenage daughter was not welcoming at all. Her name is Adela. She didn’t take good my daughter’s hesitation in what to choose. After 15 minutes I didn’t like her demeanor neither her tone towards us. Considering the prices and their policies of +3.5% if you pay with credit card the least we could have is a little bit of time to choose a frame. This person’s lack of patience made us leave the place with no glasses ordered. On the other hand however, Allison was very helpful and she had great attitude towards us.Also, 6 months ago I had treatment for my dry eye. Dr. Jamie made me go every 2 weeks for months for treating the same conditions of dry eye as something serious. That made me pay hundreds of dollars with no need since is a very common condition. Her diagnose was confusing and even after 6 month my dry eye is still the same. The whole practice has the philosophy to get as much money from you as possible. If you don’t mind these points much is a good practice then.For us, we are planning to get a different practice.

What a fantastic experience compared to my last eye doctor. Latest high tech equipment, super friendly staff and my technician Hannah was extremely professional explaining machine by machine the tests being performed and then Dr. Romero just hit it out of the park. It had been a long time since I had gotten this kind of genuine care from a doctor. Dr. Romero explained what was going on with my eyes in a way that made my geeky engineer brain so happy. I didn’t have to spoon feed answers out of her like I normally need to with most doctors. I left today having learned more about my eyes and how important it is to protect them. I’m having to wear a mask in this eye care shop even though I’m fully vaccinated. Even when using all the eye machines, and the mask fogs up the place I’m supposed to be looking at.A bit behind the times??My true grievance is they say they are following CDC guidelines, which they clearly are not. They need to simply say this is their business’ choice to require it. That is more palatable.Optometrist was skilled and friendly, but hen I finally got to see her (after an hour wait).

Wonderful practice! All the staff is very friendly! Arleen was very helpful in the selection of new my glasses. I was very impressed with the way they clean and disinfect all the glasses. They have a machine that cleans all the glasses everyone tries on by UV! I felt very comfortable and safe trying on as many frames as I wanted knowing each is cleaned thoroughly after each person. The associates here are very nice and respectful, especially Ayana. She helped me choose eyeglass frames that fit my face. She offered and adjusted my daughter’s glasses without being asked. The facility was very clean and they were very conscious of everyone’s safety due to the pandemic. They explained everything that my insurance would and would not cover. I highly recommend.

The eye care team is very friendly and helpful. The eye doctor truly understands arthritis and the effects on the eyes. Ive anklosing spondylitis, an unusual type of arthritis. I was unaware of why at 39 years old my eye sight was going from clear to blurry multiple times a day. I was surprised by the simple solution, even doubtful but the eye drops in less than 24 hours has dramatically helped!!!! A whole year of the annoying problem and I even saw a specialist with no help. This doctor is truly amazing!!!!! Thanks.

Went to visit today as I had waited as long as I could due to concerns with the virus. The staff took every precaution (masks, thermometer, etc.) and the facilities and equipment were sanitized after every use. Felt very safe. My experience was great from start to finish! Everyone was kind & considerate, & the Dr was very informative about my eye health & what kind of lenses would best suit me with my job. The young lady who worked with me to find a pair of glasses had a tough job. I tried on A LOT of glasses & then literally took over another 15 minutes to decide between 2 pair. She never made me feel pressured to hurry up & decide, she was great! Definitely a great place to go for your eye care needs!

Very disappointing visit. After more than 10 years being serviced by Dr. Valerie, she came unhinged today when I informed her that my wife was Covid-19 positive, but I have tested negative several times via various tests. In addition, I told her that I have quarantined for over 14 days. As a matter of fact, CDC guidelines state that you don’t have to quarantine after 10 days. Personally, I felt like I was treated like a person with a plague! Maybe, Dr. Valerie picked the wrong career.She even asked me that I wait another week before coming back to the clinic plus she asked me to provide her with the PCR results.So, to see her I have to get a specific test (not required by CDC), wait another seven days to satisfy her concerns regardless of my need (not required by CDC) and submit them in writing as proof because my word does not count!Thank you for showing us your true colors! My words = 28 years of service to the USArmy and retired as LTC! Your unhinged behavior resulted in three patients walking away from your business! Have an awesome 2021!

Horrible doctors and staff. I had to come here FIVE times and they were still unable to provide a correct prescription. I returned my useless glasses and was still out of pocket $60. They argued with me, blamed me for their incompetence and were straight up rude saying I didn’t try to make it work. I came to your office FIVE times to try and make this work. There was no reason to be so rude, I just wanted a refund for improper service.

1st time patient. Very friendly staff and very efficient. New patient forms are online which eliminates any filling out forms in the waiting area. Very nice, clean and modern facility. I would highly recommend this office for any of your eye care needs.
