Very happy with our remote purchase of a 2018 Jeep Renegade. After seeing the car on GarGurus, I called, and Albert, the salesman was awesome. As I wasnt going to drive 3 hours to get to the Georgia sales lot, I was a little nervous about buying a car online. Albert was very patient and understanding. He even sent me his own video of the car. No haggling over the price. And, it was delivered the very next morning to our home in Florida. An easy-peasy experience, made even easier because of Albert.

The folks here are really exceptional. Dallas sold me a car and went out of his way to adjust to my unusual circumstances and made my experience buying a car really smooth and pleasant. I moved across the country a couple of days after buying the car and then had some trouble on my end with the paperwork. Dallas worked with me remotely to fix the issue over several days and went out of his way to be helpful and work with me even though the issue was my fault. I cant say good enough things about my experience every step of the way!

At first I was a little weary about looking at budget car sales. But then I got a great sales man. Jordan Weeks helped me he made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything that I needed to know. (I’m 19 trying to buy my first car) he told everything to me straight up and was very nice. If you go to budget differently ask for Jordan Weeks!!

After shopping at five different dealerships in Atlanta and being given incomplete information and being treated rude by sales people budget car sales of Tifton was a nice refresher. I dealt with a man named Dana and he provided accurate information got back to me right away with phone calls and made the transaction very smooth I can recommend them highly and I would deal with them again. He was also knowledgeable I had a good experience all the way around!

No car salesman was not helpful

I had a great experience at first. I later found out my dealer Daryl Phillips wasnt honest with me. He lied about my truck payoff being in 48 payments. He also lied on my odometer reading reducing it by a thousand miles so my warranty would run out quicker. When the Finance company contacted me this week they stated I had 60 payments. Moving my total up to over $27000 when the paper I viewed and signed stated $21899. Plus he never gave me a copy of the buyers deal agreement contract. I stated I wanted a copy but he falled to place it in my envelope. Therefore, I believe he changed my contract without my consent. He also tried to talk me into lying to the Finance company so I could get a better deal. I didnt lie. I told him I wasnt going to lie; just to get a vehicle. If you buy from here BEWARE of DARYL PHILLIPS... I will be reporting him to the BBB.

Where to begin, first of all the sales team was ok, but that’s where the positive ends. I was sold a truck that could not be registered in my state because the dealership didn’t have the correct paperwork from the auction. They would dodge calls and not return calls. I ended up having a friend find the correct paperwork from the auction house. The dealership did not pay the state taxes even though they told me they would. Then I was lied to about the miles on the vehicle. There was a discrepancy with the odometer. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have an issue with one of my doors not locking properly and the key fob isnt working correctly but they are taking care of it for me with no problems at all. The gentleman wouldn’t sell to me. He asked me if I had enough money to test drive a vehicle. I tried to start negotiations at 2 grand less then asking price, the guy left me in his office for 45 minutes then didn’t come back with anything. They are such a joke.

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ONE CENT OF YOUR MONEY! THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR! ZERO!!! SORRY REJECTS!I drove to the dealership on Saturday. I sat in my car for about 5 minutes before getting out of my car. I did not know closing was at 5pm. At 4:54. The guy locked the door and everyone (I counted 3 men) walked out the back door. They did not acknowledge me or my friend as we were out on the lot looking. The guys got in their cars and drove away. No one even approached us to say we are closed but here is my card! No worries, I went right down the street to a REAL Jeep dealership and found a car for my son! Worst customer service ever!

Signed a contract for a certain price and interest rate, shook hands took a picture and took the car home. Monday they were calling saying they needed us to come back up there they could make us a better deal. They were really trying to raise payments and interest rate because they made an error. Had a very hard time getting any information out of the salesperson, not to mention we told him we had a solid budget to work with he automatically tried to put us about 5000 over that. We ended up getting the one we originally asked about that he told us would be way more expensive, which it wasnt, it was exactly our price range. Very unprofessional business from my experience.

They are very nice and helpful until you get the car. The representative Mario told us that the first month was free and when we went to make the payment we found out that we were behind a month. Then Mario tries to act like he doesnt whats going on. If you choose to use this car lot please dont choose Mario as your salesman

I bought a truck from them on September 25th. It was a 2016 f-150. They had the “better deal” than the other dealership so I did business with them. I negotiated a leveling kit in with the deal.The communication was great until the deal was done and then they vanished. It took over three weeks for the leveling kit to show up. The salesman I dealt with was named JW. I had to call them EVERY time to get an update. Literally every single time. When I called them out about the leveling kit not being ordered after two weeks of no new updates they hung up in my face. I don’t care what you order or where it comes from. Two weeks is plenty of time.Leveling finally comes in (I had to call to find that out) I schedule a day to go over there. I take off from work to get there in time for them to install this leveling kit. Their shop closes at 5pm and I arrived at 2:15pmThe rear view mirror was also very lose since day one. I pointed it out during the test drive and he assured me that was an easy fix. When I arranged the date to set up this install for the leveling it. He said he would mention the Mirror and have it taken care of. I live in leesburg which is almost an hour away so its more convenient to get both things knocked out at once.So I get there around 2:15 and they take my truck to the “custom shop” up the road. I’m told that it’ll just take an hour or so and since they don’t give out loaners because it’s against their “insurance policy” I sit and wait in their lobby.2.5 hours go by and I ask Mr. JW to call the shop and get an update. It’s getting close to 5 so I was just curious what the status was. He gets snappy and rambles off that the shop has no number to call and I just need to wait. Little taken back I shrug it off and wait a little more.Over 3 hours later the guy that took the truck shows up WITHOUT my truck. I walked up to him and asked where my truck is and he said, “it’s finished I just need a ride back to the shop to get it” I asked JW if he would take him to get my truck and he told me he would see if another salesman would. (Not sure why he couldn’t) but that’s when the guy just told me to follow him and he would find someone.So eventually this guy got the detailing man to take us to the shop. I get in my truck and the Mirror still isn’t fixed. My radio isn’t working either. I’m fuming now.Leveling kit looks good but the shop guy said he had no clue about the Mirror and he was shocked the radio wouldn’t come in either. I just left and went back to the dealership.I brought this to JW’s attention and he literally looked off into the distance and then looked at me and said “ I don’t know what to tell ya, you’ll just have to bring it back Monday or Tuesday.I told him repeatedly that I couldn’t take off work for this again. I get off at 3:30 and could make it their around 4:39. He said that wouldn’t work. Shop needs more than 30 minutes. He didn’t once speak to a manager or anything to try and find a solution to this problem. He wanted me to take the truck down the street to a third party shop and have them look at the radio on my dime.After he made that statement I just walked out and left. I’ll fix the mirror and radio on my own and will forever cut ties with this dealership.I will never do business with this dealership again nor will I even recommend this dealership to anyone. JW Was the worse salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life and that’s not an exaggeration.Be careful. Be cautious. I had no choice but to give them one star.

Very positive experience. My salesman was Mario. He was very straight forward. I didnt feel pressured at all. I wanted a mazda forever and had plans for going to Macon the very next day. I avoided that trip by finding the exact car I wanted actually even newer model at a price I could afford. Overall I would recommend budget car sales of tifton and personal opinion Mario is a fantastic salesman. I had a set amount in mind for my payments to be monthly and he nailed it.

This is the absolute worst place to buy a vehicle. Do yourself a favor and dont purchase from here! I called to complain about the lies the salesman Daryl told me and he answered the phone saying no managers were available until Monday. I was told my credit would be checked by Budget Auto Sales, only to have 4 credit inquiries from different companies the very next month. Theyre very unprofessional and unethical and I will report these people to the Better Business Bureau on Monday and not waste my time or energy talking to their ignorant managers. If they werent ignorant they sure wouldnt have hired his ignorant a..!

My review is negativity 1 if I could give less then 1 star I would, Ive been in car industry as well as management in sales and this is one of the rudest companies ever and especially salesperson Will or AKA Matt so if even considering dont choose this sales rep & when I asked to speak to management, I told him my problem with sales rep, whats he do transfers me right back to same sales rep ugh so very UN professional, I would of expected more business professionalism from management, but I guess this explains why your sales Reps have no business ethics or professionalism it starts at the top.

As a previous employee here. It used to be a great company. All cars used to be fully inspected and the the customers and the salesman were both happy. Since the company has be changed in management the cars seem to have multiple accident reports, the general manager doesnt allow for a full inspection service of the vehicles. Before leaving i had many customers leave and befirw they can get home the check engine light came on, multiple times. The general manager advertises bs and gets mad when the salemen dont want to lie about it just to get a Customer in instead of just being honest with them. Such as at one time saying 450 credit score, 1500 month income 0 down when he knows that is not true. Like i stated early the old budget before the new general manager was a great place but now as long as they have the general manager know as zach weeks i would not advise anyone from going to this company. I tried to stay but the gm doesnt like to listen so i left. Customers deserve a vehicle that doesnf have to be in the shop as soon as you buy it.

I got a car 3 weeks ago. It has an exhaust leak. They told me to bring it bk only for me to sit up there 2 hours for them to bring it bk the next day. Then I was told. my car should be ready by Friday. I called just for them to tell me it wouldnt be ready till Monday. I just started a new job and missed a couple of days because of them which I have stressed to them.. They super nice until you fall for the mess... I would never recommend them to anyone... P.s. I still havent got my car back.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!! The only Finance service that would finance me is Exeter Andy interest is 24%!! Hmmm credit had already been ran so it was no turning back, my loan is for way more than the car is worth and my payments are $437 a month. I still have not received my second key for my car that I’ve requested several times after purchasing. Please go elsewhere because once they make the sale you’re on your own!

My daughter bought a car from budget in tifton a couple of months ago,she is in the process now of talking with a lawyer about the lemon law,this car never pass inspection, she never was able to get a tag,please dont go to the one in tifton,very nasty manager

Called the used car department and got ricky who refused to tall me hiss name . so I was on Facebook and found his page - he has martin Luther king as his front page which is nothing wrong with that . but after i went to in his Facebook I found that he is part of the nation of Islam. Which are 5%ers. I am a Muslim and know of them they hate all white people and think that we are all devils and breeds hate where ever they go the nation of Islam was started in prison from a black man named Mohammed .So I called and spoke to stephane and tryed to explain this to her. she didnt want to hear it.

I will never go back to this dealership they tried to charge me double for the car i wanted to purchase 16000 dollars after financing will not add up to 33000 in all they are scammers
